A Nightmare Living Experience: The Quinn I recently moved into an apartment at The Quinn on the 31st, and I feel compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience with this so-called living space. From day one, it has been a nightmare, and I cannot express my dissatisfaction strongly enough. Let's start with the basics – cleanliness. Upon entering my new home, I was greeted by a level of filth that is simply unacceptable. Dirt on the floor, a kitchen sink that seemed to have never seen a sponge, and a shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It's shocking that a supposedly habitable space would be turned over to a new tenant in such a deplorable condition. The leasing agent took it upon herself to acuse the cleaning service they allegedly booked to clean the unit. It turns out that this was false and they never scheduled the appointment. But the horror doesn't end there. The kitchen light, a basic necessity, didn't work. A dripping kitchen sink added insult to injury, making me question the competency of the maintenance staff. And just last week, maintenance had to make a visit because the shower was clogged with a hairball the size of a small mammal, left behind by the previous occupant. Disgusting is an understatement. And then there's the issue of the appliances. The microwave looked like it had never met a cleaning cloth, and to add to the frustration, the washer and dryer don't work. Yes, you read that correctly – they simply don't work. We reported the issue promptly, only to be met with empty promises. Today, when we called at 2 PM for an update, the leasing agent assured us they would get back to us later in the day. It's currently 7:37 PM, and surprise, surprise – no call. The Quinn Apartments are a prime example of deceptive advertising and presenting a lemon apartments to unsuspecting consumers. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Save yourself the headache and frustration; do not consider signing a lease with this abysmal apartment complex. They've turned what should be a home into a living nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. I will not be renewing my lease with this deplorable place.

We just moved in and love our apartment at The Quinn! The community is clean and nice, my children love the pool area and can not wait to use it while it's warm! Its very quiet around and relaxing. The office staff is all friendly and nice, Danielle has been very helpful showing us everything and answering questions!!

I am very happy living at Quinn. I have been here for a little over a year and have had nothing but great experiences. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. When I do have an issue the maintenance crew are prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. The property is well maintained and has everything you would need. We used the pool often in the summer and had a great time .... the other residents are also friendly and kind. Couldn't be happier and we plan to stay long term.

The place was phenomenal. I called and Hannah was able to book me for a tour that day. The complex has tons of really great features and is perfect to accommodate any sized family. The apartments themselves were very modern, with up to date appliances, and a nice color scheme. Overall couldn’t be happier with my experience and time there.

We moved from out of state basically site unseen, with my friends touring a unit for us and then doing everything virtually. The staff was so friendly (still are!!) and made a huge cross country move far less stressful for us. Naturally apartment living isn’t always the quietest but we face a lovely pond on the side of the property and it is my FAVORITE thing! I almost forget I’m in an apartment until I hear the toddler upstairs toddle around, ha. We’ve needed maintenance a few times for minor things and they are so fast and super nice, and the office has called us numerous times since we arrived a few months ago to see how things are going. We are very happy here. (Have you seen the size of the tubs??)

Danielle was extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable about the property. She answered every question while being pleasant and transparent. The property was very clean, quiet and well kept. Due to Danielle’s hospitality and the quality of the property we applied on the spot because we knew it would be gone if we didn’t.

I was scheduled for a tour of the Quinn and they were running behind, but the hospitality and genuine kindness of the staff was amazing. Danielle was a pleasure to work with and was very flexible with the kids! Not only great staff, the homes and amenities made it feel like a resort-style atmosphere.

My tour today at the Quinn with Annika was amazing! She is so professional and explained everything seamlessly. The gym here is huge and the dumbbells go up to 50 lbs. I’m excited to call the Quinn my new home. I would recommend anyone to live here!

Please understand when reading reviews if you haven't lived in an apartment community people will always leave bad reviews. They will just because sometimes things didn't go the way they wanted, but I'm here to inform you my 3 months in at the Quinn this place is actually great. I will start with staff is amazing and I've lost my keys 2x (what can I say I'm careless) and the 24hr maintenance guy let me in at 10pm he was very fast and was super cool. The place is very dog friendly if you don't like dog hey to each is own. Very clean place very quiet in my building love my neighbors. The place is also cleaned routinely. All in all for my first 90 days I'm ok with calling this a great home for me!!!

Quinn is the perfect apartment for me. So close to everything in Maple Grove that I want to be by. Amanda in the office is so helpful and always goes the extra mile to take care of all the residents. If you are looking for an apartment in Plymouth - I highly recommend Quinn.
