I've been shopping at Ricki's, specifically at the Carlingwood Shopping Centre for about 4 years. I love the clothing and how the pieces can be used to mix and match with the new pieces that come out in the next season and more importantly the following year. The best part of the experience is the help I receive from Liz, who I've been fortunate to have help me on the majority of my visits. She remembers me each time, even though I usually only come 2-3 times a year and she remembers the pieces I purchased before. She knows my size by looking at me and she always has the best suggestions. She is also honest which is what I really admire. She makes every person visiting the store feel like they are the only one there. I recommend this store for the ultimate shopping experience!

Went in to see what was on discount racks. Got a nice pair of pants and top. Staff was friendly.

I visited Rickis at Carlingwood Mall to return a few items that I ordered online. The cashier who was processing the returns was extremely rude and made some passive insulting comments and when I pointed it out to her - she said she is going to walk away and someone else can help and she rudely walked away. Retail industry is suffering right now but retail workers seem to have no customer service attitude at all. Same day I also shopped at Cleo and the customer service was totally opposite and I had a fabulous experience!

I was served by the manager she was great. Very professional and courteous. Returned a blouse with no problems.

I appreciate the friendly and helpful service at this store. Kelsey was very friendly to me and all the customers and she made sure to chat with each person and try to help me to find the best deals. Thank you!

What a fun evening of shopping. Lisa, the sales representative, was attentive and gave excellent feedback on the different items I tried on. She seemed genuine and was just lovely. I found some great pieces to spruce up my wardrobe!

The staff at this store are wonderful - helpful beyond compare, friendly, professional and very kind. I have never felt so comfortable in any clothing store. Great suggestions offered and they really know their stock and what would be flattering to my body type. Great job ladies!

Loved 'finding' Ricki's again! I was drawn to their displayed clothes and super pleased at their prices & sales. The prices made me feel like it was pre-pamdemic again! Ive only come back for more!! Im loving my new wardrobe! Thank u Ricki's for staying affordable!

It was cool (temperature) in store and limited lighting ( making it hard to see) 2 salespeople, never responded to my hello, 1 did say in passing - ask if you need help with anything- I was only customer in store!

Always enjoy visiting Ricki's especially at Carlingwood Mall. The ladies are welcoming and ready to help. On this trip, I picked up a fun cotton Tshirt with a fun rainbow heart graphic.

Love their clothes! Great quality and they usually always have some kind of sale. Also, I have always had friendly service.

Whenever I visit a Ricki’s store, there are at least 3 staff members to help customers. They are all friendly and super helpful. They get your name for the change room and check on you often to help bring other sizes, etc. The staff at Carlingwood during my last 2 visits have been fantastic. They all appear to care about their customers.

Great store. Clothing is well priced but does not last all that long. I often find the shirts and pants get "bally" faster then they should. Colors seem to fade more quickly then I'd like

Actually, I was with my wife who was shopping but the clerk who looked after her did a really good job. Very friendly and helpful.

Gf and I window shopping. This store had a coat I loved but not my size. GF wanted slacks again size not available! Well were we impressed, Dale contacted Bayshore outlet and they held items for us to arrive n try, yay they fit and we asked they let Dale know! Dale is a very personable and customer service top notch!! We had good dealings with Bayshore salesperson.

Clerk ordered a jacket I wanted in my size to be shipped to my home. The only thing I forgot to ask was a expected delivery date.

Popped in to exchange a blouse on my lunch, and ended up also buying a new pantsuit that I can’t wait to wear! Staff in the store were friendly and helpful. What a nice experience! I will be back.
