As we heard from the the waitress, the venue has opened a month ago and she started 3 days before our visit, so most of the things we didn't like were just a work on progress. On the plus side, it is a great looking space and the staff was able to recommend food. However, there were some problems as well. My main issue was utterly confusing menu where names were English and descriptions Czech. Unless you're bilingual in these two, you may not know what things are. The menu is VAST! Too many things for me to believe they do all of them well. Sections have no clear end. I had to ask where to find side dishes. Also, there was no English menu so I had to translate for 3 other people. I was told they are "trying out what people like". This not a good way to do it. There was not feedback for (hence this review). Some staff didn't speak English despite having half English menus. They say "air-conditioned" on the door but on a 30°C evening, we were still sweating.

Service forgot about our drinks. The burger was not really tasty. We got no sauce in it. Too expensive price for such a meal.

We've ordered burgers, the staff member didn't ask about how we'd like the burgers, so we got semi rare burgers that were close to raw. Not the best impression, however the interior is nice.

Slow services, waitress do their best but is hard to serve faster when restaurant is full. I had dinner with friend, we wantet to order some drink after dining but it was impossible to order and after 30 minutes we were tired to wait anymore, we paid and left, need more staff.

Snails seemed to be something else. They were barely warm as for the sauce, i m still wondering what it was... As for the steak.. If it was big enough i was not even ask how i wanted it cooked. Except for the smile of the waitress i ll avoid this restaurant
