One of my favourite places to eat in Krakow. I've been to many restaurants in this city over the last few years and Novum Bistro continues to stand out for its quality of ingredients, innovative flavours, and excellent staff. Please make the effort to explore just a little outside of the "tourist centre". You will not be disappointed!

The ladies here are so friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and definitely quality for the price. Gourmet restaurant feel yet humble location. Glad we lived close by and we’re able to eat there and order to go. 100% recommended. Wish we could stay longer and eat everything on the menu.

Fish sandwich was delicious. Fish was light and crispy with dill sauce. Lettuce, tomato and cucumber were fresh. Don’t forget the lemonade with mint and orange. A great lunch after a nice afternoon at the Botanical gardens.

Absolutely loved having breakfast here with my girlfriend whilst visiting Krakow. Such a shame we only found it on the last day. Food was Amazing and fresh and the staff really friendly. Great price. 100% recommended 👌

The food was great, the place looks really nice, and the service was really good.

Both a good and not so good experience, averaging out to average. Food tasted pretty good and prices were fair. Location is nice with outdoor seating. That said, arguing with clients is a no, no. Even if you think they’re wrong. Sous Vide chicken can, but typically shouldn’t, have red bone when fully cooked. It’s one thing to do it at home when all conditions are controlled, and you know that despite the color it’s cooked…but another story trusting a restaurant, even if in actuality every sanitary requirement was met. I brine and Sous Vide bone-in chicken thighs without redness. The waitress saved the entire experience. She took it upon herself to maximize the customer service we received and completely succeeded. She guaranteed a dessert to make up for the mixup, as well. Nothing but praise for her professionalism. That said, the bare minimum for an unsatisfactory and uneaten meal is to replace it for free, not make it sound like doing so is a favor. Entitlement is how businesses fail. The replacement meal was the same as one ordered by another party member, but looked different: one tagliatelle was saucy the other much less so. Unfortunately no comparison pics as the issue happened after it was being eaten. Also, chicken Caesar salads (the referenced issue above) has crispy crumbled bacon and cubed chicken breast. Also croutons. I’ve yet to have proper chicken Caesar in Poland, anywhere. We originally went here before the new building was put up, in 2020, and greatly enjoyed it. Hope they return to that quality. That said, prices are fair, so that’s another plus.

Beautiful restaurant, friendly service.

We were looking for something different from our usual tastes and came across this wonderful place. Our server was so friendly and responsive. We each had a Portuguese style dish that was delectable. They even had Ukrainian art and our server spoke Ukrainian. We were very pleased and look forward to returning 💙💛

Delicious food and exceptional service! Lovely Ukrainian waitress served me with a genuine smile and caring attention. The place has a nice atmosphere and interesting paintings on the walls. The prices are fair, I got 3 dishes + bottle of water with lemon for only 74 zl (~€16). Highly recommended!

Had a nice dinner, food was pretty good. Unfortunately a lot of draft beer was out of stock.

Good, but not great. They have a nice sounding, reasonably priced lunch offer, but in my experience there was always something to spoil it - either the portions were really small, or there was something wrong with the food (tasteless soup and dry, overcooked chicken), or the service was very slow (I once waited 20 minutes just to pay and leave). Breakfasts are quite good though, even if they're a little pricier.

The environment is pleasant. The food was not very tasty. It's a pity that the waitress who served us didn't speak or understand English at all, so it was quite difficult to order

The food was simply phenomenal and so was the service! We tried the lunch menu (until 4pm) which is amazing value for money. This will be my go to place for lunch in Kraków.

Loved everything about it! Great staff, great food (i am vegetarian, took the cauliflower steak, and a salad). Everything was delicious, they let us split the bill. The place also has a very nice vibe. Close to the botanical gardens.

That was a disaster. Breakfasts I ordered scrumble eggs with spinach and mushrooms. Arrived dark, as you can see in pictures, that is meant that the butter is burnt, and as a surprise a piece of ham or bacon I suppose, that's because nobody cleaning the fryingpan, and I feel sorry for all the vegan or vegetarian because that's mean a lot. I inform the waitress and they come up 10% discount, but just a discount for a dirty kitchen is not enough. I was about to forget that in the tables outside there are to ventilation pipe and the smell of poop that go out from there is really really funny. Pity because the place is look very nice.

This place can be unexpectedly closed, please do not count to come here at weekends.

Perfect food. My vegan burger was mind blowing. Kids enjoyed food too.

Surprisingly nice local. Not overcrowded because not in the center. On the other hand easy to access. Decent international cousine with invention.
