I wanted to love TGK Auto but I feel as though they aren’t very detail oriented, cautious, or organized. I brought my car in for a pothole special service that includes oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, & a safety & reliability inspection for $60. I told them not to do the most time consuming part of that service which is the alignment check. I told them specifically to do the oil change, tire rotation, and safety check. After investigation of the “services complete” I found a new scratch on my vehicle next to the driver side door handle as well as clear evidence that the tire rotation never happened. I figure this out due to the fact 2 of my 4 tires have different tire pressures that were all on the same places.I called them to confirm if my tires had been rotated with the services I paid for I was told by the person on the phone they could not confirm if they were rotated and I had to bring the car back so they can hook up a tool that will tell them. At this point I don’t trust them with my car again.

Great service! I scheduled an appointment and dropped the car off with confidence. After doing the diagnostic check they contacted me and were patient as I considered what was within my budget to repair/refresh/replace as I have an car that has traded hands a few times. They were prompt, gave me some times of availability to pick up, and were very communicative throughout the process. I was not worried what the next steps were at all. Would and already have recommended!

I had lost faith in the shop I had been bringing my car to for a number of factors… the staff at TGK more than eased my mind ! The previous shop had told me that I had front end suspension issues that needed to be addressed soon and I was planning on taking a road trip and wanted to ensure we would be safe… So I brought my car into TGK for a full inspection and they gave me a detailed report with what maintenance would be coming up, what issues that I would want to address in the near future , and what really needs fixing now. And front end suspension issues were NOT on that list ( I knew that previous shop had been milking me for cash!!🤬). The report had pics of the issue that needed to be addressed right away. I am sticking with TGK !!!

I appreciate TGKs ease of making appointments and great quality of work. Most importantly I appreciate their transparency and honesty. They have earned my trust over the years and I highly recommend them for your automotive needs!

First and foremost I’d like to say that this place has amazing customer service. Everyone here is super nice. My wife and I got a nail in our tire and desperately needed a tire repair. We called over 10 different places and not one place could get us in that day and it fixed by the evening so we would be able to get to work (with the tire already removed off our vehicle).Thankfully TGK was not only able to get us in immediately but also had it done in only an hour with only 1 guy in the bay! I also got a first time customer promo just to top it all off! I will now and forever be a customer of TGK Crystal !

Between a shot clutch, transmission, and radiator - TGK Crystal was able to bring my car back from the dead. They were extremely communicative, honest, and efficient throughout the whole process. They were able to get me a great deal on these parts, and made a quick turnaround of the work. Most places these days will have you waiting for months for this amount of work, but not these folks. If you want high quality service, this is where you should take your car.

I was expecting to pay out over $ 800 for brakes recommend by another shop, and was told it was not necessary at this time. I payed nothing. Thank You TGK.

I’ve finally found an automotive shop I can TRUST! The staff are knowledgeable and they don’t try and up-sell you on other services that aren’t necessary at the time. I feel like they’re honest with me in explaining what’s going on with my car, and I’m confident I’ve found the best place for my future automotive needs.

They are always so professional and courteous. They never try to sell me more than what I scheduled. I loved the ice scraper, chip clips and beverage cover that were left on my car seat after my service. A great group of guys!

I took my car to TGK for the first time, and I'm very happy with the service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. I had been quoted a much higher price for routine maintenance from my dealer, so I called up TGK and not only did it cost hundreds of dollars less, the inspection they did was much more thorough and detailed than my dealership ever did. I'll be taking my car here from now on.

First time at TGK, after receiving a flyer in the mail. New customer discount, so he knocked $25 off the bill. They replaced a bulb for free, oil change, tire rotation, and complete car check done because I'm taking a trip. I walked out of there in a little over an hour, and it only cost $34.98. Yes!

I effortlessly scheduled my vehicle for a very affordable synthetic oil change. When I brought it in, I was met by a kind professional named Darren. I briefly waited in their clean waiting area stocked with complementary snacks, beverages, wifi, toddler reading/ coloring book and flat screen TVs. Apon leaving I was given a very detailed report from Darren and learned I would be paying $25 less than quoted! I'm thankful for this outstanding service! 😁🦃🧡

They always stand behind there work. Very good at telling you the problems with your vehicle and don't pressure you into repairs, all around great shop.Very friendly.

Great service! So happy I finally found a reliable spot! Edit 10/26/2022 Still 5 stars! Would give more if I could! My van wouldn't start. Darren helped over the phone with some direction and a number for a tow if needed. Didn't need it, got it jumped, drove straight to TGK. Bob gave me a ride home! They called that it was ready to pick up before noon. New battery. All is well. Amazing customer service, every time. The young tech They have there is pretty amazing, too. My remote start works again just in time for the cold! It was like a bonus surprise I found later that day. Thank you, guys! 😊

Pretty straight up guys. They didn't pressure or coax. They knew I would prob have work done from a friend and inviting me back to do the part he cannot. That to me is pretty solid. **update** Brought my Yukon back in for the alignment. The guys put 2x the amount of time into it and found out my buddy accidentally put one of the alignment guide plates in upside down. I brought it back to him as it was a couple hour job and he corrected it. TGK only held the alignment check deposit on my card until I returned with the truck to complete the alignment . Another example of TGK taking care of their customers. They easily had a couple hours into this job plus finishing it. Honesty, integrity and now even some benevolence. I can't say enough good things.

Just returned back from their shop. Because of some uneven tire wear I thought I needed an alignment. They checked my vehicle and said that it looks good and that no alignment was needed. I was very pleased by their honesty and would think about working with them in the future.

Bob was easy to talk to and get my car looked at the same day! Oakley performed my inspection and they found the cause of the sound that was coming from my Jeep and had a detailed inspection report sent to me via text message I thought that was awesome ! Excited for them to replace the parts needed and get back in my own vehicle 😭
