I had read the previous reviews and I thought I was going to the house of horror. Thats not accurate at all. The other reviews are from spoiled people from western Europe looking for a Hotel for a bargain price. It is not a luxury place, just like student dorms. Simple bedrooms and shared bathrooms and toilets. Not dirty but old, kinda soviet style. I slept well, calm neighborhood close to the center and a big mall in a calm city. I have no compliments but neither complains. If you want something better, you can pay 3 times more.

Our van got stolen directly in front of the hostel. After we called the police, we got the information, that this happened not the first time. The service in the hostel is really unfriendly and they speak only Czech. Hostel was dirty and the doors in the bathroom can't closed.

Just a room with beds. That's it. Toilets on the floor and because everybody using it, it's not clean. People smoking outside the rooms. Don't expect too much.

It is okay for its price but even though it should be maintained better. I understand low standard but it should be clean. Although the sheets were okay, the carpet around my bed was covered in sick which wasn't removed very thoroughly :/

Because I can't leave zero stars. I want to say something positive so, okay, the location is good. You'll be closer to just about everything or trams to get you there. It really won't matter if you end up having to be hospitalized or dead. On two occasions someone tried unlocking my room door. This person seemed genuinely upset when his key didn't work, as though he had his own set of keys. I mean wow, hey if you end up here then that's the perfect time to consider some serious life changes. Myself, better decision making, like not staying in various locations without reading reviews.

I had the worst time here. Horrible room, unfriendly receptionist and horrible guests banging on the door at 3am. They rattled the door to see of it would open and I had no way to contact to reception for help as they did not speak English/there was no phone in room and no other guests on that floor. Location is also secluded and hard to find if you don't speak czech. Not for tourists at all.

This place looks like time stopped there in '60s and it hasn't been renovated since. I know the price is a bit lower, but come on, seriously? This building is a ruin, receptionist was rude and it stinks inside the rooms. If you have a chance to check it live before booking - do it.

This hostel is one of the worst I have stayed. The smell is awful, the bathroom looks in very bad condition, everything seems dirty. The only good thing is the location. My advice : stay elsewhere!

En voi suositella. Sijaitsee paikallisella slummi alueella jossa paljon epämääräistä kadun miestä nojailee rakennuksen seinään. Likaiset huoneet, paha haju, sisäilma ongelmat aiheuttivat itselleni hengitysvaikeuksia. Autoa ei onneksi varastettu. Hinnasta voi antaa yhden tähden, mutta mielummin nukkuisin autossa jossain muualla.
