This store is always a disaster. Random things strewn everywhere, all sizes and genders in every section of the clothing department, the check out line is always super slow. I've checked out with tagless things twice and both times the person at checkout has said, "can I just charge $x.xx because this doesn't have a tag" instead of just going to get another of the same item or even just asking me what the price was. I likely won't be back. I've given this location too many tries and have been very disappointed every time

Everybody complaining about the store being a mess, well if customers weren’t such pigs it would stay organized. Also a lot of parents don’t control their kids, let them run, scream, and throw stuff around. I go there frequently and I do find some items at good prices. If there is a long line it’s because people actually go and buy stuff. I also have seen people grab stuff and just leave it randomly anywhere they don’t bother to put it back where they got it in the first place. I bet there isn’t much cashiers because honestly nobody wants to deal with picky annoying customers that are never satisfied with anything smh. I was a cashier back then and never again will I go through that lol.

This is the worst Burlington ever! I don’t even understand why this store is open. Never has anything in it. I went here as soon as it opened in the morning one day thinking it would be stalked and I’ll find some good gifts, the shelves were pretty much empty. Seen a lot of employees but didn’t seem like they were doing much of anything. This store is a waste of space in maple grove. I would rather take the drive to a different location than to go back into this waste of space store

Store opened for almost a month now and it was super busy. Everything is mostly out of stock and everything is everywhere. But I'm happy for the items I got waiting in line for 3 hours (no joke). Happy there's finally a Burlington in the area.

Store was a mess. Had a full cart including dishes and glassware. They wouldn't let me take the cart out to my car. I had to carry all the heavy things. One young guy helped and carried 2 large pillows. What a joke. Never again 😒

Decent place to buy any perfumes or handbags for gift or travel. Don’t expect much customer service or best experience. For the price of the product it’s a best place. Store is cleaner and new than St Louis park store. There may be products opened already so check and buy.

6 employees behind the counter, 6 people in line, only one person ringing. Customers definitely aren't first here.

I haven't had a chance to get over there yet but, I've loved Burlington for years. The one off of Hwy 100 in St Louis Park , （I think). 4 or 5 years ago I did all my X-Mas Shopping at the one in St Cloud. I have high expectations for this store, I will be sure to review again and let you all know if they've got it together 😉
