The friendly, helpful staff redeems this hotel. My favourite part of the hotel is the spa room downstairs. There are saunas, foot soaking mini tubs, and a small but lovely jacuzzi. A perfect way to end each day. I enjoyed the food and ambiance in the on-site restaurant and bar area. The outdoor patio is quite pleasant for evening meals. However, this hotel needs upgrades in the rooms including larger safes, a mini refrigerator and more storage space. It *definitely* needs a modern thermostat system, which allows guests to regulate the temp in their own rooms. That's just ridiculous! Overall, I'd give a 6/10, so a 3/5 stars here. With upgrades, this could be a lovely facility.

I can recommend this hotel, nice rooms of a decent size, good breakfast and not bad location in Ostrava. We had a problem at night as our AC seemed not working properly, so it was hot inside and we could open the window only slightly as it was blocked. So I went to reception in the middle of the night and the lady helped us out by unblocking it and opening it much more. Much appreciated!

Not bad not great. If you're traveling for business this hotel is average and thus ok. If you're on a vacation pick something with better location or be prepared to drive everywhere. When I was there the restaurant only offered one meal in the evening - I'm guessing an aftermath of Covid times...

I gave it a 5 stars for the people there are doing very good job although in COVID time still everything was very well. Restaurant was not working for obvious reasons but what we had for meals was more than sufficient and tasty. Had noć opportunity to use fitness and wellness this cannot comment. The rooms are spacious, bad very good. I could rest properly. Would recommend it for a business trip or a conference.

It was cold in the room. The lady from reception saved me and gave me heather a big plus for her and hospitality. For rate higher in region heating should work :( Parking is extra, so overpriced everything for surely, so for the idea of comfort and fear that not better in region many people will pay knows that are Overpriced! Self-sacrifice

Good hotel in Ostrava. Good service, kind personnel, always trying to help. Big and confortable rooms. Location is not exactly in downtown but it is not bad using taxi.. Quiet place with some sovietic atmosphere - I mean the hotel is a bit "cold"

Nice & clean Rooms, staff are friendly yet professional, need to reconsider more dishes to breakfast buffet.
