Super fresh sushi, their special tray is a steal with how thick their sashimi slices are! It's immensely satisfying eating the nigiri sushi as well, the sliced fish completely cover the rice on all sides and the unagi is so far the best I've ever had in Ottawa. Presentation for takeout is A+, the fake grass decoration got a bit messy though as I was takinh the bus home. The takoyaki was deliciously soft with real chunks of meat in them. Also, the staff are really friendly, I would 100% order again here!

Poke on rice is the best! I forgot to take a photo before I eat. This is very healthy and flavourful. Mine had salmon with Vegetables, avocado, beans, crab, seaweed, corns, nuts, oranges, roe, raisins, and more and more. I love sauce. So so delicious. Good for the diet- low carb. If you like bibimbob, you must try this!!

As my first order, I tried the Salmon Poké Bowl, and I was very impressed — it was really good! The combination of fresh ingredients used was so flavourful. Definitely will be coming back!

Ordered chicken teriyaki and some sushi. I was impressed! Vegetables and sushi were very fresh, chicken was tender and the sauce was really good. Don't forget to try Takoyaki (fried batter balls octopus inside) and you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to go back!

Stumbled upon this place on UberEats. Their quality is on point, price is fair, packaging is great, and I’ve ordered again and again from them quite a few times now. I highly recommend it, it will not disappoint. Their Corn Cream Korokke is a MUST try. 😋

I called ahead to order take out and they were fast on it. Food tastes great, well worth the price. They also have daily special’s you can save money on while getting delicious food.

I’ve had one of the best poke in my life. You need to serve yourself and there’s water for free. They made it fresh and we could smell it. Waitresses were really nice, recommend!!

Great tiny Korean/Japanese restaurant with probably 6 seats. Love all the food especially Tonkatsu! Spicy pork is also my favorite. Can't really go wrong with any menu :)

A cute little sushi shop, which aims to pursue simple rolls and poke (salmon, tuna, eel) and they do them right. Tuna poke bowl: the bowl was substantial, and filled with perhaps 20% of rice, and the rest was a colourful variety of vegetables, toppings and tuna. The fish was fresh; and the variety of toppings was large. Most importantly, the multitude of flavours blended so well together. The rice was also well marinated, and I cleaned this poke bowl up within 20 minutes and was still craving for more. Torched salmon sushi: delicious roll, fresh fish and was done just right. I think many think anyone can make poke bowls, and by dumping a lot of toppings on it, you can pull an okay one. But most forget that since there could be so many different flavours in there, if they are not marinated well, the taste could be off because things can easily contrast each other. I think On Rice does a good job with their marination, from the rice to the toppings, such that everything complimented each other so well it made a fantastic meal. (with dine-in option, I also got the miso soup although I had not ordered it. The shop is small with limited seating but if you can, opt for dine-in. The atmosphere is pleasant and home-like. This store also feels like family-owned, and everyone was super friendly.)

I have gotten sushi party trays for takeout from them twice and both times were excellent quality. The flavour and texture of the rice is on point. The fish is also pretty fresh and tasty. The price is quite good for sushi as well. I also found the shrimp tempura in one of the rolls is much crispier than other places (maybe double fried?) but it’s crispy enough to eat the entire tail and I love that.

order 5 items for only 50 on Uber. everything tasted good even after reheating them(wasn't at home when the food were delivered). but the soup is a little bit over salty

OK so what if ambiance isn't great. The food is amazing and service Is so great. Got a special treat on the house when I opened my takeaway order. Thank you🤗 Ordered a few rolls and they were so fresh and tasty! The soy sauce had me feeling a bit off but I realize every sushi place I eat has a different tasting/quality soy sauce! Don't think twice. Order or go get takway! Food is great and seems family operated which I love!

Wonderful restaurant. Has enough counter space for 4 people but really designed for take out. Ordered pork bone soup and karaage. Both were delicious. Good broth and lots of meat on the bone. They have daily specials (pork bone soup was Tuesday). Only downside was food is packaged for take out (though served on a tray and they did provide a bowl for bones) so had to eat my soup with a inadequate plastic spoon. Should have taken it home so I could use a nice long metal spoon!

I am always on the lookout for high quality, fresh and tasty sushi and I came across On Rice on UberEats and I decided to give it a shot, and I was not disappointed at all. This is one of the best sushi I’ve had. On top of being reasonably priced, On Rice’s quality compares to some more high end sushi restaurants I have tried. It is truly a hidden gem! I will be definitely recommending this place to family and friends and I will be coming back here for sure.
