Very great experience for the children, they do not accept the Walgreen vaccination app. But had a photo of my card and it worked. They are out of slime and mouth for the boo cupcake...sad. kids got free candy from Chuck.. and were happy..and they loved the cups...food was blah.. but went for the xp so that was ok

Went yesterday and the experience was great. My boys and I had a great time. The place was clean. The games were all working and there were no broken ones. The staff were professional and respectful. My only concern was the food. It was over priced and cold. The pizza was not hot enough. the wings were super small and very expensive. $20 for 11 small wings? This place for young children so why the food is over priced????? Was not satisfied with this price. My oldest son and I love coming here for the wings and pizza and we were very disappointed. Next time I will take my boys just for the games and not the food. Hopefully the food will be better and less expensive in the future.

Come in early on a weekday and you'll enjoy a Chuck e cheese that's not crowded. Good size and plenty of activities for your kids. You'll spend 2 o 3 hours easy.

Chuck E. Cheese Grand Reopening Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Party, 5-7pm September 20th, 2023 My son Ethan and I always attend Chuck E. Cheese at the Bronx Exterior Mall. We have had multiple parties at the location over the years, both for him and his little cousins, so we are familiar with the place. Ethan is autistic and has other disabilities, so it's hard for a single mom like me to find suitable places for him to play and enjoy himself. I received an email invitation to the party and showed up at 4:30pm, waiting in line to enter the facility. We were greeted by the staff and were allowed in at 5pm. The facility was very nice, and to our surprise, there was a trampoline area where the kids had to wait for 10 minutes to get access. When an attendant finally arrived, we were told that we needed an additional play card and $15 wristbands to enter the trampoline area. My son was so excited that he ran to the cashier, and we waited in line again to purchase a wristband. The cashier told Ethan to remove his shoes and stand under the green line on the wall. Ethan is 7 years old, and his head was at the green line. However, the cashier denied him entry because she wanted his head to be under the green line. My son was devastated and didn't understand why the other kids were able to play and he couldn't. I had to remove him from the facility while he was still crying. We didn't get to use the play card that was given to us, and his day was completely ruined. Despite this upsetting moment, I was able to pay it forward and give his card to another family who couldn't afford to enter the facility. They were thankful. Honestly, Chuck E. Cheese is advertised as a place for children of all ages, and it's disappointing to have a main attraction that is only suitable for toddlers. I wanted to have Ethan's 8th birthday party there, but it's impossible to support a location where children are discriminated against based on their height. It shouldn't have happened at a grand reopening to a customer who was willing to pay for the attraction. It's best for children 7 and older to go to Billy Beez at Bay Plaza; we have never had any issues there, especially for children with disabilities. I'm deleting my Chuck E. Cheese app and no longer want to be a customer there. Lastly the prices have skyrocketed!

Is a medium size place. They have variety of machines. All the machines worked. They have bathrooms. They have a soda machine where you could refill. The staff was great . Didn't buy no food is over priced u rather go to bjs and buy something or come full already. The pizza looks cheap. I did buy the chuck e cheese cup that was 4 something almost 5. They have the machines where u buy the card. The time goes very fast. I had a great time and my son too. I will be coming soon.

The games are outdated,they just added a trampoline,but you need to buy the socks for $15 dollars to use it.The atmosphere is not friendly last time I was there the security pull out a gun in the middle of everyone including kids.The parents think this is a day care they let their kids run around and get in the middle of your kids game’s and if you try to said something they want to start a fight.

Lots of fun for the kids, but not sure if the games get wiped after the night dull of germs. My baby caught a stomach virus. Had my daughters 5th birthday and this time it was great our host was extremely attentive and our guest was satisfied as well.

Great place my kids always have a blast food service was a little slow and took long other than that it was good.

We visited over the weekend during and to my surprise it was actually huge, this place is always good to hang out when the weather is bad. They also have a trampoline, but only small kids can use it, they have a height limit. The games were pretty nice and a good variety, I don’t recommend buying the timed option to play, im glad my husband told me to get the regular points card. I think we were there for 3 hours and played every single machine. I enjoyed playing the games aswell. It gets crowded after school but between 1-3 the whole place is yours. We brought snacks with us because we don’t like their food 😵‍💫 and it’s so pricey. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t order food so I don’t know how long it takes for them to bring the food. Have fun!

Customer service was excellent especially from your cashier employee with short hair and glasses he deserves a raise ! Wonderful display of professionalism, Definitely will be coming by again with my kids .

This is the second time I've had a party for my kid here. This 2nd time I am very disappointed our host was late I know they are busy but our food was super late. The host didn't even try to accommodate us the best plus she had me pay before our time was even over which took time away from our party. The 20 minutes before our time was up she asked to move me to a different table. I had to say no I was in the middle of cutting the cake being She took time away from my kids party. I mean we are spending and we had a large party. I am very disappointed and I had a much better experience the year prior. Now I'm really not wanting to have another party here if this is the kind of service I should expect to have.
