The receptionist told us to park our car behind the hotel, but did not tell us that there are several burglaries happen peer week. You can spot a lot of shattered car window glas on the ground. Also the hotel is placed in the junky Distrikt of ostrava.

Very unsafe area, looks like it was dormancy before or similar. Lots of jobless persons walking by outside, was really worried in my car still will have all the windows in the morning (all was good). Cheap price, that's why 2 stars.

Rubbish location very dated not comfortable and location is not very safe! One for if no where else left!

Simple hotel but very good position. I didnt like walking up to the 4th floor. No lift. Nice breakfast. Good choice of hot and cold meals and drinks. Ask for the room with square view. Much more better comparing the other side where nothing special to see. Look my pics.

The rooms are quite loudly at night because there is some bell or something outside, but okay :)

This place is little bit far from city center but close to the factory complex Lower area Vitkovice with great museum. Hotel isn't client friendly, no lift. Breakfast is really very good.

Clean and tidy. Breakfast not much to choose from,but enough to fill up till lunch. A little noisy from the street when your window its open...

Nice place. It's not fancy or anything but what's most important cheep and tidy. Fine for spending weekend/few days.

Veronika is a hotel located in a beautiful place. I had a room with panoramic windows that offered views of Radnice and St. Paul's Church, which were lit up at night. The room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a mini kitchen with a microwave and an electric kettle. I appreciate the hotel's staff for their excellent service!

Wifi -

It’s just terrible place to stay. The same breakfast everyday, some eggs, some sausages, ham and cheese. Wi-Fi is 1,5 Mbit/s (!!), impossible even to watch the video on YouTube. Noise from everywhere, neighbors, street, corridor: I will never stay here again.
