I ordered some flowers for my mother-in-law last minutes and despite only having a day, they made one the the prettiest arrangements I have ever seen. They honoured the colour scheme perfectly, and the touch of blue tied it together perfectly. We loved them. 🩵

I used Mood Moss for my wedding flowers and they were spectacular! I got high quality flowers that lasted a long time at a very fair price. They were even able to satisfy my husband's requests. He was very picky about the boutonniere and ended up very pleased with it. I will be going back to get arrangements for my house in the future :)

I was in the shop on Friday and ordered 2 flower bouquets be sent to 2 different locations. Both of my common friends lost their respective parents within a couple of days apart. I provided all the details being asked of me by the lady who promised the delivery for Monday. At noon today, the flower shop called me to ask for clarification on one order which I was able to help over the phone. This friend received the flowers delivered to them. The other one told me tonight, his mom did never receive the flowers today. They were waiting for it all day. The service is not reliable. I think, at the minimal, the flower shop should call to advise me.

Eric and his team created the most beautiful bouquet, centrepieces and arch arrangements for our wedding at the Chateau Laurier. Eric was extremely fast to respond, accommodating and worked collaboratively with my other vendors. His prices were also very reasonable. It also helped a lot that he knew the venue very well. I will let the picture speak for itself - wish I could keep these beautiful flowers alive forever!! I’ll definitely go back to Mood Moss for my future floral needs.

I've been a longtime supporter of Mood Moss Flowers, however that has changed now. We got flowers and plants planted in our pots last year. Everything did really poorly and started dying almost right away. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I moved plants so they got more sun, less shade, etc., but to no avail. It wasn't until I got rid of the plants one by one that I figured out the problem. The two ladies that had planted our plants had blocked the drainage holes with large pieces of pottery. It's no wonder the plants kept dying, there was no way for them to drain and dry out. They also planted too many plants per pot, making it impossible for the plants to grow and thrive. Very disappointed by this. All this being said, they do have a lovely selection of plants and cacti, just make sure to plant them yourself.

This is one outstanding florist! I've purchased two hand-tied bouquets recently and they were gorgeous. Recipients were blown away by the beauty and longevity of the blooms. Their customer service is top-notch.

I always have a great service at Mood Moss Flowers . I find their arrangements are always beautiful and the staff is amazing . I always get flowers for special occasions, I buy the random flower bouquet that is 45$ish (that I find reasonable for my budget) . I find it beautiful everytime. I also have called because I had a few concerns, and everytime they were very reassuring and helpful. Very recommended !
