She gave the address of the restaurant, even though she knew they were still closed. The courier spent two days trying to deliver the parcels, unfortunately to no avail, so the goods were returned to us. I wanted the owner to pay for the postage, which she refused, so we will be suing for a few hundred. If she recognized the mistake and paid, it's no problem, but I won't pay extra for someone who orders something and can't be reached at the address.
