Although Coloseum is a chain, I keep a warm spot in my heart for the one in Nova Karolina. The excellent staff, the atmosphere, and the delicious and always fresh dishes are just right! I’ve been there enough to know a few staff members by name, which only upgraded my experience. It’s always lovely to meet people who enjoy their job, who care for the total experience of a customer rather than just the 20 min they spend with them. By far, Tanas, the manager, is top rank on this, always a smile, always a good word, and always with care and passion. The food is lovely, with various choices for vegans and non-vegans. The stakes are excellent. The pasta is always just right, but the true engine of the restaurant is the pizzas, baked on stone with open fire, crispy and full of flavors, a real a complete experience.

Tasty food, but I like more low-key restaurants. I really enjoyed the eggplant salad :)

Just had a great pizza here at coloseum.Cz in Ostrava. What would have been a lonely meal here was made quite the opposite due to Mykola’s friendly service. I can recommend.

Great restaurant inside the shopping mall. Great atmosphere inside, food and drinks are amazing! Lunch menu was very good, you can choose some typical Czech food. Staff is very caring. Recommend visiting this great restaurant!

We have celiac disease, so our search for places to dine is always difficult. We found. You can order pizza and pasta here. Great service, especially Ms Radka (that's what it said on her name tag) who served us with an understanding of the subject. You can also order a gluten-free dessert. The gluten-free version of beer is no longer available, but you can order a glass of wine. The pizzas were tasty, we have been several times, each time ordering a different one. We highly recommend this place.

food is delicious, but on the pricier side of the spectrum, with some meals being offered for quite outrageous prices. the service is very kind and welcoming. we felt very comfortable with our server. the atmosphere is calm and quiet during the day, while in the evening, it's lively and vibrant. i enjoyed my stay and will most likely be coming back.

Today me and my girlfriend were on a valentine's dinner. Everything was quite good, but wiatress give us an appetizer and said nothing about it. We didn't eat this. After dinner she took it and add it to a bill. She didn't inform us and we have to pay for something that we didn't order and eat.

Great experience overall, restaurant is well staffed and managed. Our visit was enhanced by great service from Aleš (very polite and professional). Definitely will visit this restaurant in the future.

Pizza Colloseum is a sure way to get authentic italian food. Even if pizza served here isn't napoletan, it sure is italian. And this already says a lot. We can Casareccia cocktail which was super delicious. Pizza really thin and chicken with potatoes so so creamy. The stuff is very gentle. I recommend visiting with kids. The restaurant has a dedicated space for them. With a big screen and cartoons, space dedicated for playing. And they offer kids menu which is gratis if I am not mistaken (better check their prices). Collosseum in Ostrava has an open space as well which gifts you a big panoramic view to the whole city. Really enjoyed this place

Good place. Quality menu, friendly staff, attentive management. I tried salmon fish, which is easy to overcook, but mine was perfectly juicy. Tomato soup was good, too. Didn't try the pizza, but pizza oven looks very genuine - big dome made of stone.

The noise level was not pleasant. Unbearable music. The food was okay but not value for money.

Excellent service and place for meetings with larger groups. The place was clean with appealing look, great selection of tasty food and many options of seating areas. The manager thought of many different aspects which are well managed including well trained stuff. During our meeting Marcela took really great care of us and it will be my pleasure to come back again.

Nice ambience, big seating palce both indoor and outdoor, unqiue wood oven Pizza and pasta. Expensive place. Service is ok so as Staff. I have been there twice to this place 1st time I ordered a vegetarian Pizza Which was good, cooked well and have a smoky flavour. Taste is good and authentic itilian. 2nd time went there with Team, Team ordered beers and pizza which is good. I ordered Choclate ice cream and orange juice mocktail with Soda. Both are good specially ice cream. Ambiance is really amazing. It has 2 big trees in restaurant which is really unique. Place is bit overpriced. Rates in menu is inclusive of all taxes.

I like the place. Maybe the only restaurant in Karolina. Not only the food court. Staff is professional and I believe they use original Italian ingredients. Nice view on Ostrava from the porch.

Amazing dishes and superb service. I visited with my daughters and they enjoyed a lot. Always happy to come back. Our waiter was very attentive and professional. 5 stars.

Lovely restaurant, come here multiple times a month. It has a really elegant ambience and the prices are very reasonable. They sell a combination of italian as well as czech foods (mostly italian though). Recommend the strawberry ice tea!
