Before I could place my order I asked for my the guy who was making sandwiches to put on 2 gloves. I also wanted my chicken sandwich fried fresh. Attitude from the manager and employee. I called the district manager no answer.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered a salad from this location and it was wet. Soggy and brown. I've called to complain and never a I'm sorry would you like to come get a new one or anything. All I get is ok I'm sorry I will have them pull them. Which I know they don't do. Being in the food industry it looks like it was frozen n then taken out to serve. I will drive out of my way next time to get a fresh salad I pay for. We pay for fresh food we deserve fresh food and better customer service

Well went to Wendy’s for the new Italian chicken mozzarella sandwich and garlic fries. The sandwich was so dry and it was in a garlic knot bread and I think they forgot the garlic in the bread. Tasted like boring briefs. The marinara sauce they use is not good at all. The fried mozzarella was a patty. The garlic fries were just ok. Not bad but not good. Definitely a let down.

UPDATE 11/20/2020 Surprisingly I wasn't immediately parked this time, but whole order was messed up. Ordered Extra toppings on my 2 sandwiches, only got 8 of my 10 piece nugget (no they didn't fall out and end up loose in the bag), and my daughters kids meal came with no toy. No management has reached out to try to justify these mistakes, and the inside is still closed to carryout only. Starting to think it might be worth the extra drive to go to a better Wendy's. 10/31/2020 Worst wendys experience I've had and it has not just been a one time occurrence. I go here once a week to get breakfast for the family. I am immediately parked without being given any drinks, then 5 to 10 minutes later, when not a single soul has came the drive-thru after me, I get my food and full drink carrier shoved in my window. Upon asking them why they park me immediately every time, they say it's Wendy's policy to park. Also their carryout is closed unlike the other Wendy's that I've been to in the past few months. These must be specific policies to this store only. Now the sausage has gone missing on this burrito. Oh wait there's a little speck of it right there. This is the closest Wendy's to my home and I would have to drive past it to get to the next closest. It's a shame that the quality of this Wendy's has gone down.

Went to this Wendy's for the first time today as it is slightly closer to my house than the one in Montgomery and have to say I'm disappointed. I placed a mobile order for 2 chicken sandwiches and the spicy chicken sandwich I received was disappointing (see photos). If it wasn't for the app having an offer I would have paid $5.29 for a sandwich with a very thin piece of chicken on it. I have gotten the $1.59 Crispy Chicken sandwich from other Wendy's in the past with bigger piece of chicken than this... It's a little sad and depressing to look at and the only reason this isn't a 1 star is because staff was friendly and they were quick with the food order

So I order regularly here. Today was no different. But today I asked for a fry and a baconator fry. Latly this wendys has been sub par, forgetting food, not having ANY salt on the fries and just just not listening when I mention somthing is missing. I get home and go through my food and can't find my extra fry that I said I wanted. I ordered a #5 and a baconator they even asked if it's was a sub I said NO. And now I'm out money. This is ridiculous.

I've been here twice. No issues the first time. Food was good. I used the drive thru. Second time I asked for no cheese on my double stack. It came with cheese. I check my burger before driving away. I could not get the attendant attention so I beeped the car horn . No response. Beeped the second time. No response. Beeped the third time. No response. I just sat there for a minute until the guy came back to the window. I told him the issue and tried to give the burger back to him and he said they can't accept it. I said can you throw it away then and he said no. Ok. Got the correct burger after a few minutes. Food was good but service wasn't so good.

Came here for some quick burgers after a day at the pool. We got the family pack of spicy nuggets, a chicken sandwich, a Dave’s single cheeseburger, a strawberry summer salad, and the pretzel bun bacon burger. Salad chicken was dry and the lettuce leaves were room temperature. The nuggets were pretty decent but the burger meat was not that good. The cheese wasn’t even fully melted and there was too much mayo on the sandwiches.

⭐⭐⭐ Wendy's serves up delicious food that hits the spot every time. It's my go-to spot for a quick fix. However, be prepared for a busy atmosphere and occasionally slow service. Overall, worth a visit for its tasty menu options.

The drive through service was good... However, the buns were definitely old and stail.. Fries were definitely left out for a long time, as they were cold and the burger was cold as well.... Almost was like somebody got the wrong order. And then they just gave the next person who wanted same things the food.,
