Good day, we would very much like to recommend this business. We used a voucher from friends here for 500g steak tartare and everything was perfect. We had the food prepared in a box and enjoyed it at home, we didn't want to disturb the other guests with a small cracker running between the tables, all our wishes were met. During a short visit to the restaurant, we saw the premises, which are very pleasant, the service is nice and prompt. Nothing to complain about. Excellent communication and solid dealings with the staff, chefs and management. Thank you

This restaurant is great and service as well

Good own beer and quite pleasant seating. The food is expensive and the taste is not an experience, rather average, for which you would expect a significantly lower price. The service was slower despite the fact that it was almost empty at the time of the visit. Some guests even came and left again in 5-10 minutes because the waiter did not show up. Another visit only for the beer, which I would order right at the entrance.

Beer is ok but most of meals were not well cooked and portion size like for kids

According to the internet, they are open every day from 14:00, so I went to the address of the establishment to redeem the voucher I received. The shop is closed, they don't deliver :) so they are selling a voucher for a product that cannot be redeemed. Too bad, I was looking forward to it.

Portáš is a great place to visit in Ostrava, staff is nice, friendly and they provide good quality service, even better food, and one of the best beer's around. It's a 10 out of 10. Definetly will visit again.

I was quite disappointed with this restaurant, based on the reviews where people say that they drive several kilometers here for great burgers, we also made a trip here. Unfortunately, the burger didn't look half as good as it did on the voucher, even though many could tell from the photo what we actually wanted. The taste is somewhat weaker and I can't say that we would ever go back to the "great" food. :( However, in order not to be only negative, after the overall impression, the waiter was probably the nicest, when the boy was constantly trying to ask if everything was okay and was very nice to us and the other guests. solid and clean.
