This
was
my
favorite
place,
but
over
the
past
2
years
both
the
atmosphere
and
the
state
of
the
studio
have
changed
a
lot
(the
pandemic
does
not
play
a
role
here).
Many
great
coaches
have
left,
and
loyalty
and
friendliness
have
gone
nowhere.
If
earlier
you
could
call
and
say
that
you
are
late
and
ask
to
be
rescheduled
for
the
next
lesson,
then
they
will
happily
tell
you
“yes!
Of
course!
Now
we’ll
see,
if
there’s
space..
no
problem!
Come!”,
but
now
you’ll
bark
“we
have
a
rule
-
I
didn’t
show
up,
everything
burned
down,
we
have
to
respect
the
coaches!”
And
such
speculation
on
trainers
and
their
work
has
simply
become
a
feature
of
this
studio.
It
seems
that
their
salary
directly
depends
on
the
clients,
but
here
it
turns
out
that
I
pay
money,
subscribing
to
“soldier”
manners
and
communication
(especially
in
the
person
of
a
woman).
It
can
be
very
dirty,
stuffy,
the
lockers
in
the
locker
rooms
are
open
every
second,
something
is
constantly
breaking,
ALL
bikes
are
configured
absolutely
differently,
you
will
twist
and
evaporate,
and
then
the
result
will
not
be
saved
and
something
will
go
wrong,
and
they
will
throw
up
their
hands
"
Well,
it
happens"
(amazing
position
for
the
clients'
money!)
-
well,
this
has
never
happened
before!
And
now
the
most
curious
thing
is
that
against
the
backdrop
of
such
“prosperity”
of
the
studio,
they
increased
the
price
of
subscriptions
(the
most
expensive
studio
now)
and
even
on
unfavorable
conditions
-
you
can
cancel/reschedule
a
lesson
no
later
than
12
hours
(!!!),
no
matter
how
long
it
lasts
subscription,
because
other
things
are
more
important
to
people!
People
cannot
predict
events
so
far
in
advance,
it
has
become
almost
impossible
to
make
an
appointment
back
to
back
in
the
evening
-
the
system
on
the
website
shows
full
occupancy
(you
check
when
you
just
want
to
change
a
bike),
but
when
you
come,
in
fact
it
turns
out
that
1/3
of
the
hall
is,
or
even
more
than
half
are
empty
bikes!
It's
a
strange
system.
One
hour
before
the
training,
the
website
indicated
that
the
gym
was
full.
I
don’t
believe
that
people
give
up
on
training
so
easily
and
lose
money.
In
general,
I’m
kind
of
disappointed,
I’ll
probably
finish
my
subscription
and
go
to
another
well-known
studio
(and
there
are
more
and
more
cycling
studios
in
Moscow
by
the
way),
where
it
may
not
be
more
convenient
for
me
geographically,
but
comfort,
respect
and
loyalty
are
above
all.
But
I
recommend
that
Oleg
(the
founder
of
the
studio)
think
about
what
a
promotion
coupled
with
such
an
attitude
will
lead
to,
if
reputation
is
important.
