Great place, alpine style. Cozy atmosphere, fireplace inside, felt like in the mountains ⛰ Everything that I tasted was nice flavoured and decorated, to be honest didn't expect as i am not a local and not used with the local food and drinks. The waiter was nice and friendly. I wish to be back one day. Highly recommended!

A nice place to grab a beer after walk or ride in the Bělský les. After reconstruction the quality raised up a lot. A wide choice of food and drinks. You can sit inside or outside as well.

The place looks lively since the refurbishment. They have an ideal location and even on the wettest raint days you can grab a coffee. This day was packed, we left the previous pub to come to Koliba. We fiund a seat inside were ready to order...5 mins, 10 mins, 25 mins no one came to our table despite 3 tables around us being waited on without issues...we left disappointed, hungry and thirsty

Our December sojourn was made all the more inviting by the heartening radiance from an amply fueled wood stove, casting a snug and inviting atmosphere throughout. The personnel were amiable and adept, showcasing the level of professionalism anticipated at a venue of this caliber. Regrettably, the establishment faltered with the serving of “podmírak”—a Czech term denoting a beer served with a shortfall in volume—departing from the hallowed standards of Czech beer tradition. Conversely, the gastronomic offerings arrived with commendable speed and were pleasing to the palate. Although the beef broth aspired for a pinch more salt to elevate its taste, the overall meal left us content. Our arrival, at the stroke of 14:00 on a Friday, found the establishment in a serene state with scant patronage. However, as evening approached at 17:00, the ambience shifted to one of effervescent conviviality, with the locale brimming with patrons. Accessibility is notably convenient, with vehicular access directly to the restaurant's threshold, just beyond the tram station. A forewarning sign permits patrons to traverse the pavement by car, a privilege that should be navigated with circumspection and consideration for pedestrians. To encapsulate, despite the absence of an element of astonishment that might have perfected the experience, this establishment remains a commendable choice for those seeking a convivial dining encounter in Ostrava, thus warranting its four-star commendation
