We hired the crew at Flowers Talk Tivoli to create our bouquets, boutonnieres and table flowers for our wedding. The end result was incredible and really worked with the theme and colours of the day. There was a few small problems with organization of our file along the way, but nothing major and no problems arose. Incredible work, I'd highly recommend!

Have tried stopping by this place 3 times on separate occasions. And all these times I have been ignored by the shop clerk - an older white woman. I have never been approached and asked if I was doing ok or if I’m looking for something in specific. However on these separate occasions, this same clerk has interacted with all the white customers. Just a heads up to any visible minorities as being ignored in a store clearly because of your skin colour never feels good.

Lovely fresh and unique flowers for my daughter's graduation. It was purchased on-site in the store, the staff were enthusiastic and professional, the flowers were very beautifully matched, and they were completed quickly. It was a perfect experience. I would definitely put this florist on my favorite list.

I have ordered from Flower Talk Tivoli three times for three types of occasions. As I don't live in Ottawa all my ordering was over the phone. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Each arrangement was beautiful and unique.

Our wedding flowers were EXACTLY what I had envisioned. Elizabeth was excellent to work with and accomodated last minute changes/ requests with grace and support. I had a vision of sunflowers and burgundy with a vintage feeling, a delicate balance because it very easily could have slipped into 'country wedding' vibes... Elizabeth and her team executed perfectly. 10/10

We came looking for unusual plants and were told that most are in plastic pots set inside ceramic pots and we had to buy both as is even if the outer pot doesn't match our home and another one does. Unnecessarily restrictive.

I live in the GTA and wanted to have flowers delivered locally for my sister's birthday who lives in Ottawa. I, and she, could not be happier! I placed the order around 10PM online and they were delivered the next day around 11am - amazing turnaround time! I had requested a bouquet of shades of pink and small pops of yellow and it did not disappoint, the bouquet turned out gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this flower shop! Thank you so much.

The owner and staff have created a wonderful store full of whimsical flowers, beautiful arrangements and talented advice that will ensure your plants are loved, and taken care of. Elizabeth made me an absolutely exquisite bouquet for my wedding, with only a few week's notice. I wanted a lot of magenta and blush and she delivered! The bouquet was substantially sized but still very comfortable to hold. All my friends went crazy over the lilacs!

This is an excellent place to find flowers for a special occasion. I use it mainly to buy potted plants as a gift for people who are grieving. They have wonderful suggestions and are knowledgeable, including what is safe for pets. I find their taste in pots and decorative items particularly impressive. They have really good taste in decor and accoutrements to accompany your plants.

Never again! I have been a customer for 25 years. Bought Mother’s Day arrangement for $150! Most flowers dead today. Floral selection was pathetic. Her friend sent identical bouquet - better quality, lower price - from Langdon’s. Flourishing.

This store has somehow become even more beautiful with the renovation they've done. There's a bigger counter with more separation for the staff but the showroom portion feels bigger despite the switch around. They had a ton of pots in stock and lots of plants to choose from. Staff are always friendly and super helpful.

I have ordered many, many times from this place and I am usually thrilled. However, I am very disappointed in the customer service from my last order. I received a watermelon peperomia that was nothing like what this plant should be when it is healthy - misshapen leaves with a lot of cracks and broken edges. These are signs of underwatering. At $18 for a 4" plant, I was very unhappy. I emailed the shop to see if there was some way to make it right but received no response for a month. I tried to followup a week or so ago, and still no response. Unfortunately, it has turned me off from any future online orders. Its really too bad. This used to be my favorite place to feed my houseplant addiction.

The arrangements they’ve put together have never been short of perfection. Walking into their shop on Richmond is also like entering a slice of paradise and everyone is so helpful.
