Stayed 1st week of September 2019. Upon arrival we were told that the day before, the outdoor pool stopped being heated and filtered despite it being over 22 degrees. On day 2 it was covered with a plastic cover. We paid summer prices, but summer amenities were closed and we were not informed that this would be the case. Half way through our stay the online hotel price dropped by 25% which would reflect the outdoor facilities being closed. Indoor saunas are turned off before 4pm - you have to constantly ask for them to be turned on if you want to use them, which takes a while to heat up. 3 star amenities, 2 star service, 5 star prices. Be careful when you stay as certain amenities may not be available and you may still be charged for them.

Recommended place for relaxation incl Spa/sauna. Well equipped gym. Very tasty food and very friendly staff. The whole resort accommodation and interior has clearly been well thought over as being very functional and cosy and with good taste. For a serious forest walk however one needs to drive further away.

Nice and modern spa hotel close to the city, but away from the noise of the city. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The service of the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel has an excellent restaurant whose kitchen serves excellent meals. There is plenty of free parking. The hotel is easy to reach and is also suitable for disabled guests.

Good: Beautiful hotel, quiet and peaceful, excellent food with live music, *super nice* staff (both in the hotel and when you call) comfortable beds, numerous spa treatments, large selection of saunas, very hot Finnish sauna, textile free sauna area with large salt pool you can swim and float around in. Bad: People don’t comply with signs in the sauna area and salt pool so you have people running around in bathing suits while others are not. Infrared sauna was not working when we visited (Jan 29) and the pool attendant claimed that IR saunas work in such a way that you can’t see the lighting (this is why I am taking off a star because that’s complete BS so please just admit it’s broken). Lastly the sauna area has no place to relax; so after your sauna session you have to put on a robe, walk up the stairs and sit in the pool area where there are kids on occasion. Would be nice if there was a jacuzzi and some recliners in the sauna area in between sessions. Lastly the aroma/herbal sauna needs some refurbishment. The ceiling has black spots (presume from moisture and bad ventilation) as well as some sort of glue used around holes in the perimeter of the ceiling (which is a huge no no in a hot sauna). Other than those issues a really nice stay and a great weekend getaway without kids. Many thanks.

Very nice hotel with beautiful view. Staff was friendly and considerate. Big restaurant: the food was tasty and breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. Wellness & Spa zone is amazing! Huge pool with panoramic view and different types of sauna. Gym and play room also available. I found only two minuses for myself: - Restaurant menu has only 4 meals for vegetarians. I wish they would create more varied options. - Car parking cost 40zl for day. Usually it’s included in this level hotels, so it was surprise for us at check-out.

Very nice hotel for a getaways. We came here for the long weekend and Valentine’s Day. They have amazing spa area…. You can see this on the photos I attached here. All of treatments are nice my boyfriend really like the bath with bear😂 Food is good! Everything is clean. You can play billiards there when you are a little bored.. Summing up it’s a nice hotel to visit, I would say adults only

Beautiful Hotel. The Staff are both professional and friendly, rooms are excellent with stunning views across the valley . The Spar is again perfect , Restaurant served beautiful food , and the staff where very helpful. As i had to leave very early Friday morning (03:30am), this was no problem for the staff, they made sure i had food for my trip, this was very kind and i will use this hotel again i can highly recommend this hotel. Thanks a Million to all the staff , the proprietor should be very proud of the excellent service you offer.

I was only in this hotel for a short time and enjoyed the restaurant. Great food, lots of vegan options and friendly and professional staff. I will definitely return for a longer stay. Highly recommended

Wonderful spa, amazing restaurant, gorgeous stay.

We wanted to organise an event at this hotel. Paid deposit 2 month prior and on last minute they cancelled our whole arrangement for no reason. Shame!!!!

First of all, the place has an amazing atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant has a good variety of food. Their spa is super nice: highly recommended to sign up for their massage and visit their saunas/salt pool!!!

Will start from the good thing - SPA area , great SPA , very good pool . the room and the breakfast not align with 5 start hotel , the reception wasn't nice . but now i have a question , we stayed 3 nights all family (5 persons ) , on second floor , how it can be only 1 elevator , and all 3 days didn't worked , i had many suitcases that i had to handle with . never was in situation of 5 stars hotel without elevator .

Wir haben das Hotel nicht untergenommen aber halbes Jahr bevor unserer Ankunft reserviert. Ein paar Tagen bevor der Ankunft die Reservierung war bei Booking storniert. Ohne weitere Hilfe vom Hotel müssten wir etwas anderes finden. Nicht akzeptabel !

Beautiful place to have beautiful and meaningful experiences and to relax completely

What a place. We go there to find peace and relax. Range of treatments offered by SPA is great and for every pocket. The restaurant serves fantastic food and must go to viewing terrace. Nothing beats those views of Swietokrzyskie Mountains.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff Spa available with many variety of saunas and other attractions; As you can notice from my pictures which are posted : the restaurant got a special review from me - very tasty and unusually decorated dishes. Kids can also find something for themselves . Free parking available for the hotel guests;

Great płace to recherge your soul and body batteries! Stylish design, comfortable rooms, professional service

Managed to get the last room (incl breakfast) for 3 days at the end of Aug and fully enjoyed. Good proximity to the city and highway, plenty of parking, good views, no problem even if room facing a forest - with open window it is a great pleasure. Fine stay even during a rain. Well thought spa area: Big swimming pool (not for sport swimming though =), with a huge window, different saunas, with one facing outside world too. It was good breakfast as well as menu during lunch/dinner. We also took massages at Spa, it was nice. Overall recommended for a quick gateway (perhaps I wouldn't reco taking kids, no playgrounds and hotel is rather targeted for a calm stay).
