Tyler and Masou were great coaches. My group had a blast and we’ll be back.

It was our first time axe throwing and we had a great time. We went late on a Friday and we were the only ones there. Our coach was great and helped us learn techniques without being overbearing while we practiced and then played a few games. It’s pretty hidden where it’s located and could use some more signage but it’s a cool spot that would be great for a double date or small/work party. Only wish they served drinks and/or apps or something while you play.

Amazingly fun activity to do with friends. I was in Daniel Boone (1964 TV series) shoes for few hours :) on top, we can bring our own snacks/lunch and drinks!

At the last minute, I was looking for an indoor activity to do with my best friend. I love that Bad Axe Throwing had a Walk-In Hours Schedule online, allowing me to plan our day. We were welcomed within seconds, even if a medium size group was already there. It took a few moments to fill out the documents. The place has plenty of photo opportunities to create great memories and merchandise. The star of the activity was Darcy, our instructor. She guided us to our section, coached us on how to throw axes properly and let us have fun. When she saw that my friend and I were hitting the target regularly, she quickly came back to suggest a game we could play, which made our experience even more enjoyable. My friend and I had a blast, and she even said she would bring her family and team back. Thank you, Darcy and the behind-the-scenes team, for providing a fun, exciting and safe environment.

Bad Axe is a must try! I went as part of a team building activity and it was the most fun I've had at one in long time. The host was personable and fun and kept the games moving and players engaged with helpful tips and coaching. You most definitely do not need any experience. Safety is well considered. We had a large group of complete newbies and everyone left with the same parts they arrived with. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent first time experience with my husband for his birthday!! I would definitely recommend for anyone even if you've never done it before. They take the time to show you and explain how to do it and they will even give you demonstrations if needed 😁🪓❤️💯💯

Coach Ashley was very helpful and she shares a lot of good tips to a newcomer like me. I had a lot fun and sweated a lot as well. It was a very fun activity. Thank you for the amazing experience! =)

Just wanted to come back and write a quick review with the 5 stars I gave them. This is by far my favorite place for throwing axes. Very chill, the instructors are always very helpful when you need them. Ive been to others, and no one else cares more about the client experience than these guys. My go-to for axe throwing!

We had an absolute Blast!! The space is great and you can bring your own drinks and food. Our host, Tyler, was awesome! He kept us engaged and was fun and easy to chat with. Really great Playlist too and he was kind enough to share it with us! We were a group of 13 and many first timers, and everyone will def go back! I've been to Bad Axe twice now, and will always come here over any other location!

Great hosts! Tyler was friendly, a great teacher and we had a fun evening! Space could use a touch more ambiance but more importantly a dishwasher to sanitize the dishes they provide for the BYOD and BYOF! But overall a great time and a good venue.

Lots of fun with good instruction from Tyler. Would definitely recommend, they allow younger than other places so our ten year old could participate. Thanks Tyler, See you soon!

Took my son for his birthday yesterday, our host was fantastic! It was fun but would have been more fun if there was food & drinks available. I asked about the 50% off for birthday but was advised walk ins already get a discount so the birthday one wouldn't apply, which is fair, but when I went back onto the website the price per person if you were to book 1-5 people was the same price as what I paid so that confused me. Overall he had fun which is what was most important, we would go back.

I coordinated a surprise birthday party for my partner and his close friends (there was 8 of us) and it was fabulous. The event was 1.5hr and it was nice how the birthday participant was 50% off. We had such a good time and our host, Ashley, did great. She was able to manage 3 groups of parties well. Would recommend going out & having a good time, hoping to be back with my work-team!

Loved the experience. Took a few minutes to get the hang of throwing, such that the axe would stick properly, but from there it was great. Mason was awesome - provides tips to help you adjust your throws to make them more effective, but gives you sufficient space to let you do your own learning. Bad Axe has some fun competitive games you can play to enhance the experience, improve your aim, and bond. If your experience is like mine, you'll find it addictive :)

We loved Bad Axe Throwing. Brought our whole family (ages 9 - 50), and everyone had a blast. Ashley was amazing. She gave us great tips and lots of encouragement. Highly recommended for a fun night out!

I was just a walk in on a Friday night, The host was great and gave great tips on how to properly hold throw and stand with an axe, you'll get a hang of it within 30 minutes. Would recommend going with a bunch of friends. Reasonably priced.

Went as a large group event, some of us had done axe throwing before and many it was out first time. Darcy was an amazing coach! She was just a lot of fun to be around and really helped us start hitting the target! Thanks for an amazing night!

Went to bad axe as my first time axe throwing. Tyler was great at explaining proper form to me and my girlfriend. He also kept score for us during the games. Definitely had lots of fun and will be returning!!

Fun place for a team building activity. Our coach was great. I would say this is a little bit pricey but that's getting to be standard these days. I'd definitely come back!

Had a great time throwing with my friends and destroying them in our competitions. Jared was our instructor and he did a great job of showing us all the different throwing techniques. The whole session he was giving advice and there was a huge improvement in the 2 hours we spent there! All skill levels will have fun at this location.
