Always a good treat and reasonable prices as well. I have a weakness for their waffle bowls and cones. Always a great variety of flavors. Currently they have Wild Blueberry Muffin Batter Ice Cream and it's amazing! I would love for them to bring back Chocolate Cake Batter Ice Cream. It was phenomal! Friendly service with clean counter and dining areas. Oh! The kids' cup is a perfect size for the doggie!

The ice cream is good, but totally overpriced for what you get. Two kids cones and one small adult cone for twenty three bucks... The mix-ins are absurdly priced at 89 cents per topping like a spoonful of sprinkles, a few gummy bears, two or three oreos, a few chocolate chips... It's just a joke. And the cones are also overpriced. Pictured is a nearly 8 dollar kids portion 😂

when we went there was a small line but it still took about 20-25 minutes for us to even be able to order then about another 5 minutes for them to start mixing the ice cream, my ice cream was not well mixed and had lots of cross contamination and it was only half filled and my mother got the salted caramel ice cream, it had no caramel in it and was just bland also the cheese cake ice cream was very salty and bitter, there was also a lady in the back not wearing gloves but still working on a cake, she was handling the ingredients with her bare hands and touched her face and nose multiple times without washing them. we also ordered a cake a little while back and the lettering was messy and there was a spot where someone screwed up and didn't even bother to fix it, there where almost no filings in the cake even though we had two of them in it and overall had a bad experience. this shop used to be good but this new management has not done a very good job at running the place at all and we will not be returning anytime soon.

Great selection of ice cream, different style of cones and lots of yummy toppings from brownies, sprinkles, gummy bears, chocolate, cookies etc... Fast and friendly service, we were greet upon arrival. The ice cream was fresh, it didn’t look like it was sitting there for hours with freezer burn on the top.

I love this place from the get go. No matter what you order, it is good. They could make a better banana split, theirs is a little lame, but hey, it's ice cream all the same, and I love ice cream.. come on by this place is fantastic and all the add on you can fit in there!!

Wonderful experience. Employee (I believe the manager) overheard the reason one of my children wasn’t getting ice cream was due to a severe dairy allergy. He talked to me for multiple minutes about the procedure he’d use if I chose to get a dairy free option for him, saying there’d be no cross contamination. My boys got to eat ice cream together for the first time and it warmed my heart!

Delicious ice cream with friendly staff. There were many choices for ice cream flavors, cakes, and more. The place was clean and well lit. They also have a free parking lot outside their building. I had their cookie dough ice cream in a dipped/sprinkled waffle cone. It was delicious!

Usually, great experiences and good staff. I'll still go here, however, this time, WHO THE HECK PUTS A BRAND NEW UNTRAINED FIRST DAY EMPLOYEE as the ONLY ONE WORKING?!? Had to walk out on her, without what I wanted. Extremely disappointed. I would guess this is a management problem in terms of who is getting proper, complete training, and who is working when.

Before covid I would frequently visit this cold stone, and was very happy with what I paid for. Today I was disappointed with my visit. I was happy with the kind staff and the taste of the product but I will say the portion and price is ridiculous. The prices went up while the portions went down. I remember the cup overflowing and now it barely reaches the top. Not only did they not fill my cup up, they left half my scoop on the counter.

Very good quality of ice creams and cakes. Fabulous customer services. It’s nice to see younger crew members with full of energy to help and serve customers.

We doordashed an order tonight. The ice cream tastes good as usual but, if the ice cream oozes out the sides when you mash the lid on, there is - can’t believe I’m saying it - too much ice cream in the cup. It’s a messy bummer to have it spill all over. :(

We had two big ice creams... the gotta have it cup looked small, but it was actually Massive once it was served. So many toppings, but every ice cream is great when there is caramel!! Coffee ice cream is sooo goood! It is easy to make a dessert that you love here. Free and easy parking. Clean location. Worth it even at $15. Lol.

I went in with my family for 5 cones and a shake and ended up with 4 cones and a shake instead because we were being rush to pay without even finishing ordering. The cashier kept saying she can help us if we were done ordering and we clearly stated that we were not done. We felt so rush that we just decided to pay for whatever we got. Will never go to this location again. They had many people working, but just seem to not be organize nor communicate well.

Very good ice cream and selection of mix ins. Small store with only a few tables and a bar at the window, but it has always been enough. Nice helpful employees. Parking is good in the back of the building between Lunds/Byerly's. I like that they secure your takeout order very nicely.

Placed an order for pick up. Ordered 2 different ice creams. One of the two was missing one topping. The other was missing 3 toppings. Toppings are each $0.89 which adds up quick. Unfortunately when you don’t get the toppings you order. Will not be ordering again.
