Everything is very well organized and fast. You register when it's convenient for you and many medical personnel speak Ukrainian. There is only a complaint about the neurologist in office 13. An uncultured person who is a racist insults and shouts at you right in the office, and many acquaintances who were here also complained about this doctor. No one wanted to help me with questions about where I can write a complaint. The situation happened on 08/25/23, my ticket number was A134 At the end, the complaint was written and sent to the e-mail address of your hospital

I stood for an hour and a half in three queues. The doctor's medical examination took three minutes.

I'm glad I came to this facility. It was worth traveling several dozen kilometers further than going to a clinic in my city for tests. At the entrance I found staff who clearly explained to me what and how, where to go and what to do. There were a lot of patients, which I think only confirms my opinion that the Prevention and Health Clinic is a facility with a professional approach to patients. A queuing system, a ticket machine, screens displaying numbers and messages in Polish and English indicate who is being asked to go to which office. Despite many patients, the examinations I had to perform were carried out very efficiently, I practically went from one office to another. The entire staff, from the ladies and gentlemen at the registration desk, through nurses to doctors, was extremely competent and nice, you could talk freely during the examination. The patient feels much better when he is welcomed into the office with a smile on his face :)! Dr. Sławomir Walczak, great doctor, amazing approach to the patient - best regards! I will definitely come back to this clinic if I need to have any tests done. I give it the maximum rating, because nowadays and considering the level of our Polish health service, this facility has a very high level, other facilities can follow the example!

I didn't expect to be so positively surprised. Everything went very smoothly and the staff was very nice. The ladies at the registration desk were smiling and helpful. Doctors and nurses are extremely nice and warm. The service makes the patient feel less stressed. The man who performed the EKG explained everything to me so I wouldn't be stressed. The entire visit (from entering the facility to leaving) lasted an hour.

I do not recommend. I received an initial referral from the workplace in connection with operating forklifts. The facility mutilates people by taking blood from their fingers for some purpose.

I had the examination on November 13 and everything went very smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere, the number collection system does a great job - many clinics lack this, but here everything works like clockwork. I recommend

the clinic was a failure, yes, they were able to cram the lady on Friday because it was quick, because there were a lot of people or lack of skills, I spent 4 hours on tests, I do not recommend it

Quickly and efficiently. With such a number of patients, it goes quickly, otherwise there would be no chance of receiving a certificate in one day. The ladies at the registration desk were very nice and helpful. Despite the failure of the numbering system, the lady gave the waiting people numbers "manually". Visits to specialist doctors are flawless.

I was there for tests - everything went smoothly except for window number 4. The lady was very unpleasant and unsympathetic, as if she didn't belong back then. Tests on November 30, 2023.
