Really nice staff, very sweet fruit l group of ladies. The downside is the distance from the center if you're not driving. There is only one bus and you'll have to walk a bit to get there. It's a very quiet arena relaxing atmosphere surrounding the place. The floors seem to stay dirty so maybe some house shoes would be useful.

The residence is located a ten minute ride by car or bus from the city centre. It is relatively quiet, has BBQ facilities, spacious parking options and one closeness to the Key Locations is guaranteed. Friendly student staff is a given. Overall the residence offers a good value.

Its a cheaper accommodation for students in Ostrava. Its also better for them who are in Ostrava for shorter period and looking for cheaper option.

We have found bedbugs in our room. The receptionist did spoke only her native language, so she did not offer us another room or refund. Of course, we were not able to sleep in the room full of bedbugs.

I was very satisfied with my stay, where you can find everything for a comfortable life in the Slezská Residence. Who has children - there is a swimming pool, badminton and many other additional services. It's also nice that you can have pets here. The public transport stop is a two-minute walk away and the housing is located near the zoo in a quiet part of Ostrava. All around is full of greenery and peace. The rooms are comfortable and there is a great landlord who is always there to help if you have a problem. My 100% recommendation ❤️

Excellent housing for students. The price: performance ratio is really satisfactory, the owner is very helpful, when there was a problem, I was sure that it would be solved sooner or later. Location close to the center, also top. I recommend it to all students.
