I
have
been
at
this
gym
since
2021
and
enjoyed
my
experience
here
but
after
today
this
place
have
left
a
sour
taste
in
my
mouth.
I
signed
a
6months
contract
which
ended
in
December
and
my
payments
were
suppose
to
stop
after
the
6months
but
apparently
as
a
money
grab
it
didn't.
When
I
called
in
to
inquire
and
spoke
to
a
Jenn
who
said
she
is
the
owners
wife
and
she
said
she
couldn't
refund
the
withdrawals
made
from
my
account
after
my
contract
ended,
that
took
me
my
surprise.
The
explanation
I
received
was
very
unsatisfactory
and
felt
very
non-customer
centric.
How
do
I
still
get
charged
even
though
my
contract
is
over.
Why
do
I
need
to
call
to
cancel
a
contract
that
is
supposed
to
be
ending
anyways.
I
never
signed
up
for
auto
renewal.
Its
very
deceptive
business
practice
to
sneak
clauses
like
this
even
after
your
short-term
contract
is
over
it
will
be
automatically
auto-renewed.
I
left
this
gym
since
October
when
I
moved
but
because
I
knew
I
was
in
a
6
months
contract
I
didnt
call
to
cancel
because
my
6
months
was
coming
up
in
December
and
that
was
doing
your
business
a
favor.
The
Customer
Service
from
the
owners
wife
was
not
pleasant.
My
account
was
just
charged
on
Jan
12th
eventhough
my
contract
ended
in
December
and
she
insisted
I
should
have
called
to
cancel.
This
is
very
deceptive,
why
then
did
I
sign
a
6
month
contract
if
you
would
automatically
renew
it
without
my
consent,
just
so
you
can
continue
to
charge
me?
To
act
as
if
she
was
doing
me
a
favor
by
cancelling
my
membership
today
after
the
charge
was
even
more
insulting.
She
was
more
than
happy
to
leave
a
loyal
Customer
unsatisfied.
The
entire
staff
at
this
gym
have
been
really
nice
when
I
attended,
even
the
owner
himself
but
THIS
is
very
unfortunate
that
it
feels
like
a
money
grab
rather
than
keeping
Customers
satisfied
so
they
can
return.
I
WOULD
NOT
RECOMMEND
ANYONE
I
KNOW
TO
THIS
GYM
and
this
exeperience
from
the
owner
has
erased
all
the
positive
experience
I
had
about
this
business
