I am extreamly disspointed in the office of doctor Delgado. After being a patient for 15 years, I have received and email yesterday night that due to being overwhelmed by patients, my family has been randomly selected and will no longer be served by her doctors office. What kind of policy is this and how can you treat a client who has been with you almost their entire life like this? The fair procedure would be last in, first out. Of course when I tried to call this morning I was only able to reach a full mailbox and was unable to 1. Make an appointment before my "cutoff date" and 2. complain about the IDIOCRACY that this is. On top of all that, I am being charged $35 to transfer my medical records. If you're dumping me,that should be a common courtesy.I am beyond dissapointed and angry at this situation and would like to say that this is extreamly unprofessional. I will try and call back and you will be hearing my opinion!

She has been my family doctor for over 10 years and the service has slowly declined. I see her for my annual every year but in the last few visits, I've had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour even with an appointment. This time around, I called in May for my annual in October, was told that I would be put on a waitlist and will receive a call back closer to the month. No call, so I follow up. Was told that I would be put on another waitlist (waitlist for the first waitlist??) AND THAT SHE WILL NOT BE SEEING PATIENTS UNTIL FEBRUARY 2020!! Plus she has the audacity to send her patients letters asking for funds to provide supplementary services due to provincial budget cuts? Supplementary services ? What about BASIC services?

Dr Delgado has been my family dictor since 2007, love her. She listens, takes one's symptoms into consideration, refers to specialists' clinics when warranted. The receptionists (Carol and Raquel) are nice and understanding.

I voiced my concerned about a health issue that runs in my family and that I was shocking symptoms. Instead of offering me information, advice and testing, she simply laughed at me. At this moment it is impossible to get into contact with my family doctor dr. Delgado. No one in her office answers the phone and I sent emails to her over 4 months ago and she has not responded. This is not surprising because even when before the pandemic, I would call her office and not get a call back for months. I regret deeply switching to this family doctor.

Absolutely disgusted by the service from River Road Medical. I contacted the office to make an appointment for an issue that arised. I could not believe how rude and incompetent the receptionist is. She was panicking on the phone, putting me on hold like 4 times only to come back and be rude and dismissive. I was told that I would be given a call back to schedule the appointment. Never got the call. One of the lowest ratings from all across the city, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Can't wait to close the books with this place.

Appointment booked for Labour Day and of course they were closed. Have tried to rebook through tel site and left messages. no return call. Answering process includes a very faint undecipheral message. Very frustrating...and I transferred from my former family physician for this?

This Dr is a shame for the white coat. I was unfortunately her patient for a year. She should be baned from medical profesion. This is my sincere experience and feeling. Dishonest

Dr Delgado I trust but sorry their receptionist is incompetent and disrespectful. Apparently it is legal to deny answer the phone during office hours? Yell and gaslight at a patient who is in need of their usual prescription because of severe pain? Really peeps? This where we come from? Nice.

Its been over 2 weeks and my pharmacy has sent 2 faxes to get my prescription renewed and nothing has been done about it so far. This is an extremely unreliable and unprofessional medical clinic.

This doctor kicked my family out when we needed it most, I’m still on a wrong medication that she didn’t manage to get right, you deserve the husband you have.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Sabri at this clinic. My experience was excellent overall.

Dr Delgado is a great doctor — listens to what you have to say, is never judgmental, and always helpful on referring to specialists etc if necessary. She very clearly keeps up-to-date on the latest medical treatments etc. She does have kind of a strong accent, but in a way that's charming rather than problematic! We drive a long way to her clinic, but I feel absolutely confident in the care she gives our family. The waiting room is comfortable and welcoming, there are toys for kids to play with, and all of the staff are just so kind and friendly. Yes, there are often long wait times even with appointment, but I believe that this is due to them having a system which has a lot of flex — I'd rather have a clinic who will try to squeeze me in if I really need to see someone than a clinic that never has a wait time. They also have great after hours options for registered patients, which is a godsend.

Very much appreciate her as a doctor. She has been excellent and very caring during difficult times. She explores all types of avenues and problem solves. Yes there are wait times, but she takes the time to discuss your medical issues and invests interest in them. I rather wait because she is taking her time with her clients, rather than have a doctor who zooms through appointments just so someone, god forbid! Waits longer for their health care.

Dr Delgado listens to me and takes the time to understand my symptoms and make sure that I understand her recommendations. She is thorough and confident and makes me feel cared for and heard. When I received a difficult diagnosis her office made multiple efforts to get me a quick follow up with a specialist. Wait times can be long and the office can be difficult to reach, but no more so than anywhere else.
