Great fun interactive show that lets you not only learn about the making of St Martin Croissant but the history of Poznań and its language. Show hosts were proficient in English and extremely hilarious. The whole experience was worth it. Masks had to be worn and hands disinfected especially for the volunteers. Make sure you volunteer to make the croissant to get the fullest experience!

The guys were extremely funny. They made people join their show. We watched a movie and one of the guys explained us the history of how it all began. The Croissant they give at the end was pretty tasty. Something to remember about this is... the art of sharing.

No idea why this is so highly rated. It’s not a museum and is over priced. The guys running it seem to think it’s a stand up comedy gig with a stream of inappropriate jokes, things that might have been considered funny in the 1970s... I wouldn’t recommend going here, consider going to one of the other, very interesting actual museums in Poznan. And just buy a croissant at one of the many bakeries.

(Translated by Google) Honestly, when I went to this place, I had mixed feelings, because what could be interesting about making a croissant? Well, that's the climate and the people who accompany it. Lecturers - native Poznanians, very nice and intelligent. During the show, they divided the chefs among the participants and invited them to small tasks. At the end, we got a sample of a real, fresh St. Martin's Croissant and watched a movie about its history. The whole 'show' lasted over an hour, and the girl and I do not regret the time spent. Ano właśnie - klimat i ludzie, którzy temu towarzyszą.

It's more of a baking demonstration than a museum - but the host made it an entertaining hour. Some audience participation helps provide a few laughs, and you get a free sample at the end.

I bought the tickets right there. I didn't wait too long. They have in Polish and English. Is about an hour. It was a live show and it was very funny🤣. The chef asked for volunteers and I was one of them. I had a great time with their explanations, jokes. We also saw the Goats from the window. At the end, the lady gave us fake certificates 😊 and half croissant to take with us, to taste. I recommend to visit.

Definitely book in advance especially if you're looking for a show in English. Very funny and engaging with the public, you will have opportunity to help knead dough etc. You can learn a bit of history too. Two bakers were really funny but I can see the point of people who found some of their jokes offensive. We were laughing hard and we had a great time 🙂

A must visit tourist attraction. The English show occurs at 2 pm every day. During the show they talk about the history of Poznań, Saint Martin Croissant and also teach us the art of making the croissant. It’s an interactive show where visitors can volunteer to participate in the croissant making process with guidance from the Chef.

Beautiful place, one gets to learn all about sainy Martin, and how historically the making of the saint Martin croissant started. A beautiful fun and engaging sessions in both English and polish. Highly recommend. You can get to be a chef help guiding the story of the making of the croissant.

Not a museum in the traditional sense, but you will learn about the local St Martin croissant through a one hour participative experience. You will need to select a language you understand, Polish or English otherwise you will not have a clue what is going on. A fun experience and a chance to sample a croissant at the end. 37 zloty. Arrive 5-10 minutes early. Toilets available. Window view of the goat fight at 3pm

Just to clarify, it is not a museum but kinda workshop to learn about the history and making process of rogal (croissant). I loved the sense of humor of presenters, and it was fun to be a part of making process.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the show. It was funny and informative and everyone in our group enjoyed it a lot, both adults and children. I highly recommend you visit but make sure to book tickets to a show since it’s not actually a museum despite the name.

***** AN ENTERTAINING MORNING ***** Read this before reserving-> Admittedly, I had doubts about a “croissant museum.” Like, are there displays with hundred-year-old petrified pastries? My opinion began to change when I saw a troop of schoolchildren leaving. Turned out to be a must-do in Poznań. It was a thoroughly entertaining and informative demonstration on the centrality of the Polish version of the croissant in Poznań history and culture. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this city.

What an experience and definitely not "ohh another museum" feeling. The experience is more like a show with a great script, entertainment and history. Get ready for the tasty surprise at the end! Also, make sure to pre-book as only one show per day that's in English!

"museum" is a deceptive name for this, since you can only attend the "croissant shows" that are held several times a day in Polish and once a day in English (in February '23). I first thought that the price (35zl) was a bit high, but the show was unlike anything I expected: filled with sarcastic comments, super dark jokes and participative performance. It's really like a comedy show, but beware, the jokes were very politically incorrect (much to my liking). It's still child friendly, as they wouldn't understand those jokes, and seemed to enjoy it. Part of the audience also got go take part in the baking, although the croissants weren't finished (as it would take the whole day). Worth it!

It's a delicious white poppy seed crescent of joy and here you will learn all about it whilst taking part in making one and picking up some local dialect along the way. A great thing to do with kids or friends alike.

Do book in advance and check opening times! English tours only available on certain days. I was very much looking forward to visiting this during our stay in Poznan, but sadly I was unable to get tickets (that is why the low rating). Hope to give it a better rating next time! The ticket office and shop have great souvenirs and there is a bakery around the corner that sells Poznan croissants, if you want to try some!

At 2pm they offer an English tour, the host made an introduction on how it all started, explained that it all started for charity. He asked for 6 volunteers to help him out. While explaining the process how to do the croissants the volunteers did what he asked them to do, it was a lovely experience. Ended the tour by watching the fighting goats behind the clock. Finally he gave us a certificate and a piece of this exquisite croissants.

It was a hilarious and unexpected entertaining show. For all those who are scared to stand in front of people: the show is interactive but you are not obligated to participate. They ask for 6 persons to help and if there are more who want to, they can participate too. In any case, you can enjoy the show as a viewer or a helper. It is Definitely worth the money!!

Absolutely fantastic little workshop, where you can not only learn how the famous croissants are made, but also some local language and history. At the end, at 12pm, you can watch the famous goats on the city hall building, the views are really beautiful (regardless of the renovations works happening atm). We also received a piece of the croissant to taste at the end, which was a nice touch, as they were really delicious.

(Translated by Google) Another museum that has a slightly different concept of operation than regular museums. Namely, their main assumption is workshops like baking traditional croissants. The workshop is combined with a lecture on the history of Poznań, the history of the croissant and, which is very interesting, the dialect that they use in this city. Staff full of humor and able to interest both children and adults. In addition, an affordable entry price and the possibility of online booking, which is probably necessary in the high season. (Translated by Google) And we found out why, in all the combinations, what is called the innocently "croissant museum" is at the forefront of Poznań full of attractions. Well, the humor, energy and commitment of the guys who run this show are beyond any imagination. It is a combination of history, cabaret and stand-up, with great verbal reflexes and a well-prepared script. It's with an egg, it's for kids (I don't own it myself, but they looked delighted), great for adults. This place confirms that anything can be made "something". I am a fan of both the Museum and such initiatives. Bravo and 10/10 from me and our team! To połączenie historii, kabaretu i standupu, z ogromnym refleksem słownym i świetnie przygotowanym scenariuszem. Fantastic museum. Our friends recommended it and it really made our day in Poznan. We were lucky to get in as we didn't book the tickets, just happened to be passing this place minutes before their first visiting slot. Very funny host, explained a bit of Poznan slang words snd accents, told us the story of local rogale (and poznanian cuisine in general). Interactive session with few people selected to help the host to prepare, shape, bake and weigh the rogal ;) Also, if you're there for 11 o'clock session, you'll have a chance to see the famous Poznanian "koziolki" - but from much better perspective than standing at the Old City square. Great place, our whole family rated it as the best place we had a chance to visit during our stay in Poznan.

You will seat and some of visitors will be picked up in order to bake a croissant step by step while staff explains a bit of history from Poznan and the croissant background. Staff is really nice.

(Translated by Google) The place itself is great and it's a tourist attraction worth recommending. The entertaining form of running "workshops" is also a plus, because it adds to the atmosphere, but I think that some of the texts of the teachers are exaggerated and not fully thought out (one example, to paraphrase the words: children are great, because when they do something, they enjoy you have to pay them, women can do it too and YOU CAN PAY THEM LESS THAN MEN) (Original) Miejsce samo w sobie jest świetne i to atrakcja turystyczna godna polecenia.

Just great. It’s definitely not a museum, it’s a show. The host is funny and can interact really good with the audience. If you drive through Poznan or visit it, consider giving it a go.

(Translated by Google) Cool place, nice, fun, interesting. Certainly a great attraction for kids, but time passes well for adults. The show at 11am, with the possibility of watching billy goats, is definitely worth considering.

(Translated by Google) The ticket price is quite high, so I would expect the place to look better. Not very nice, except for the "kitchen" which looks very nice. For example, a minus for usually simple wooden benches. The presentation itself is great !! Sama prezentacja super!!
