I love being able to walk through and pick up an actual book. I like having the different sections of genres to chose from, in addition to a large children's book area. There was a story reading for kids while we were there. We had several different people ask us if we needed help. We found a ton of books...and toys.. that my 7 year old and 14 year sons wanted to get. I enjoy their enthusiasm for books, however the book prices are steep. We do not go often enough to buy their membership that gives you a 10% discount.

One of my all time favorite stores. I used to run here with my ma as a kid and that new book smell when walking in will always remind me of that period in life. Guess what? Every B&N comes with that extravagant aroma of fresh untouched-ish books. Plenty of selection and a great way to kill an afternoon. Whether you're looking for something specific or just wanna see what's out there you're sure to find something that fits your desire. Sales are up front and there were some solid selections there. Almost went home broke because of it. Took a quick pic of one of my favorite books too. Highly recommended.

I enjoy this book store. It is clean and quiet and lots of books. There is a cafe and the kids section has lots of toys. As all Barnes and nobles go the toys are on the expensive side of things but still good for my kid to add ideas to her wish list. I LOVE that they have a reading program for the kids. That's my favorite part of the store!

I came here for a pick-up order and browsed around. All of the staff that I interacted with were kind and pleasant. The store has a good selection, and my pick-up order was given to me in a timely manner. I'd love to come back to buy some new books and read them while eating at the Starbucks located inside the store!

Three places you can still get books in America. Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and the library. This one is not in my top three. And yet...

I love Barnes and Noble. It's my favorite bookshop. I always find great new books to read and love the kids' area for my little one. They also have a lot of board games, magazines, etc. Starbucks is nice to have on site to grab a coffee after getting your new book.

Barnes & Noble is a great place to buy any kind of important BOOK. Their BOOK arrangement in racks is excellent and fascinating.

My wife and I come to this store when we have to go to Costco. It's a 45-minute drive to get the big Costco shop in and Barnes & Noble is the treat after and its always so sweet. We were helped at the circulation desk and the register by the same woman and I feel a bit bad as I asked her to look a long list of obscure authors but she was patient and even laughed at my terrible nervous joke. Great time spent. HARD COPY FOREVER!

Very consistent. They have Ghibli merch. And other cool stuff besides book. But they did carry the Author Donald Goins... which I was looking for - Just not the right book!

Every employee inside the store is so friendly but they're especially knowledgeable! I asked for a few books this evening, and they knew exactly what I was talking about and where I could find them in-store. Their kid section is adorable, as always.

They have a large selection of great books and gifts, as well as some good deals. They environment is kept clean and welcoming. Pretty cool bookstore.

Best chain bookstore with just about anything you could want. I loved just wandering in each aisle and seeing what I could find. There are also some board games, records, and kid's toys as well as a café (associated with Starbucks). Café has a few food options, but I wouldn't recommend unless you are in a pinch. Coffee is good though.

It was an odd Barnes and Noble. They didn't have a very big selection of movies and tv shows on DVD and Blu-ray. Had a hard time finding the books I was looking for.

One of my favorite bookstores. Call me old fashioned but holding real books is so satisfying. At least, books can be used to swat a spider without damaging any screen (think kindle, Kobo, Nook, etc.).

Great place to study or grab the perfect gift for someone. Their merchandise is amazing and worth the prices they ask for the sake of quality and appearance. Of course, non-fictional and fictional books are the primary items for sale, but sections of hobby books, self-care/wellness books, and school books also exist. A place for kids is found here to appease their interests, in addition to games and puzzles for both young and old alike. I found the ideal sodoku book for a friend here as well as a specially themed crossword puzzle book for another friend to use as Christmas gifts. I was over all pleased with what I purchased. (And of course, the heavenly smell of books is well worth the effort of coming here. :)

This is definitely one of the best Barnes & Noble stores I've been to recently!! Loved how they have so many books in such a small area!

Went in with a friend to order a new bible and had a great experience. The associate was super helpful with the order and purchase of new books for my son. I will definitely go back to this barnes and noble.

Great store! I love just going there and walking around. I especially love the table of banned books. Always a good time. Very relaxed feeling and the staff is very helpful.

Most of the staff here are very pleasant. There's one manager who closes sometimes and is very rude if you come around within an hour of closing time. Once she snatched a book from my hand because they were closing in five minutes. This time, she made an over head announcement that they were closing in THIRTY minutes, AGAIN at 15 minutes, and then came to our cafe table to tell us in person that they are closing in 15 minutes! YES, I heard you the first two times! 15 is plenty of time to finish a small iced drink! You're still open aren't you?! I come here once every week, it's very nice during the day, just be aware of the crabby closing lady cause she really ruins the mood for the evening.

I've always had a good experience here. Staff seems to be well read and great with recommendations (if you can find them - this place always seems to be understaffed. I have to do a couple laps around the store to find staff. They're rarely even at the checkout counter! But if you stand there looking lost for a minute, someone magically appears. Its weird but idk lol.) They have all the big titles. Same layout and organization as any other Barnes and Noble. Also seems to be a decent selection of local authors.

They sell books, they have a wonderful variety of new publications, known as "newspapers." If you don't know what those are, do a search. Such as The StarTribune, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today. The book selection seems good also. Last time I was here, I did pick up a hard cover book. The interior clean & inviting. Staff friendly enough. Ok that's enough for this review. The back of Maple Grove Barnes and Noble. Also the view from the back garbage area into the lake vita.
