The location and room is good for staying.But service is not good especially the restaurant is poor.Breakfast time is 8 am and very limited menu will be restaurant people will not answer the phone many times.The restaurant time is limited. The rooms are poorly maintained sometimes I see pests inside the room. Amenities are less for this price compared to other hotels. Overall neutral experience I had during my stay. But if I have visit again then this hotel will be the last option. Thank you.

The hotel was well maintained and the room size is decent with a wardrobe, side tables, luggage table, a small sofa and table chair. The bed was comfortable and clean. But wouldn't give a 10 on 10 for cleanliness. The extra pillows that we asked for had torn covers. Also when I was about to put something on the chair I found hair on it. That showed the house keeping was not done properly. They provide slippers, instant coffee tea sachets and cookies. Dental and shaving kit too is provided. I was not too happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom. That could have been better. The room that we first checked into had big cracks on the pot which made it look dirty so we insisted on a different room and was given to us. If there are broken things, it should be changed before the room is let out. The breakfast was good. There is ample parking space. It was a good experience just that they need to work a bit on the cleanliness.

It is best restaurant.It has many dishes like Maharashtra food and rajasthani food .This restaurant offers best meal .this is good place to visit.

Our stay was during Diwali time but still they provided us the best services. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They also helped us with directions to near by areas as we were new to the city. Food quality and preparation was amazing.

Good facilities. But very bad access road. The whole road was dug.

I thought there are no good comfortable hotels in osmanabad.. I was staying in different hotels here for many years but this hotel gives you the ambience, service, a d hospitality. I recommend this place for a quiet but royal stay in Osmanabad.

We had booked the room over phone. Ambience is good. The room was ready and well decorated. Most rooms have dip dip tea bags. Pushpak offers you pre-mix for tea or coffee in the room. I thought it is novel. It has ample parking space for cars. The dining hall serves Thali. Additional restaurant serves ala carte . The breakfast had varity with inclusion of local cuisine Sushila made of puffed rice (Murmura) along with Puri bhaji, dosa , fruits , omlet, bread etc. It in the best hotel at Osmanabad.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Pushpak Park. Staff was extremely efficient, helpful and hospitable, in particular Mr. Gajaanan Deshmukh and Mr. Prajyot made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean. Food was very tasty, always fresh and servings were quite big. Overall we had a great experience and very comfortable stay at Hotel Pushpak park.

Clean AC rooms. The bathroom is alright but hot water takes a little time. Helpful staff. Excellent vegetarian food in the Thali restaurant attached to the hotel. The non vegetarian restaurant is also good enough. Breakfast is awesome. Don't miss the masala omelette.

Quality of Rajasthani thali is best, must try.

Hotelnis good but Bed is not comfortable. Any one can feel spring while sleeping. Almost all rooms have same problem.

We experience worst and delayed services and food. Lodging charges costly as compared to other developed city But only available lodging for VIPs

Good for stay but don't eat anything in their restaurant specialy 'THALI'.... worst ever I had.....asked to waiters about thali one says Rajasthani, second says Gujarati and the person on counter says it is a Maharashtrian and Gujrati mix ....and the food was even more tasteless than their answers....
