We walked in, we got seated and sat near the back in a small booth. We noticed the prices were expensive. We ordered anyways. I got the Grizzer meal. Boy, I was surprised the meal was huge all for 16.00 plus tax. I couldn’t finish everything. It was delicious plus it wasn’t busy when we went in. I’d go back here!

If you are looking for a brunch to start a day and continue with lots of activities, this is the best place. The food quantity and quality is too good. And they make sure have everything like fruits, eggs and requested item in your brunch. I visited on my birthday and started my day here, they surprised me with a beautiful waffle dish. Love the taste.

Such a good breakfast spot! Although there was a bit of a wait when we went there (Sunday around 10am), it wasn’t too bad to put our phone number down and walk around. Our server was phenomenal and the food came out super quick. We’ll definitely be back!

Been regularly visiting for years and they have been one of my favorite brunch place! I ordered a takeout of Good Morning and Special. While most of the brunch was good, some of them including the cinnamon bun, brown bread, etc were pretty dry. Fruits were very sweet and flavorful!

One of my best dining experiences in Ottawa. The food was amazing but our server was the best part. She was funny, fast, attentive and made us feel like we were family.

Visited in June 2023: First time ever stepping in to this restaurant with some co-workers. The restaurant was almost full at around 10:30 am on a Wednesday. Luckily, we had a booth right away. I loved their menu with colourful pictures, it helped me with making a decision (at the same time, it was hard to make a decision as I almosted wanted to eat just about everything I saw on the menu 🤣). I ended up ordering the Coco Waffle Fried Chicken. First bite of the fried chicken was dry, but it got better. Generous portion as I could only ate half of my meal. Free refills on coffee. Will definitely return to try other dishes!

The egg benedict is fantastic. Every other dishes look good, too. For sure I'll come back again. We come back a month after and they are delicious. Servers are nice and friendly. :)

I came in today with my family (Thursday, November 12 at 11:15) and wanted to give a huge shout out to the host! Not sure of his name but he had brown curly hair and looked about late teens or early 20s! I think this man deserves a promotion to server! He was so kind, personable and made my family laugh! I even saw him handle a customer complaint with absolute poise and sympathy! He is an amazing asset to your team! Well done! Definitely deserving of a promotion!

Incredible breakfast. We loved the sausages and added maple on the side of our breakfast for them, which was delicious. Great service despite it being in a very high traffic mall. We were there on Valentine’s Day and had no problem getting a table and the food came out quickly. Good coffee too, although we think it should be included with all breakfasts vs just some.

My party of 6 all got our food within 15 mins of ordering breakfast. We had some stragglers so didn't order until around 9:30AM on a Thursday. The atmosphere is more like a diner than a restaurant. Or I guess it's clearly breakfast-centric. I had the oreo waffles with coco potatoes (as opposed to the home fries cubes) and it was a good choice. Onions and flavour was added to them. Also had a maple chai "smoothie". It was delicious, and as good as it looked in the menu. Meal was $19 I think, and the drink was $7. I wouldn't do the drink again. It was really good, but not $7 good, and was only around 300 mls. I was expecting more like 500-600 mls for that price. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food, and service was good and quick.

Got the salmon Benny and it just tasted like it was out of the packet. No freshness, and maybe too much sauce. Wouldn’t get the salmon here again. My friends like their dishes though! Service was great as was the atmosphere.

On the weekends and holidays you will always see long line-ups of people waiting to get inside to have brunch and breakfast meals at all mon coco. I just happened to be at Billings Bridge shopping mall and saw an opportunity to get a meal and went inside. The restaurant is clean, service great and the meal was better than what it looked like. Very tasty stringy cheddar cheese, fresh fruit and veggies. Definitely a great place to go to with friends and family. Not only was our breakfast amazing the server we had, I think her name was Becca, was probably one of the best we've ever had at any restaurant. She was attentive, polite, fast, and had a great attitude. The waffles with bananas and English cream is excellent. It's the English cream that makes the dish though. The eggs Benedict with avocado and cheese is excellent and so is the crab cake on if you add on a whole avocado(extra $3). I would likely stick with the regular avocado one. So good. Milkshakes were pretty good too especially the banana one. Can't wait to go back.

I love the Charly Special! I'm not a fan of the English cream that comes with it, though (but that comes on the side). EDIT: I went again and was able to substitute the cream for yogurt for no additional charge. :)

I received my plate well before the other person eating with me (5 minutes +) crepe was undercooked/raw on the inside as well as the home fries/breakfast potatoes. Overall not a pleasant experience and for the fruit, 1 thin slice of grapefruit and 1 thin slice seemed disappointing for the prices they charge

Great place for breakfast/brunch. Their portion size is really good, so keep that in mind while ordering. Our waitress was so helpful and cheerful. Loved the service. Our vegetarian coco casserole was sooo delicious and fruits were really fresh. We loved the dish so much that we ordered the same thing again. Blueberries crepe was good too.

Very delicious every time! And the fruits were of a nice variety and were noticeably tres fresh! The portions are 40% bigger than you probably need but you can take the rest home :) you'll be a stuffed turkey for sure.

Recently opened Breakfast Place at Billings Bridge. Lively atmosphere, bright, white tables, red chairs and benches. Extensive menu, everything was excellent but the portions were too large. The service was wonderful - thanks Kelly.

We had to wait almost an hour for a table and we were just 2. The reception employees were nice and communicated the wait time to people. We finally got in then we had to wait for the waiter to get the chance to take our order another 20 minutes. We were hoping the food will make up for the wait. I will comparé the food to other breakfast restaurants. We ordered their special allo coco and egg avocado sandwich the price is higher than any other restaurant the portion was bigger but too big that you can’t finish the taste was ok I found other places tastier. I donno if we ordered the wrong things because the place was packed but I didn’t have a 5 stars experience and the food didn’t taste 5 stars. Maybe I give it another try and order different stuff?

We come here often for breakfast and the service is always wonderful. Today in particular we had Becca and she was SPECTACULAR! She was great with our kids and extremely friendly and welcoming. She took care of our table and numerous others and she was just so nice to everyone! Also a big thank you to Mo at the front who is always so friendly and extremely accommodating!

A bit of a wait to get the table, but a fine dining experience once in the door. The milkshake to start was delicious and rapidly devoured. I think they used to be a little bigger, but may be my imagination. Breakfast was delightful. Eggs cooked to order, the taters were delicious as was the bacon. Prices were moderate, all things considered. Oh, almost forgot... The toast had the tiniest skiff of butter on it, so ask for an extra pat. This location is in the mall, so all the boozy beverages on the menu are a tease - I'm assuming no liquor licence. Take them off the menu then!

My friend and I went here for brunch on a Monday. We tried to call a couple of days before to get reservations, but no one answered the phone. The morning of, we called to make reservations. They mentioned we should just walk in as it was not busy. When we showed up an hour later, the place was packed, and there was a 30-minute wait to sit at a table. So we sat the bar. The food was great. Our waitress was friendly, but she never came by a second time to refill our coffee.

Loved the atmosphere and food. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. There were plenty of options so I can certainly see myself coming back to try new things. I had a Italian sausage grill cheese which was fantastic. Its a big sandwich which is great if you want to share it and still get a filling portion.

Good food. Awful customer service. I had to ask the dishwasher (who was in the lobby) for a server to take my order. I also had to ask twice for a coffee refill. Too many staff working but not much really getting done.

AMC never disappoints! It is hands down my favourite brunch spot and beats other chains by a mile. The portions are huge and I always have leftovers. They give tons of fresh fruit including berries. Their potato mash is to die for! The milkshakes are delicious. The prices are comparable to other brunch spots but the portions and taste go way beyond. Staff are always friendly. Service is super fast.

Food is usually pretty good but quite expensive for what it is. It doesn't make sense to charge an extra $4 for real maple syrup for pancakes. The service is well done with nice wait staff. Overall a decent brunch place if you don't mind waiting 45 min to be seated on a busy day.

Wow - we had a ridiculously long wait at this location in Billing’s Bridge - over an hour. Finally I realized that they were not even calling the people who were on the list waiting for a table- they were giving people tables randomly. I went to speak to the lady at the front however she was very rude to me so we ended up leaving after waiting over an hour. Waste of time. Would not recommend this place at all.

I would give 5 stars for quality of food and server experience, but I would definitely give a 0 for hostess/ front desk experience. This is the third time they were being dismissive with our seating choice. First time, there were at least 3-4 empty booths available, but the server insisted us to sit by a table. I had to point out the number of empty booths and finally she moved us there. I shouldn’t have been that difficult in the first place. Our server was great and we really enjoyed our meals, although I was annoyed by the hostess’s response. The same experience happened a few weeks ago with another staff when we asked her to switch our table which was adjacent to the original one. She refused to do so and said it’s something about server assignment. I did not get and asked her what did that mean. She walked away from us and didn’t respond. Again, the server and the food were great as always. We kept going back there just because of their food choice and server experience, but I would definitely reconsider going there due to their terrible front desk services which is an important aspect of whole restaurant experience. I emailed the first time after I had the experience by completing their online form, but it did not seem to change at all.

Had a quick brunch a while ago. Service is superb. Our server Lizzi (Im not sure if thats her name because I just looked on the receipt lol) is very energetic and making sure all our needs are catered. I ordered a steak on medium but it was delivered to me on medium rare. I just ask them to re do it and right away, they fix it. Overall, I fully recommend this branch! 10/10 would come back!

The atmosphere is modern and relaxed here. There were a variety of people who came to dine and chat with friends and family. The seating was spacious and the dining area was clean. Our server was fast, friendly and always ready to refill my coffee. The food was also fast and delicious. They run an efficient kitchen! Our food was hot and fresh and the fruits were amazing, so fresh and decorative. My son loved the chilren breakfast and you know they have a high standard of quality when they offer grape juice and it's 100% real grape juice and not grape drink! I see why people love coming here, I know I will definitely come back again with my family.

Everytime I pass by, I see an amazingly long line. I decided to give it a try today. The Portions are huge, the price is very convenient. The food tastes great. The service is quick. They give you little boxes of honey, peanut butter and jam for free. And napkins for free, I like the free napkins being there without having to ask! No lunch menu over the weekend.

I love love love this place. We drive all the way from toronto and this reataurant never fails to surprise us. Sabrina is very sweet and super welcoming. Food is not pricy and super good. We went there during COVID-19. We were a party of four and my girlfriend was a party of 5. They told us we can’t sit both parties together and the party of 5 has to be on 2 separate tables. We accepted because these are the rules and we didn’t mind being on 3 separate tables in different sections. They told us the wait will be 25 minutes and we gave our phone number for them to call us. 30-45 min passed and no one called us. We went back to the host and told him how long will it be, he told us it will be longer because he’s letting people that came after us go before us... I asked him why he does that he said “because your party is less important...” I was shocked at his answer and asked him what do you mean less important? He said sir wait outside and we’ll call u in a couple of hours. I told him he was disrespectful and we left. I couldnt believe what just happened. We also had someone with a broken foot who was waiting with us and he didn’t care. He couldve told us from the beginning that we couldn’t but he decided to make us wait for nothing! This customer service was unacceptable and I will never go back. I also told all my friends about this situation and none of them will go back. DISRESPECTFUL!

The food is delicious and we'll seasoned - I love their sweet and salty combinations. Good prices for the large serving sizes. Great place for breakfast or brunch! At first you might look at the price and feel discouraged, but it's definitely worth going to. The portions are big and I mean you'll be fully stuffed and have leftovers to take home kinda big. The food itself is also just delicious and the service is great! If you're looking for a nice place to grab breakfast this is the place.

We went there on March 9. We were 10 people. The host told us that they cannot serve us because we were too many and it went against covid19 regulations. We told him that he could split us up, at the beginning he refused. We then explained to him that we will walk out and come back in as individual groups. He then understood what we trying to say. He told us to wait outside and it would take some time to prepare our tables. We saw others walking in and get tables right away because the restaurant was not even a 1/4 full. After some time waiting he comes back out to tell us that he will make an exception this time to accommodate us because they weren't busy. As if he is doing us a big favour. He then asked us to wait some more while giving tables to others as they walked in. We ended up leaving. This message is not meant to discourage people from going to this establishment. Allo Mon Coco generally has good food and service. This message is rather for management to take a look at how the staff in this particular location has zero respect for customers. We were there at around 12;30 on March 9.

It is expensive breakfast and lunch restaurants which close at 3:00pm. Food with large portion, very nicely present. Fruit are fresh, beacon and eggs are cooked to your satisfaction. But service are not appreciate. When coffee servered there is no spoon or stick can be used to mix milk. When food is coming. There was no utensils to use. When asked for refill coffee, it doesn't come till you ready to leave.

Brother asked for the most popular breakfast and it was amazing, it was the chicken and waffles. The prices seem scary and expensive but when you see all the food that is brought out it makes sense.
