Terrible
dinning
experience!!
The
waitress
spilled
the
whole
hot
coffee
on
my
friend’s
sweatshirt.
But
the
waitress
didn’t
show
any
apologies
about
this
accident.
The
most
terrible
thing
is
that
the
manager’s
attitude
is
even
worse
and
she
just
said
what
do
you
guys
want
and
asked
us
to
leave
the
restaurant
right
away
rudely.
We
were
so
disappointed
for
the
racial
discrimination.
After
we
got
home,
we
found
that
my
friend’s
phone
is
damaged
in
many
ways.
The
sound
is
not
working,
the
vibration
is
not
working,
the
screen
is
glitching.
It
is
a
brand
new
iPhone
12
which
my
friend
saved
up
for
months
for.
We
went
back
to
the
restaurant
to
solve
the
problem
but
she
refused
to
apologize
for
the
situation
with
a
severely
BAD
ATTITUDE.
My
friend
was
really
sad
but
she’s
holding
her
temper
just
to
solve
the
problem.
The
manager
said
we
do
not
have
the
footage
of
the
coffee
being
split
on
the
phone!!!!
Can’t
believe
she’s
denying
everything!!!

our
second
arrival,
what
we
want
is
to
discuss
with
the
problem
of
phone
peacefully.
What
we
had
been
through
is
incredibly
unbelievable!
The
manager
Lauren
Topley
denied
everything
about
my
friend’s
phone
after
showing
her
the
recording
of
the
phone’s
problem
and
accused
us
for
no
reason.
And
she
refused
to
go
over
the
footage
with
us.
For
my
friend’s
phone,
after
she
got
spilled
coffee
all
over
her,
do
u
think
we
still
have
time
to
check
our
phone
right
away?
The
manager
Lauren
Topley
is
absolutely
liar.
She
didn’t
say
nothing
about
going
to
the
mall
and
buy
us
a
CHAMPION
sweater!!!!!!!
And
she
got
back
to
us
about
our
slander?
Go
ask
all
the
witnesses
if
Lauren
Topley
ever
said
that.
What
she
showed
on
here
is
TOTALLY
opposite
with
what
we
went
through.
I
can’t
believe
this
kind
of
person
still
serve
people
with
such
attitude
as
a
manager
in
a
restaurant!!!!!!!!!
It
is
absolutely
discrimination.
Update:
We
asked
you
about
the
tab
we
had
but
you
just
ignored
us
and
left
us
there.
And
for
our
food,
we
only
ordered
a
$30
chefs
board,
$22
frites,
three
coffee
and
$18
oysters
that
was
served
after
the
accident
(never
had
chance
to
eat
these).
What
you
wrote:

to

NEVER
happened
to
our
conversation
at
all.
What

only
solution
about
covering
the
washing
bill
is
mentioned
by
the
server
not
you.
This
is
absolute
twisting
truth.
WE
HAVE
NEVER
HEARD
A
SORRY
FROM
YOU
.What
you
showed
on
Google
Map
with
a
delightful
and
regrettable
attitude
was
NEVER
EVER
happened
to
our
conversation
in
person.
For
the
phone
we
showed
you
the
video
of
the
damage.
But
you
refused
it
immediately.
If
you
have
footage,
you
can
clearly
see
the
phone
was
on
the
table
and
got
spilled
on.
