Joined there in 2011.And i still remember my admission number : 3139. I was just 65 kg approx at that time . And after few months jareeshettan took over the club and that was the time where some big things happens to my life . I hold Mr.palakad 3 consecutive time Class champion(2014,15,16)± 2 times price in University level It all happens with the training from Mr.Jareesh. Good gym with supportive trainer. With master's proper training, i could see visible changes in the first week itself. I lost about 7 kg in 3 month span and the workout really helped my backpain.
