Moved in July 13th, last year I like the space of the apartment but wished that they had a sound proof balcony because of the train and how frequently they run especially in the summer time, the only thing I don’t really care for is the lack of maintenance people , not that I had a lot of issues so far but other than that it’s okay for now, the peoples in the office seems nice when you call about something. Oh yeah I wished they had more better parking spaces for visitors and that they weren’t so far. Other than that it’s okay. Wished they could update some of there appliances. And they need more maintenance people and security cameras in lot.

The only stars here are for maintenance and the leasing staff because they are rock stars. Upper management and leadership do not care about residents and only care about money. The regional director is extremely cold and rude. When having a conversation with her, our concerns were laughed at and we felt we were being mocked. We no longer have a property manager and there has been no announcement or communication about it. The only reason I found out was by calling the corporate office. We as residents deserve to know what is going on. The property manager we had made this place feel like a home and community and truly cared about residents. Her absence is noticeable. She was the best property manager we have had. There are a lot of residents that stayed because of her and the changes she made to river pointe. I get this is a business, but this is our home.im sure the regional director will just laugh about this too.

I lived in this apartment for a year and wanted to share my experiences. The roads around the apartment have potholes. My car was towed multiple times, including right after I moved in, while road work and show removal without clear communication from management and without issuing a parking permit. The building itself is of low quality; walking within my apartment produced noticeable compression sounds in the wood. The walls are thin, and noise, including TV volume and neighborhood sounds, easily carries through. Unfortunately, the community lacks friendliness, and the absence of a dog park, coupled with inconsistent refilling of poop bags, posed difficulties for pet owners. Parking is tight, and my car received a dent due to the cramped spaces. Additionally, the management included damages from the previous tenant in my deposit without response, despite attempts to contact them. The gym is only available during specified hours, limiting accessibility. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, these challenges impacted my overall experience negatively.

Since I moved in my building neighbors have been so welcoming, the staff in the office are respectful and nice always. My building caretaker is so sweet and friendly. Always clean and smoke free in my building. Every one is nice and helpful by delivering packages to each other too. I love that.

Avermin was the best help i could possibly hope for. He came in for one job and volunteered to also change our broken AC unit immediately. Friendly, professional, skilled, and efficient... what a lifesaver!

I really enjoyed living at river pointe. The staff were always good to my kids and I and we loved the neighborhood. Sometimes repairs were slow but we need to remember there are many other residents and the only repairs that were slow were non urgent ones. My kids and I will actually miss it there. We built a home and a family within the community there and can’t say enough good things about our time there.

We were very happy to have great service when our air conditioner started failing, we requested a replacement and received a replacement air conditioner right before the 90+ weather week. Thanks to River Pointe mgmnt!

The staff on the property is excellent and they do their best to work with what they have ... but with the new company CENTER ESPACE the service and attention have been so bad I have more than six months waiting for a stove and change the AC of the bedroom because it is old and does not work properly.

I've lived here with my family for the past 16 years! It used to be great, and affordable. But now it costs way too much to live here, especially for a single mom of two. The amount I pay for a 2br I have found new 3br apartments that charge the same. And what am I paying for? Updated gym equipment, twice, within about 2 years or less! An indoor pool that has been closed down and empty for probably the past 3 or 4 years now! An outdoor pool that gets closed down way too often because the owners won't get rubber matting at the playground and prevent rocks or sand or woodchips being thrown in. I like it here. It is no longer worth the cost to live here. Unfortunately. But if you move in, you will have a brand new remodeled unit with nice floors and everything. If you've lived here for decades... you don't.

I hate this place. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have gotten two concussions and have had to have hand surgery because this place refuses to salt their sidewalks and stairs. I had an apartment fire and they locked me out for a month, called the cops on me because I called them out and only gave me an hour to get my things LAST MINUTE. Do not EVER rent from this place. They do not care about you.

This apartment used to be safe used to be quiet. I don't like the neighborhood right now because they open and open our baggage. That is the neighborhood issue. The company issue I don't like this utility you guys call in community utility. I would like to pay whatever everybody they're used, Coming to my office and the the office management hey agreed, They are understandable and they Helpful. And I love them very much.

I’ve lived here for two years now. My daughter and I love the pool and playground and there are always kids for her to play with. Definitely a good place for a family. Andrea and Karissa are so helpful if you have any questions or concerns and the maintenance staff are amazing.

This place is good and everyone are really nice so far. I’ve only been here for a couple of weeks so it’s good. But the only bad thing is that the people who live above me are really loud and very heavy footed all through the night. It’s really bad. It interrupts my sleep sometimes.
