    Must be 10-15 employees behind counter, no people eating here…. Employees standing around laughing, very loud, etc. — the dining room is disgusting! Every table is dirty, napkins everywhere, trash, food all over floor. Filthy! Will not be returning.

    It’s 9:45pm 8/26/23 and they’re “open” but their McDonald’s sign is off and they’re drive thru lights. They do this all the time. Their website says they’re open until at 11pm. I think they do this on purpose so people don’t stop by. They also 8/10 times mess up orders.

    First visit to this specific McDonalds. Was greeted nicely by a young lady who asked how I was doing and then took my order. It was a fairly large order so she offered a cup holder, which was handy. Food came quickly and was very good. Restaurant was clean. Smiling helpful employees make all the difference.

    I got a fish fillet and they had no top bun. It was only two bottom buns. The cheese slice was not a complete slice. It was only parts of the cheese slice.

    Senior citizens here and not comfortable using self serve kiosk ordering system. We approached the manager and asked if she can instead take our order. She refused to help and directed us back to the kiosk. No one else to help us so back to the kiosk. With my failing eyesight, we finally placed our order.... Only took my wife and me 15 mins or so to finish it. It must be our fault having failing eyesight and not keeping up with this technology. Btw, my neighbor helped me write this review.

    Today was the 4th time in a row that something has gone wrong at this location. 1st time, they forgot items in my drive thru order, making me drive all the way back to get them. 2nd time, they had me wait in the drive thru reserve spot for over 15 minutes for a McChicken, they only brought it out when I called them from my car when I asked about my order. 3rd time was taking back the free cookies for the excessive wait time in the 2nd incident. I got screwed twice in a row on the same day for the same order. Today, the 4th time, my table side order was left out for over 10 minutes and never brought to my table. Apparently, table side service means you still have to go to the counter to collect your order. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Nothing. I came back today because this one is my little girl’s favorite because of the Play Place. After everything with no remedy, we won’t be back ever again. Lesson learned. Honestly, I’m under the impression that no one working here can read at an elementary school level. You folks need to do better.

    Fast, pleasant service. I arrived by bike and there is a place to lock it. It was fairly busy. The dining room was a little cluttered. The floor could use a sweep. Other than that it was what I would expect on a busy Saturday evening. The soda was cold. The room was brightly lit. A lot of kids laughing but that doesn't bother me. This is a family restaurant and a draw for teenagers so it's all good. I'm surprised they didn't have iced tea available by the drink station.

    It's McDonald's, so I'm reviewing it compared to other McDonald's. The order is wrong more often than it is right. The fries are often soggy and limp. The inside is usually dirty. You're much better off going down the street to the one in the BP.

    The food is good. The service is not one time I ordered fries it took them 20 minutes just to do One large fry and there was barely any salt. It was so plain I was really irritated and another time I went through the drive-through and I got a smoothie and they said go to number three parking spot. It took them 15 minutes just to give me one smoothie they need to hurry up because everyone wasted a line for them to take their sweet time. The manager is slow. Sometimes I see her on her phone and then I always see them chatting and not doing the food, they need to up their game or else I will not go to their location ever again

    I swear if it’s not wrong order , slow and bad service, it’s something else. Today I ordered a steak egg cheese bagel and guess what? I was given with a sausage on a bagel instead of the actual steak. I was already home and too late to notice. Management and employees here needs to better. Wasting people time.

    I'm only been through drive thru. I have order online and food was fairly fast and accurate. I have sometimes gotten stale fries but not often.
