A business partner took me here to taste some craft beers and have some food. This place is modern, people are friendly, beers are good and the food is great! I think I was the only not Czech person in the restaurant but they spoke English. I had a burger for dinner and tried 3 different beers or maybe 4. ;) Burger was gooood! I definitly recommens Sbeerka when you’re in Ostrava or passing by!

Not only good beers and Cocktails. The Food and Wine is very good too. Like Michelin would say: it's worth a stop.

nice interior, very professional staff. we have tried traditional Czech food: guláš and kachní stehno (duck leg) and they were delicious. they also have various types of beer (I guess those are from different local breweries)

Wonderful beer & food spot in Ostrava. Definitely must visit place, when you are looking for great local beer and delicious food.

I had a great time at Sbeerka, a stylish bar/restaurant in Ostrava-Poruba. The changing draft beer selection is very interesting and the modernized classic Czech dishes are delicious. Last but not least, the staff was friendly and efficient.

[Update 10/2023] - the place is still generally nice (and beer still not that great, food good), but during the last visit ( Saturday late evening) we were told that we cannot get any coffee because they already cleaned the coffee machine ( it was still at least 1.5h before closing); I find this unwillingness and reasoning highly unprofessional ( and generally very lazy). This is why we cannot get nice things ... [End of update] They try - with various results ;-) the food was good, the service was very nice, unfortunately none of the provided beers really tasted great ( but that can be just me ;-)

Food was fine, service exceptionally kind, the flexibility in dine preparation, just minor drawbacks: a) quite expensive place, b) a bit too fat meat, but if these things are not a problem to you you can easily add a star.

Place to go when visiting my hometown. However, bear in mind they focus on beers (I'm not a beer person), therefore the selection of other options: wine, cocktails is not huge. Also, I find it quite expensive, especially the wines, and the glass is served as 1,5 dl which I find a bit sad. :)) Staff is friendly though.
