You will never get a follow up from the doctor and will be forced to chase them down for every little thing you ask of them, and do not even thinking of going for any mental health services unless your idea of treatment is being completely disregarded by your doctor. I have not had an appointment yet this year that was not delayed multiple times, even after booking off work and waiting weeks. If they cancel or rebook your appointment they will not send an email, text, or agree to a callback closer to the date in the event the initial call doesn't catch you with a pen and paper handy. Do not agree for a call in appointment either, after waiting 3 weeks for mine the doctor was late and the call dropped mid questionare after less then 10 min. When I called back I was told my doctor already started a new call and I could rebook another one after waiting 3 weeks already for a 7 min dropped call that the doc couldn't be bothered to wait 30 seconds to reconnect before moving on.

Misplaced file or somehow could not get the hospital to give me test results. Rude office staff. Slow, if ever, to respond to have refill prescriptions faxed to them from the pharmacy. Went for months without anticonvulsants & thyroid medications. This was life threatening.

Dr. Bowles has been my family doctor forever. He's fantastic. Office staff is hit and miss, but generally good. However, today, call at 11:43 am (July 4, 2023) and get voicemail that staff is on their lunch HOUR and will be answering calls again after 1 pm. Can't leave messages. My math is not impeccable, but I suppose their definition of a lunch HOUR is actually 1 hr. and 17 mins. Hmmmm. The issue is, that many of us that work, and are completely slammed all day with meetings and calls, often only have a very small window (10-15 mins) over their lunch period to actually get some food and when necessary, make a personal call or two. Not being able to reach ANYONE for 1 hr and 17 mins during this time is simply not acceptable. They should rotate and at have at least one person available to take calls during this time.

I made an appointment for the travel medicine clinic, as I wanted to update my immunizations. The staff were excellent, right from making my booking. Everyone I dealt with was genuine and friendly and competent. I can't say enough about the travel nurse. She was extremely well traveled, highly knowledgeable, up to date on all kinds of world medical issues, and full of great advice. I've traveled a lot myself, and I usually find my knowledge to be quite good - she far exceeded my expectations, and was clearly more experienced traveler too. Also, I got four injections, and they were so quickly done that I barely had time to feel them If you're travelling, particularly off the beaten path (in my case Ethiopia!), I can't recommend this travel medical clinic enough.

The best travel clinic I've ever been to! I am a well seasoned traveller to high-risk areas. This team was professional, knowledgeable, and more than willing to work with me to address my unique needs. Honest advice, no upselling, lots of great recommendations, and the staff were super accessible from the reception to the travel nurse and the doctor. Would definitely recommend for families looking for kind staff and good advice!

The Travel Nurse used scare tactics for everything. All of her family have caught most Caribbean diseases. And she was the only one to diagnose the issue properly. She "guided" the DR. on what to look for. The information that she provided was false based on Travel.gc.ca. Big lack of empathy the nurse made my wife cry and told us to cancel our trip to St. Lucia and to go to Florida (which has a higher case of Zika, good call nurse thanks). We decided to go for a second opinion to another Travel clinic and consulted our Doctor. They re-assured us that that risks are very low, to use bug spray and to avoid overnight camping in the mountains. I will never return to this location

I haven't been to such an organized medical office in years. I went here for my travel vaccines/meds and the nurse was so informative, it was a really enlightening consultation. I ended up being overdue for vaccines from childhood which they were able to administer same-day. I would highly recommend this office to anyone- polite and friendly staff as well!

TRAVELLERS BEWARE. Unfortunately I can’t give a review of 0. This office is extremely unprofessional and very disorganized. I had an appointment today - I got a notice a couple days ago that it was cancelled (though I did not cancel). I tried calling and emailing for 2 days, left messages to no avail. Decided to show up anyway thinking it was an administrative error. The clinic was locked/not even open. I now travel in two days and am urgently trying to find somewhere else to do a PCR test. Travellers - DO NOT BOOK AT THIS CLINIC. Find somewhere else so you’re not stuck like I am so close to your travel date.

Dr is very very caring, staff know me by my first name, very personable & knowledgeable. A few glitches with getting test results but overall a wonderful office and very profesional. Highly recommend my doctor & this office.

Reception is always lovely. I have been seeing Dr. Lee for a very long time and he is always so caring and wonderful.

Have had wonderful experience here multiple times, whether it was to get vaccine or medical travel advise. Tanja is the best. Clinic is professional, punctual and has excellent bedside manner.

This doctors office is the WORST To even book an appointment takes forever and once you get one Ive waited over an hour long just to see someone for 5 minutes EVERY time and they're excuses dont make sense, they should space appointments out better or at least let patients know there will be a long wait for they're scheduled appointment This is ridiculous and the receptionists are the laziest Ive seen and extremely extremely rude on the phone and in person (when facing front desk lady on the left side) Im surprised she still has that job also surprised they don't have more bad reviews Very disappointed all together
