The hotel is new and clean. Not all the staff speak English. I was lucky enough to come at night when one of the male bartenders understood I needed a room. The breakfast was delicious and coffee strong. The room was large but the pillows not so great. The girl at the reception was very kind and helpful. I'd stay there again when in Ostrava.

Je to dost dobre misto. Chodume tam u na obed. Luksusni jidla, luksusni ubytovani proste super.
