old
mother
had
a
stroke

years
ago
and
I
live
550
km
away,
so
I've
used
this
florist
in
the
past
because
they
are
close
to
my
parent's
condo
and
usuasally
have
had
no
problems.
However,
this
Mothers'
Day
was
horrible.
I
ordered
the
best
bouquet
available
for
my
mom.
Problems
started
with
the
delivery
guy.
The
front
of
the
condo
is
under
construction
and
many
BIG
signs
(in
French
and
English)
advise
that
the
side
entrance
has
to
be
used.
Well,
the
delivery
guy
called
my
dad
to
deliver
the
flowers,
but
he
was
waiting
at
the
front
door,
while
me
dad
was
looking
for
him
at
the
side
door.
Many
minutes
later
my
poor
old
dad
finally
got
the
flowers.
When
he
got
upstairs
to
his
condo,
he
opened
the
box
and
he
flooded
the
kitchen
because
the
vase
holding
the
flowers
was
broken
inside
the
box.
I
don't
care
so
much
about
the
wasted
money
for
this
gift,
but
I
do
care
that
my
dad
had
to
through
what
he
did
just
because
Mille
Fiore
Flowers
is
incompetent.
