would
give

stars
for
quality
of
food
and
server
experience,
but
I
would
definitely
give
a
0
for
hostess/
front
desk
experience.
This
is
the
third
time
they
were
being
dismissive
with
our
seating
choice.
First
time,
there
were
at
least
3-4
empty
booths
available,
but
the
server
insisted
us
to
sit
by
a
table.
I
had
to
point
out
the
number
of
empty
booths
and
finally
she
moved
us
there.
I
shouldn’t
have
been
that
difficult
in
the
first
place.
Our
server
was
great
and
we
really
enjoyed
our
meals,
although
I
was
annoyed
by
the
hostess’s
response.
The
same
experience
happened
a
few
weeks
ago
with
another
staff
when
we
asked
her
to
switch
our
table
which
was
adjacent
to
the
original
one.
She
refused
to
do
so
and
said
it’s
something
about
server
assignment.
I
did
not
get
and
asked
her
what
did
that
mean.
She
walked
away
from
us
and
didn’t
respond.
Again,
the
server
and
the
food
were
great
as
always.
We
kept
going
back
there
just
because
of
their
food
choice
and
server
experience,
but
I
would
definitely
reconsider
going
there
due
to
their
terrible
front
desk
services
which
is
an
important
aspect
of
whole
restaurant
experience.
I
emailed
the
first
time
after
I
had
the
experience
by
completing
their
online
form,
but
it
did
not
seem
to
change
at
all.
