Mille Fiore always makes the most gorgeous arrangements at an extremely reasonable price - I order from them every year for my grandmother's birthday and she was thrilled with this stunning arrangement for her 101st this week!

My 86 yr old mother had a stroke 10 years ago and I live 550 km away, so I've used this florist in the past because they are close to my parent's condo and usuasally have had no problems. However, this Mothers' Day was horrible. I ordered the best bouquet available for my mom. Problems started with the delivery guy. The front of the condo is under construction and many BIG signs (in French and English) advise that the side entrance has to be used. Well, the delivery guy called my dad to deliver the flowers, but he was waiting at the front door, while me dad was looking for him at the side door. Many minutes later my poor old dad finally got the flowers. When he got upstairs to his condo, he opened the box and he flooded the kitchen because the vase holding the flowers was broken inside the box. I don't care so much about the wasted money for this gift, but I do care that my dad had to through what he did just because Mille Fiore Flowers is incompetent.

Wonderful service. Went to order flowers for a funeral out of town and they kindly suggested I phone a place where the funeral was so we would save money. Highly recommend.

Great variety of flowers and very fair and reasonably priced. Not far from Beechwood cemetery so it's ideal for delivery there. It's a family owned business so why not support the regular community people.

Good quality flowers and good service. I called last minute on the busiest weekend of the year (Mother’s Day) and they were able to accommodate me in a timely fashion in less than 30 minutes from calling and I went and picked them up. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, the greenery they used to fill the bouquet were also very nice and it was a mixture of different types. The flowers I had selected were; tulips, roses and sunflowers.

We ordered flowers last-minute for a sudden funeral of a Matriarch in our family. The owner of the shop was exceptionally kind, warm and welcoming, we felt at home and unrushed in her cozy shop. She understood our budget and the arrangement she sent to the service far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your compassionate service during such a difficult time.

I was disappointed that this florist sent an arrangement which was not what I ordered without checking with me first. A summery pink roses and white hydrangeas with purple was sent instead of a fall colours arrangement. The florist said I had insisted on purple when I ordered , but I did not. I only suggested it as a fall colours addition; eg. everlasting.

The arrangements they do are beautiful and they always deliver on whatever colour scheme I have in mind.
