By any and all means avoid this hospital. I have dealt with nothing but smugness, rudeness and incompetence when coming to this hospital. The staff will look down on you if you speak English and will go much farther to not help you. The worst part is I am actually French Canadian and I tested them to see how they acted. If this is the kind of work to expect from a hospital than just close this one. I've never seen a force of such ineptitude and stupidity to somehow continue to function

Gave me gravol when I first got there and said the doctor would come and bring me fluids. 6hrs later and not even a doctors visit. I left after 4 nurses told me “just a little longer”. I guess I’ll hydrate myself

Don't go there if you want to be seen in a timely fashion.

I don’t understand of waiting for hours in the emergence room. If there is no doctor, get a new doctors, if there is no nurse, get nurses. If there is a problem with your system, fix it please.

The staff is rude the doctors rush you threw and most times just tell you to go home and everyone gives you attitude I went there for a year almost evey week and they never found out what was wrong went to an other hospital and I had bad brain cyst I got treatment and I'm way better I also had a heart problem they never saw had to get surgery for that. Honestly if you can go to any other hospital do it I've never had a good experience here

14 hours waiting time. It is emergency LOL. So funny. Happy Canada Medical Ministry. Congratulations to all of your Ministry!!!! I don't know why they called themselves Emergency?????

I wanted to say Thank You to the entire team at the Montfort ER department for the day they spent helping me. Everyone, nurses, doctors, and more were extremely courteous and you felt they genuinely cared about their patients.

I spent over 2 months in ICU and thought the quality of care was amazing. The staff was always there when I needed them, they were kind, caring and professional. I felt confused for some time after my surgery and they always made me feel safe and secure. Even after they moved me to the 6th floor, a few of the staff came to visit me. Thank you so much for the fantastic care.

It’s so sad that I felt neglected in pain as a pregnant lady here at Montfort emergency section.Somehow, they make me feel black people don’t matter as a waited extra 10 hours after checkup and tests just to get a report from doctor .

Was in the ER. Zero blood tests. They keep telling you to come back or go pay Appletree for services that should be free. The parking lot is covered with soiled needles. Staff won't speak with you on the phone and transfer you blindly from one department to the next. I will never go back to this Hospital. What a joke!!!

Worst hospital in Ottawa, if you care for your loved ones don’t bring them here, incompetency and racist actions of some of the nurses are sickening.

I got injured at work and got taken to this hospital. Staff are super nice and attentive, way BETTER than the other hospitals in Ottawa. Service was super fast and all the instructions were very clear. First time here and I actually felt someone care about my health at the hospital.

they removed my tonsils when i was 4 years old..now, only 53 years after, they can't find them anymore.. haha.. :)

Worst treatment for long term care!

I have been waiting 12 hours and still waiting at the 3 am. the system is very bad. You need to update the system. when will you fix the system?????????
