Very friendly service and quick to get t food. Prices are great and lots of seating inside. They also accommodate for dogs and have bowls for them to drink. Poutine was okay they don’t put too much cheese in it. Wings are also good but not the best.

Went to have wings at the Elgin location on May 10th 2022. We placed our order 6:15PM, one starter and each 1-2 pounds of wings. At 6:50PM the waitress came by and told us the food would be up soon. At 7:10PM the waitress came by and asked the two individuals if they wanted refills on the their Pepsi. At 7:20PM the food was still not up. I got up to ask the waitress and she told me the kitchen never got the food order, basically they forgot to punch in our food. We were patient and said we would stay as long as they could prioritize our food. They said they could not do that. The excuses they gave us were that the patio was too busy which it was not. Inside the restaurant was empty. When asked if we could get some sort of compensation, she said we can give you the 2 Pepsis and the one beer for free. We tried to tell the manager that this level of service is unacceptable as we were walking out without having ate, and the manager was unresponsive and seemed like she didn’t care. Poor service. Would never visit this establishment ever again and would not recommend this to anyone.

I was walking in the neighborhood and stopped to get some lunch. You can place your order and then wait outside for it to be ready, they have a cute sitting area outside. I got a chicken club with ceasar salad and the nachos. The portions are huge and worth the $. The food was very good. Will be back again.

If you like wings this place might be for you! Tasty food but a bit of a failure on the tidy drink service front; syrup everywhere! But all in all good.

Large patio with tv's to kick back and watch sporting events. Many local brews on tap(support local). Had a great male sever(forgot his name...sorry. he had red hair and medium build, may 5'7"-5'10"). He had great customer service which lead me to return.

I've haven't been there in years, so I decided to go have dinner. The food was great as well as the service. It was a bit loud but that's to be expected inside. Next time I will sit outside if it's not to warm out. The prices are very reasonable, honestly would would pay around the same amount for fast food. I would recommend sending a few bucks more and getting much better food.

HOLY fruit flies… I can’t believe there aren’t more reviews about this. I’m literally shocked. Has nobody else seen the ominous, opaque globe of flies swarming the bar? Anyways… waited too long to be served in the first place, ordered 1 pint each (two of us), ordered food. Waited with an empty glass for a good 15 minutes, food never came after 45. We just left. Don’t worry- we paid for the beer and tipped. But I was kind of scared that I would bring fruit flies home with me. Honestly…. THOUSANDS of flies… I don’t get it. How has nobody called the health inspector?

The prices have gone up, meanwhile the quality and quantity of your meal has gone down. Can't justify paying 20$ for one pound of wings, not to mention the pitiful amount of fries they offer you now. I used to come here every other week with friends, but it's just not worth the money anymore. Not to mention they've removed all of their weekly deals. Used to be worth it to go for half price nights. Service is hit or miss.

Pretty weird experience here recently. We dined in the restaurant and were sat a few seats away from the owner/manager. The whole time we were there (just over an hour), he was sitting at a table close by discussing human resource complaints over speakerphone. It was loud enough that we could hear him and the person on the other end of the phone in these exchanges. He made several calls during our lunch and it seemed very inappropriate/unprofessional. I have no idea why someone would think that's a good thing to do with customers in ear shot. Other than that our server Danika was very kind and helpful. She provided great service while we were there. The food was average, we've been to other St. Louis before and the food was very similar to those experiences. Overall just an unusual experience to have during a Friday lunch.

Came on a Tuesday night with our softball team. The server was gone all the time. Our food and drinks took a while. I oderder mild saucy wings and got just bone dry wings, no effort was made.

Went on a Tuesday evening to their patio. Server was very sweet and she made sure we had everything we needed. She helped us move when it rained and let us wait out the rain! Food was pretty good, to be expected. Thought it was half off Tuesdays but unfortunately it was not a current promotion.

Had a lot of fun eating here. Even though the place was packed, my server brought my food and drinks very quickly. I also really enjoyed my veggie burger, while I couldn't resist trying their deep-fried cheesecake. (Yes, you read the name of that dessert right!)

The wings were hot and delicious. The beer was ice cold. Our waitress brought me out nachos with dip while we waited on the patio. Outside patio was Great atmosphere with cool looking people enjoying summer!!! Good vibes all around. Recommend HOT style wings with fries and MUST have two dill dipping sauces!

They have All you can eat boneless chicken wings offers going on for $20 per person; I tried it and personally I didn’t like it; it’s like chicken nuggets and didn’t find tasty as well. I feel vegan wings or regular wings are much better than this boneless chicken wings. However, the classic poutine was good but it’s like $12 so expensive compared to other places. Customer service was satisfactory so giving 3 stars; the items that I choose today I won’t recommended to you all.

A great brunch place. The Caesar salad is fantastic. Crunch and without olives (just the way I like it). The burger was good as well. I loved the wings but the spicy sauces could be hotter. Overall, great food!

Great food they make a deep fried cheesecake. Very yummy Everything deep fried is good just like deep fried ice cream. Try it out nice patio also

Very friendly service and very great staff. Wait time was genuine as we ordered for 3 people. Our server was super nice and i even got a complimentary desert on the house because it was my bday. Lovely place, awesome location, lots of seating inside n outside.

Waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and club sandwich and fries. Food came out cold. They comped the food but charged us for a diet soda. Tacky. Better places across the street to eat.

I go almost every week to have their wings poutine. The food quality is great and their price are reasonable. You have a wide rang of drinks and foods. Customer service is great and I like the atmosphere specifically when people come to watch the games. Servers are nice and friendly.

The wait time for anything is way too long. The service is good but we had to wait 10 minutes for the waitress and between every steps was the wait and I wasn't impressed. Food was good though.

very poor customer service. last night we went to eat and we were served by a tall white man and I had never been to a place where the waiter was so rude. so we took more time to make another decision and the young man took about half an hour to return and he didn't even bring the beer that we had already ordered because he forgot... so we were ready to make the second order and when it was time to make the order the waiter rudely snatched the menu from me because he did not understand what I asked for and instead of returning the menu to me, he threw it on the table and we proceeded to leave...

The manager Tenneille was working behind bar and was so polite, Sydney was my server and had a great attitude and attention to detail! They were out of the wing sauce I wanted to try but were fast to offer similar options to me! Will definitely be back!!

This place is a crowd favourite for their menu and the food is usually really good but the service is consistently and reliably SLOW. It takes 20+ minutes to get a drink and an hour+ for food. This has been a problem since before Covid but has only gotten worse since. Such a shame because everything else is great.

The chicken burger didn’t have any taste at all, and it wasn’t well cooked. One of our drinks also made my friend sick.

Ordered food and beer thru skip at this place and for some reason they forgot my 6 pack of beer and now skip has been trying to contact them and these people won’t communicate or fix the problem with skip they keep ignoring the problem and making it difficult for me to get my 6 pack refund… SHAME ON YOU GUYS considering it was my first time trying this place out

Staff are one of the best on Elgin, even with the turnover. Owner is a great guy, very friendly. Regular pub food but definitely on the better side for pub style and they always have great sports on tv.

When we arrived, the hostess was really sweet and offered to accommodate us with either indoor or outdoor dining. Unfortunately, that's where our experience took a turn. I was served a completely flat beer, and wasn't about to say anything to the waitress because her demeanor was not particularly friendly to begin with. My girlfriend decided to politely point out the issue, and the waitress turned to me and started to argue with me with an unreasonably defensive tone. She really came at me sideways and caught me off guard. I told her everything was fine and said not to worry, and if I could have a glass of water instead. I did not want to engage in any conflict because I understand these workers have had to endure much during the pandemic. However, I definitely will not return here again.
