It's definitely the best equipped indoor playground I've ever been to. The play structure was extensive and good for all ages as long as you can keep older kids from jumping ontop of the little ones. There were a few carnival style rides and an arcade area. The area dedicated for 4 and under wasn't great. Very small so we opted for the main play structure but I could see it being good for really little kids like one year olds. There is also a cafeteria where you can purchase food. All that said, I can't get over the price. I believe it was $25 per kid (3+) and another $10 per adult. You then have to spend even more money in the arcade zone. With young kids (under 4) you're not going to spend more than an hour to hour and half so that's alot of money to spend for such a short period of time. We had three kids over three, a baby and four adults. We also spent some money for the arcade zone. So we spent well over $120 for a 90 minute activity. It might be more worth it for older kids. Probably won't go back until my kids are older.

Very nice place 👌 with a lot of activities for children's, We like how safety it is and well organized, the staff at the reception is very cooperative, flexible and welcoming. There's many restaurants inside. They will not allowed you to enter food inside. Prices is not reasonable snd it's a little high for the visit, but anyhow we enjoyed a lot and have many fun, extremely recommended.

Great place to bring the kids. I really appreciate the toddler section upstairs. Although the section states 4years and younger, there were bigger kids running around going up and down the slide. I found it a little pricy. Adults are 12.99$ - you have to pay to sit and watch your kids. A 1 year old is 22.99$. they have a restaurant, however, fried food and pizza is the main thing on the menu. The arcade is decent, not huge, yet not expensive either.

Awesome place to take the kids. Better than bubble sea adventure by far. Has an arcade where you play with tokens to win tickets, with which you can choose prizes of the wall. Prices are fair for what the establishment offers. They also have an annual membership for 139.99 that I think is phenomenal value for someone living nearby. Highly recommend checking it out. 👌

Nice place for kids to play. I think it is a little bit over-priced, especially for adults.

We come to Cosmic Adventures every time we visit Ottawa! The children LOVE it here. The structure is strong enough for us as adults to play on. (My spouse averages 200lbs muscle/dad bod) and he still powers through that playground with the kids ! There are many levels, many textures, many activites and many different areas for safe play for younger children. Toddler areas, party areas, and another upper level for young children 0-2 above the food/arcade area. There are bundles for food combos. There is one which includes two $10 arcade cards (which gives you $11.00 on each card. I asked for one card with the total balance of $22.00), a large pizza, and four drinks for $45 (we got this). The pizza was a little under cooked, so ask for a bit of extra time if you don't want it soft in the center. The arcade averages about $0.80-$1.00 per game unless you hold a membership where it's cheaper "kids club". The games are fun to pass the time though. (Don't come here just for the arcade)

As an adult I can't really speak for the structures-- they seem clean enough and the kids like it enough, but the prices for food are near criminal. $14 for grilled cheese and fries with two Cokes. Sizes aren't great either, but I will say the food is shockingly delicious. I really hope I find hummus as good as theirs so I don't have to bleed my wallet. Just stay away from the 2.30 nutrigrain bar it's really not worth a second read on the menu. Other than that the games are cheap which is a plus is your kiddos like the big flashy arcade games, and the prizes are pretty decent. One thing though is that they do broadcast announcements from time to time with an alarm, and no you won't understand a word of it.

The playground appears to be very fun for the kids. Lots of options for them to run around. There's also a quiet area for parents. The place is always so clean each time Ive been. They follow covid protocols and don't miss a beat. Very Recommended

Great place for hours of fun, keep children busy, get mommies to socialize, and have a great nap at home! Good breath of activities for kids of all ages. A membership for $139.99+tax for entire year includes 2 adults and a child as well as siblings under 1 year old. There are sections for under 2 yr old, under 4 yr old, and for kids but open for everyone. Everything is padded so it feels safer than most indoor play parks. Exits are mandated so you can sort of rest assured your kids can’t just leave the place.

Went for a birthday party and my only feedback is the birthday game cards they provided with a set amount, there was no way to add additional funds onto them, you had to purchase a whole new card and add funds onto it separately. We had pizza and the kids ate first, then they brought another pizza at the end for the adults while we only had to room for 5 more minutes, seems we could've had them at the same time. Other than that it was a good time

Great facility; poor communication. Cosmic is a large, well-developed play space with lots of different levels and activities. Bonus marks for not over-charging for food/drinks and for having some healthy options. However… they need to up their digital game. We drove in from 1/2 hr away only to be told they were at capacity and it would be up to an hour’s wait. Why was this not on their website? Also, why isn’t there the option to book a time slot ahead? C’mon, Cosmic… it’s 2023!

Love love love! Staff is excellent, facility is very big and clean. There's dedicated areas for 2 & under as well as 4 & under separate from the rest if you have littler ones. Super fun arcade area with tickets and prizes, amazing interactive floor area in the jungle gym, many choices of treats and food. No complaints 👌🏻⭐

Great place to take your children when playing outside is not an option. I let my child to play and run around as it the play area has several levels. And why not? I follow up too in case I am needed. Plenty of fun and exercise . The adult area is small but you will always find room and comfortable seats. I recommend going there when it opens to get parking space.

Cosmic Adventure is an intergalactic wonderland for kids, and as a mom, it's become one of my absolute favorites, especially on those rainy days! This place is not just fun; it's safe and spectacular (it can be crowded on weekend, but it is a spacy spot so there is always enough place). With a galaxy of play structures, slides that seem to touch the stars, and an atmosphere filled with wonder, it's the ultimate escape for your little explorers. The attention to safety is stellar, allowing kids to boldly go where their imaginations take them. PS I recommend you by the annual subscription much cheaper than daily passes!!

I paid for 2 adults and one toddler entrance fee, then took a game card as my daughter was only interested in the game machines. After entering found out some of the machines takes only $2 coins!! That's just wrong. Anyway after playing some games winning some tickets I went to the toy collection place where you can exchange tickets for different toys; waited literally 15 minutes and after notifying someone who works there; eventually they send someone. The amount of money they charge, is not worth the service.

Kids have fun a lot. No time limit which is a plus, kids play as much as and as long as they want, they can. Safety is in place. The only downside is that you have to pay for adults who would need to accompany kids. Need to improve on that.

Reviewed partially by proxy; my kids love this place as most kids do. As a parent I feel these facilities are clean/well kept. Socks go in white, come back out white; what more can be said? I think the only thing that could use slight improvement is their food, they do have pizza which hits the mark but other products Ive tried, not so much...

Always enjoy coming here with the kiddos. It's a mad house on the weekends, but evenings during the weekdays are the best time to go if you want to avoid a lot of small human traffic.

Highly recommend this place. My daughter is 1 year old and she is really enjoying playing there. Very nice, clean territory. Professional, kind, friendly staff. Especially big thanks to Fabrizio Roca for his “always ready to help and explain” and his smiles! Also there is a cafe. Thank you very much! P.S.: you can be there as long as you want. That’s also a huge plus for us. 😊

Big playgym that has been around for 25+ years. It's spacious, clean, well organized, staff is pleasant and there is a decent variety of on-site food/drink options. My daughters had lots of fun! We will definitely be back!

Pros: It's a good place for kids to burn off excess energy. Free parking. Front desk staff is polite. Good quality soft serve ice cream. The usual cashier at the cafeteria is friendly. They clean on a regular basis. There are areas dedicated to younger kids and a parents quiet area. Price is fair if you get a membership and visit more than a few times per year. Cons: Service at arcade desk is lacking, I stood there for at least 20 minutes being completely ignored while others who arrived after me were served first. Food is good but it's nearly impossible to get a table to sit down and eat, since people reserve 'their' tables all day, usually not even sitting there. Management won't stop the table hogging and also won't open unused party rooms for overflow seating, and as a result are missing out on additional food revenue. Parking is free but you might have to wait a bit on weekends for someone to leave to get a spot. Would be an easy 4-5 stars if they had at least 2 employees at the arcade desk rather than one overwhelmed employee. Also if they addressed tables being reserved all day long and not being used. I would have ordered food but half the tables were occupied (actually being used), with the other half reserved all day, so we had to leave to go eat elsewhere.

Honestly, I have NO complaints! First time we went this past weekend and we went twice! It was fun, we felt safe having our children go play on their own. And don't get me started on the food. WE LOVED that there was alot of healthy choices. The hummus platter was AMAZING and all fresh veggies. We loved how nothing was deep fried but baked. The kid meal options were great and healthy too. The little arcade area was great and all the games were fairly priced. Management and workers were great and tentative. 10/10

I’ve been to a bunch of these indoor playgrounds and the size and scope of this place is unreal. There is a crazy variety of things to do and the structure just keeps on going! It’s expansive enough to merit a second visit. I’m sure the kids aren’t sick of it.

Kids love it! What else? Perfect for winter time to spend indoors. Now it's even better because the games (ride on) works with the cards. So no worries about coins. Weekends get packed.

Cosmic is our GO-TO family play date. We love the variety of arcade games and prizes, climbing structures(which is the biggest in the city)and the under 4 play areas, including a toddler only area. The food is always really good for the price. Lots of halal and gluten free options. We sure missed them while they were closed for 2 years. We have been to 2 Cosmic parties and they were fantastic. If you have not been here with your child, come on down. I suggest you buy the membership to make it worthwhile 139$/year.

It's expensive, but fun for the whole family. Their safety protocols at the entrance are good, don't worry about kids wandering off. I dislike the no outside food/beverage rules. They use nut free as an excuse but it's obvious that the reason is to get you to buy there. Other than that, it was good.

Very fun place to go! The structures are well maintained and clean. Tip #1 You must wear socks its kinda fun to have some with grip (yes parents I mean for you) Bring a clean pair to change out at the end (everywhere is sock only even the bathroom) Tip #2 Go try it and if you like it and plan on coming back get the membership before you leave! Your entry will be refunded of the price.

Funnest place for kids in Ottawa. It is very secure. You can sit and let the kids enjoy their play knowing they can’t exit. The pizza and poutine are delicious! Perfect place to spend hours of fun and quiet corner for parents! They also have an arcade in the back, toddler 0-4 upstairs and main area for everyone. Excellent service and workers.

My kid LOVES this place. Great place for her to run around and expend energy, go on slides and through a bunch of mazes off the ground! Its generally pretty clean and the customer service is good. The year membership is very reasonable and more than worth it.

We just had my sons 5 year old bday party there and they nailed it! Very well done! Very interactive, great value , full service and Florence who was the team lead was amazing! Thank you cosmic team! You guys made a 5 year old and his parents VERY happy!

  • 5/5 K B. 1 year ago on Google
A great indoor play place for the kids to burn that energy! Nice and big. They have an upstairs play section for 4 and under and even 2 and under! There’s a quiet room upstairs for parents as well if you wanted to read a book or just get some quiet time, as there’s A LOT of screaming and high energy outside in the seating areas. They bring foods right to your table as long as you can remember your table number. The pizza was not the kids favourite as the dough as too thick. Fries only come in 1 size, which is fairly small (kid serving). They have slush puppies but only 2 flavours (at this time), either lime or orange. Bring some change if you want the kids to be able to ride the little merry go round and a few other rides. Keep your receipts if you’d like to run in and out just in case you forgot something in your car…you’re also required to keep it in order for everyone to leave once you’re done for the day. I guess it’s to ensure you’re not going home with/without anyone missing from your party.

Staff could care less about the safety or well being of their guests. Parking is a disaster. We used to go several times a week and stay for hours. Never saw anyone wiping things down or cleaning in any way shape or form. If you complain they will laugh in your face. They are incredibly overpriced. Much better, far less expensive options in the city that won't charge you for adults or infants that aren't using the facility. 0 Stars - Parking is also a nightmare. terrible experience.
