Stay here if you want to live on a construction site. They seem to be renovating the entire floor and the rooms on one side of the corridor was basically stripped down. There was also this super chemicall smell from the beddings (almost smelled like if they had washed stuff in ammonia)... Is it worth 100 czk? Maybe. 1000 - definitely not.

I am so disgusted! I was travelling with 2 families, 6 kids all together and noone opened us! We had to sleep in the car. She took the money-and then didn't answer the phone. I can't believe that!

We spend one night there. Highly recommend! The room and bathroom was clean, everything looks like it should. To Stodolni we went around 7 minutes by foot. So it is a calm place. You don't hear drunk people. Rooms are non smoking but you can go to the balcony through door in bathroom.

Horrible if your from the West stay away. Just Big No! I've been to 55 countries and not even in Russia was i treated like this. We paid for on there website for a family large room and the night guy who claims to be the BOSS owner says that its not his fault those photos are what they are. They gave us a small room and no kitchen or shared kitchen and television was allegedly stolen night before. We tried to think what do.we do and we claimed went down stairs and told them its wrong in the same hour we checked in. The guy was beyond rude and really unfair. We left and went to any other hotel and checked in. The show zero responsibility for there place but make excuses. The have the karma they desire ahead. This placed sucks. STAY AWAY ... recommendations any where else in Ostrava. I wish I could given 0 stars

Worst place in whole Czech Republic. Toilet was very dirty and clogged, furniture was in bad condition. The street is very dangerous. Be aware! You can be robbed in this hostel. For your safety please find another place to stay.

that's a hotel of thieves. I booked a room in this hotel to go to a festival. However, I left money in my room which would be around 5000 Czech korun, when i came back to my room there was no sight of my money, and when I asked for help none was given, suddenly they said there was no cctv .Stay as far away as you can from this hotel.

The utility facilities were sheared, not ensuite. The stairwell (aged), rooms especially bed could have been cleaner and not saving on cleaning with washing up detergents. I left home earlier after one night. Thank you for your time.

Cheap price but expect facilities accordingly to the price

Service was nice but it was hard to find and someone tried to get in our room by breaking the lock the room was nothing special on AC, TV or anything except beds without sheets we reserved it for 2 days but we left for the first night

Sooo terrible! They throw our blankets, pillows on the ground and didn’t bother doing anything about it. Everything was smelly and smelled like cigarettes. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you do not mind sharing the small bathroom with another 4 rooms, having a little kitchenette with bad airflow, which lets all the smells not only in the hall, but also in the rooms and a room door through which you can hear each small sound from the hall, this is definitely your place. The bed was so worn that it was in a shape of frying pan and I just hope the power outage on the morning of my check-out was a singular incident. But I need say that if one does not mind all the inconveniences, the place is conveniently in the city center and the linen was quite clean. I am just not sure if the price is suitable...

Worst hotel ever. My room haven't been even cleaned after previous guests, except making up bed and folding towels. Both towels and bedding were dirty and gross. Trashcan was full, I've been given only 1/5 of toilet paper roll for two guests. There are two toilet/bathrooms on my floor, one has broken doors, other has broken walls of shower cabin, so floor is always wet. Floor and other doors are very loud, and there is no acoustic isolation between rooms. Everything is gross.

Problem with the Menager and with getting the deposit back. Low quality hotel.

For one night: you are going to survive. But more is not recommended. The windows were not able to Open, although the air was old and ist smelled awful. Moreover we had 30 grad at the day. The kitchen and bathroom was not the best hygiene. The bedsheet had holes. Nobody is able speaking English, Russian worked..so for one Night it is ok.

There Was problem with take a deposit back. Client is not the priority of the host

My advice to anyone considering staying here, just don’t. While the location and price may be attractive, everything else is not. Its not clean, the windows can’t open, there are sketchy people staying there(it seems like they actually live there, we always locked the doors), the aforementioned guests there behave like animals; blasting their music at 1 am in the common corridor, screaming at each other, breaking glass in the toilet, smoking in the toilet (I mean, for Christ’s sake, are you 12 and hiding from your parents?!?!). Just save yourself from the nightmare and book another hotel/hostel.

Very rude, screaming at the customers for any request. Unwilling to talk to you when booking it via booking.com. Eventhough I booked it and overlooked it was non-refundable, they agreed to return me money with 25 % fee, however, nothing happened and when I tried to contact them again, the owner himself yelled at me and hang up on me. Booking.com customer service was very helpful, but when trying to contact the property by their agent, they denied what we agreed on. Next time I rather pay more for better customer approach and service. Dont provide accodomation when you hate people. Obviously doing it for money and not for people.
