Good location, excellent services 👌 and reasonable price

Wasn't sure how to rate this, the rooms were clean but we had no hot water and the smell coming from the shower was eye watering. The service was great. The 2 ladies were wonderful. Location is not in the best part of town, the train station is very close and not that loud but the trams run day and night across the front of hotel, and sometimes you do feel the vibrations in the room. There are pros and cons for this place.

The room we were given was awesome, and it really created the atmosphere we were looking for :) A small miracle was the great staff lady serving breakfast, she perfectly understands the hospitality you would expect to receive as a guest anywhere. There was a small problem on Sunday because of language confusion but the owner of this establishment handled it beautifully and made us feel as welcome as we ever felt before.

The rooms were very dusty, the cleaning ladies apparently only change the sheets and towels, but don't dust off the old fashioned furniture. The beds squeak and are not that comfortable. No air conditioning in the room, but luckily there was a small fan to cool us off. The location is great when you come by train. We were by car and were mainly attracted by the low price. We got what we paid for, so don't complain too much. The breakfast is ok. We walked to the Sareza swimming pool, which is not too far with two kids.

Big plus: 1 block from train station. Hotel room was barely adequate. We had to keep the window open through the night to keep the temperature bearable. But in the morning, we discovered the kitchen vent blew right in our window. Breakfast was good, but smelling everyone's sausage cooking got old fast.

very accommodating, close to all major public transportation facilities. Staff members always do their best to help whatever the situation may be. Lastly price because everyone wants to save money.

Good location close to the station, rooms fine but bathroom could do with some attention. Some cobwebs. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cheep stop along the way. Reception is open 24/7, so it was a biggest + for this hotel. Bar works till 10AM.

Good Belfast, nice and friendly staff. Bit too loud, and smell of cigaretes on the corridor.
