I had my wedding here in September 2016. The staff were amazing and so helpful despite our English guests lack of Polish language. The facilities meant that our guests had plenty to do for an extended weekend stay despite the hotel's remoteness. Fantastic weekend, could not have been better. Thank you to all your staff, they are a credit to you.

Great place but boring for adults if you`re not spending a fortune in the SPA area. Good food, lovely rooms, nice SPA. Kids in the pool at 20:00 is a bit too much.

We stayed 3 nights in the bungalow. It was great! The surroundings are beautiful and very quiet, but there are a lot of activities for kids - rope park, play park, swimming pool with saunas, etc. The breakfast is really high quality. We recommend!

It's a one of the best hotels we've been to Poland. 4* star hotel surrounded by mountains in the beautiful location. The hotel is very modern and clean. Spa area offers swimming pools,Jacuzzi, steam rooms and spa treatments rooms. Employees are very attentive and polite. Food is amazing! If you have any diet requirements,just send them an email before arriving and everything will be sorted it. Lots of kids entertainment around the hotel and also beautiful walking paths. Highly recommended!!

We had a lunch in a restaurant. Food was amazing, our server was most helpful and they have a play room for children to keep them entertained while waiting for food.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views around. Great fun for kids, many rooms for play plus outdoor woodland. Very good meals, fantastic service. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Thank you

Very well equipped hotel. Spa, sauna, conference rooms. A lot of activities available in the area: tennis, football, bicycle, hiking routes, paintball and a lot more. Very tasty breakfast option.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Spa Bereich. Wir hatten ein gr 32qm Zimmer. Leider lag dieses an einer Durchgangstür, welche sehr laut zu knallte! Evtl könnte man den Schließmechanismus softer einstellen!? Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel liegt in einem Wintersportort und weit weg von Energylamdia oder anderen Zielen. Für Ruhe u Erholung aber sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine super tolle Anlage, wo es auch nach 4 Tagen noch neues zu entdecken gab. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön,der Wellnessbereich wirklich klasse. Die Zimmer sind recht schö, bis auf das Bett, ich persönlich habe sehr schlecht darin geschlafen, Matratze rutscht immer weg. Morgens war es leider in unserem Zimmer sehr laut, schien neben einem Raum von den Zimmermädchen zu liegen, und es war morgens schon sehr laut ab 7 Treppen auf Treppen ab, Wecker geklingelt ect. Aber ansonsten kann ich die Anlage echt empfehlen, es gibt soviel drumherum zu entdecken was auch zu dem Hotel gehört das ist echt klasse. Wir würden wieder buchen :) nur nächstes Mal ein anderes Zimmer

Czarny Groń is a very charming place surrounded by beautiful nature : trees and mountains , we were lucky to come when it was snowing. Just beautiful 😍. About rooms : We were there with the group 6 adults and child , we rented a wooden mountain house nr 3 , unfortunately the standard doesn't much a price in my opinion. The house smells of dumb, and the kitchen is very badly equipped. The stove is very old, taking an hour to heat a soup, no microwave, no coffee machine, or any other coffee pot ( just cup and kettle) , I think they should provide little selection of tea and coffee, sugar, salt and pepper for the price . To be honest, there are lots of glasses, plates and cups of good quality. TV is a shame, bedrooms so hot that it is hard to sleep and salon on the contrary. The breakfast was a great, very big choice, tasteful food , really nice staff, a specially Mr. Wiesław . We also visited the Oberża Rycerska beside, amazing food , pizza first class ! Great szarlotka , food the top 👌 😋! Very interesting interior design, in the style of a castle basement, very beautiful wrought iron doors, you must visit the toilets! Nice service, too ! In the hotel we visited a swimming pool very small , but with a jacuzzi and water massage , we had fun there 😀 The saunas were great . Unfortunately, the guests from the houses need to pay 50 % of the price to use the swimming pool and sauna , after when you pay the ticket you need to pay again for the towels if you want to dry yourself.... it's ridiculous. In the end, I want to recommend the place , maybe choose a different room to sleep , but visit is an amazing place. I will come back soon ...
