We love Zupas, their food is always great. The desserts are as good as they are beautiful. And every order comes with a chocolate dipped strawberry! My personal favorite is their chipotle pork salad!!

Why change a good thing? They’ve made major staffing changes to the lunch shift and the service is average and not welcoming like it once was. It’s becoming Panera Bread unfortunately. Soup was tasty however, but counting pieces of chicken to put in a protein bowl was crazy.

My 1st time here. I ordered the combo half soup half salad to try a variety and ordered the lobster bisque and Cali Cobb Salad. I wished the quinoa bowls were an option to get half of, like it claims you can in the combo description but on the online ordering system it is nonexistent.The soup was really good, I don't know if it was because I ordered a half soup but the soup wasn't poured all the way up the cup I don't know if that's normal or not. The salad was ok. There was not enough dressing to cover the entirety of it which I wish I would of known before I would have probably orderd an extra dressing but didn't see that either as an option online and it was mostly just lettuce (I had to throw some away because why would I want just lettuce without any dressing or protein) and finally only a small amount of protein and flavor (the good stuff) came in the salad.

A year or more ago I would have rated Zupas 5 stars, BUT recently they have been cutting portions sizes AND charging more. See image for the over arching analogy of what is happening(they have never cut a strawberry before). Their quality and service has also decreased. Zupas is not a “go to” place for my family to eat anymore, unfortunately.

I tried to call them to not have to make this post but they choose not to answer their phones. Yes please somebody be upset that they're busy. We're busy at our business yet we still find the ability to answer our phones. Because you don't watch them fill your order they give you less than 50% of the soup your supposed to get. They give you the smallest chocolate covered strawberry and yet they still charge you full price.

The sandwich was the stingiest sandwich I have seen in a long time. Check out this pic of half of the supposed turkey bacon avocado club. There was maybe one slice of bacon and one tiny slice of avocado on the WHOLE sandwich. Said ingredients were pushed to the edge you could see, to make it appear like a proper sandwich. Really deceptive. I used to like Zupas but it’s clear the cost cutting has taken over.

Had a pick up order, got there to pick up but it was stolen so they had to remake my order. I think they should try a different pickup method for food. Password for pick up delivery or a order number before they give you the food. The Chipotle has a good system for pick up. But the food is consistent in flavor you know what your getting 😏 I enjoy that

Came in to town to meet up with some friends and we were not disappointed. I was looking for a tasty meal with a lot of veggies and the menu gave me a lot to choose from. They were promoting a new bowl, but I decided on a large salad. All of us were very happy with our selections. I really liked the surprise chocolate covered strawberry and roll that came with our meal. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The music selection sounded more like club music than a casual dining place, but it wasn’t overly loud. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No expenses was spared, and no detail has been overlooked. This place has done what Panera couldn't. Guys, if your girl likes soups and salads, bring her here. While you're at it, get yourself a brisket sandwich. Keep the chocolate covered strawberries for later because you're probably getting lucky.

I don’t recall a time that I’ve had to examine a sandwich to see if they forgot to put any meat in it. 1 piece of pastrami, on the pastrami melt. Yikes. Portions are tiny, keep the chocolate strawberry and add a little more substance to your sandwich. Flavors were good or it would have been 1 star. Won’t be coming back.

I usually love coming here for lunch, I decided to get something that’s new on the menu and I’m very disappointed, the meat was so gross almost elastic like! If it wasn’t stringy then it was mostly fat. I was hoping to swap out my sandwich for a different one but was turned down.

Food was delicious. Quick, friendly service. Inside dinning had plenty of seating.

We were fans of this place for years, but lately the food has really gone downhill! The last two visits, the chicken tenders have been inedible brown byproduct and this last time one of the strawberries was completely white and there was a black curly hair in one of my sons veggie cups! Yuck!

I'm very dissatisfied by the way the marketed the vegetarian sandwich. Vegetarians beware, when the cut your sandwich, they used a cross contaminate knife with ones that have meats. They're soups taste cold to lukewarm and their French baguette feel too chewy. Even worse, their homemade drinks felt warm. I will not be coming to Cafe Zupas for their sandwiches ever again!

Could the servings for the salads be any smaller???? I feel like every time I come here, the portions get smaller. The employees use the serving spoons (which look like baby spoons). They put one little scoop of each item on the salad. I think I got 4 little pieces of chicken. Hardly any corn. Basically you get a bowl of lettuce. I will not order a salad from here anymore. I used to love this place when they first opened and actually gave you decent portions with your salads.

High quality food that really gets your mouth watering. I came for the soups and was blown away by their sandwiches and salads as well. The free chocolate strawberry with the meal is a nice touch. The patio seating is beautiful as well on a nice day.

Honestly very lackluster. I ordered a "Create your own salad" in the half salad size and was unimpressed. The amount of food you get for the price (~$9) feels like a rip off and the workers are very stingy with the toppings (even cheap veggie toppings). The quinoa was quite hard and felt undercooked and the overall salad was quite bland. I understand it's supposed to be a healthy, fast-casual restaurant but I'd honestly rather get a salad/bowl at Chipotle or Qdoba. That way you'd get more food and better flavors for the same price as Cafe Zupas.

Awesome place inside, lots of staff to help out. Could try the soups before you buy one. Food tasted amazing I had the strawberry harvest salad 🥗 and it was great also had the cranberry turkey sandwich it was just as good. I am happy to have a healthy fast food option available close to me now

First time eating there. We really enjoyed it. It's a soup and sandwich place. Their sandwiches are different than you would get anywhere else. Delicious 😋 Big choice of soup's. I had the chicken enchilada chili and it was amazing. My sister and her husband had the mushroom soup and it was also delicious 😁 They also throw in a sweet treat. A strawberry dipped in chocolate with each meal. Will eat there again when I'm in Minnesota again.

First time here. There was a decent variety of salads and sandwiches, but I preferred their soup varieties. Their chocolate-covered strawberry was just the right amount of sweetness to end the meal. Their women's restroom was clean enough (beware! there's only one setting on their bathroom sink: scalding!!!). The employees were pleasant, but I feel some were rushed and a tad inattentive due to the long line behind us AND the long line of online orders they were processing.

I used to love ordering from Zupas. This Maple Grove location in particular however has really started to decline in service level quality. The last 3 visits I've made have resulted in order mix ups and salads that barely have any toppings. This is not a review for a one-off visit issue but rather what I recognize as a trend now, unfortunately. Hope they're able to get it together soon.

Went for lunch for the first time on Saturday. It was great! The line moves quickly and my salad was great. Loved the bread and I was so surprised to see a strawberry! It was really good food. I will be back when I'm in the area again.

I'm on a pretty strict diet right now and looked for a healthy restaurant to ever so slightly 'cheat' at and WOW did we find the right place! Everything was delicious, satisfying and affordable! My boyfriend is not a fan of salads in general but he was pleasantly surprised (times a gazillion) by how much he liked what he ordered. It was something Thai-ish with a peanut butter sauce and noodles, and a Korean BBQ sandwich; two meals worth of food in one. He even liked the sandwich I got with avocado, though he dislikes avocado outside of guacamole. I dislike BBQ and thought his sandwich was better than mine. Neither of us is on the younger side of life, and their menu was a bit difficult to read, even with glasses, and seemed better online than in person. The "seasonal" menu could have been better displayed, so much so that I suggested we should go elsewhere because I didn't want to waste my diet 'cheat', but at the end we were both 100% happy we ate here. The service was very good; efficient, friendly and informative. There's a sign where you order that says something about how they clear tables for you but the tables were no so clear or clean. The location where trays are returned was overly full and the dining room was generally not so clean but I'm sure they're just going through the same worker shortage everyone is now. All in all, would eat here as often as possible.

There are many great places to dine at in the Arbor Lakes area of Maple Grove, but without a doubt our favorite for a great quick meal is Cafe Zupas. The food is outstanding and everyone in our family of 6 is able to find something they truly enjoy, but what really makes this location is the service. The employees are helpful, cheerful, and appear to be truly having fun with each other and their customers. We have been coming here for months and have been fortunate to have been served by Bryan each time. He is funny, witty, and makes my family smile from ear to ear every time. He is passionate about his soups, and truly knows how to make people feel special. Keep up the great work Cafe Zupas!

Cafe Zupas has fantastic food - always made fresh and cooked to order. We do online ordering and our orders have been 100% correct every time. Their website is great for ordering - not glitches like other websites. They have a great system of walking into the restaurant and going to the back wall to pick up your food. Love getting the Salad + Sandwich - comes with bread and a chocolate covered strawberry. Yummy little treat! Their deserts look good in the pics, but I wasn't a fan due to taste and price. But again, the non-desert food is always yummy and hot. The staff is very friendly and helpful - we will always return!
