Yet another sandwich shop that can't take an order down correctly, no ketchup super dry sandwich, cold an all

Only just started going here, but this the only sarnie shop I'll go to now. Great people work here. Highly recommend. Trust me once you've gone here, you won't use another sarnie shop again.

When we need a sandwich and we are in the area then Joan's is the place to go. A lovely brown breadcake filled with everything. It is moist and moresome. Loved it sat at Pugney's watching the birds and people going by. You can get breakfast sarnies etc.

Over priced and cheap snap. Latte wasn't even full. Staff were friendly and polite. Better off with a tesco meal deal

As a true yorkshire lass I call my sandwiches a butty, but this was a dry spam sandwich no butty ( butter) evident. Bread was fresh, spam was plentiful, but it was like chewing on a nomads sandal.
