Horrible experience and service. Took forever to get even just our drinks… 45 minutes for food. The appetizer we ordered didn’t have the right amount. How hard is it to count 5 mozzarella sticks? I ordered no onion but got onion in my wrap, I didn’t take it back because I didn’t want to wait an hour. We had to keep asking for drink refills and everything else. There were only a handful of costumers too. Not impressed

The server was rude!!!! There is not rule where it says the person has to tip. The server came up to our table at yelled it out loud saying “why don’t you guys tip”. Me and my friends are students too!! Even we make minimum wage with no tips to survive. Deal with it lady Edit - While I understand that tipping is customary in North America, I respectfully disagree with the notion that not tipping is inherently cheap or disrespectful. Tipping is a personal decision influenced by various factors, including cultural background and personal beliefs. While I appreciate your suggestion to visit establishments where tipping isn't expected, I believe it would be more beneficial for both customers and service staff to have clearer pricing structures that ensure fair compensation without relying heavily on tips.

It was have price on the single serving of 8 wings if u bought a soft drink. I liked the wings and the sauce. It was a bit confusing, but I was eventually able to order...although I still have no clue how I ordered it. I would recommend of you are the wing type. The service was excellent. The waiter remembered the order of my friend who was there a month earlier.

So yummy, super friendly staff too!Husband and I went here for a date. Our server was so nice and she didn't come to our table every 5 minutes to ask how everything was (which I love). The wings were the best wings I've had and we will definitely be going back again soon! I also had a cocktail and it was fairly priced and delicious 😋

Everytime I come to Canada, visiting Wild Wings for their Gar Par breaded wings and fries is a must! This visit I tried the spicy gar par and got the regular gar par fries... Did not disappoint!! There is so much chicken on the wings it's crazy! It's breaded and fried to a crispy perfection and the fries are really good too! Great service at this location to, both times I visited. Do yourself a favour, have the breaded gar par wings! They're my favourite wings that I've had.

Messed up order and instead of fixing it, wrote “sorry new chef <3” on the box. Then got food poisoning. Average wild wing experience.

Soooo many options!!!! To be honest its exactly what you expect from this place. a list full of different ways to have your wings and you just have to find what works for you. I personally really like it. wings are ordered by the pound and come with fries (or another side) its a chill place to keep it casual or to watch a sports game too.

This "restaurant" does not even deserve half a star. The employees of this location need a huge attitude adjustment. My experience from placing an order to not even receiving it was horrendous. Plan of action for the Manager: Please educate staff immediately on the basics of Customer Service. A simple "Thank you for waiting" or "sorry for the inconvenience" can go a long way, try it and lead by example.

Quality of wings is very poor and pricing is very high. Paid 38$ for 16 wings and a small portion of fries that were soggy. Never wasting my money again. You’re better off going to a Montana’s or Kelsey’s and that’s saying a lot as is.

**update** I got a call from the owner who was very understanding and polite. She understood our position and apologized and also explained the issues. I just had the worst customer service experience of my life. I was at 1430 Prince of Wales location with my wife and 2 small kids and I waited there for more than 30 minutes. No one even bothered to ask for a glass for water. We left hungry there and even then no one bothered to care. The place wasn't even busy for them to just ignore us. When asked how long it would take to be served, I was told they don't know, it could be a while. Very very shameful

We ordered the classic triple with the ‘Pony Up’, ‘Dry Spicy Garlic’, and ‘Smoke that Jerk’ sauces and the food was great! On top of that, our server Daniel was very pleasant and patient, checked in on us just often enough, and got our food to us quickly. 10/10 we would recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back to this location for the great food and service.

The food is classic wild Wings. But the service was GREAT!! Our server was so casual and laid back. Almost like being served by a friend. Totally worth the trip for the service alone.

Lauren was great! We called about the excellent Thursday special and she was informative and inviting. 30 minutes later we were enjoying great wings and some cold beer at a great price. Lauren was engaging and the restaurant was clean and observing of social distancing. Will be back.

I ordered wings and it was very delicious and very quick service. The only thing was they didn't follow my instructions 100%. Overall I recommend this place. The price is fare.

First time and it was a great experience. Greeted by a new, friendly and very informative waitress. Had a single serving of wings with a side of poutine, veggies and ranch dip. Food was fresh, tasteful, and a good size serving. Would go again.

Our waitress was very good. The food was the worst I have ever had. I guess you should stick to the wings and beer. Appetizer platter tastes like it came from a box. I will never return. Awful. ☹

Used to come here once to twice a week, always got greeted by nice waitresses. Some waitresses would recognize me because of how often I came. Came this Wednesday when 2 ladies were working and got attitude for no apparent reason. Had to walk out. Disappointed

If you're a chicken wing Connoisseur Like me you're gonna enjoy this place With a 101 different flavors and 3 types of chicken wings there is a lot to choose from I always go for the Krispy breaded wings With smoked Hickory sauce One bite of these delicious chicken wings We'll have your taste buds doing backflips And believe me these chicken wings are not small And you get a lot of meat Service is excellent with a wonderful atmosphere+++++++++++++

food was absolutely amazing. well cooked, clean oil, non greasy and fresh. well done to your kitchen staff !! my only complaint is that its extremely overpriced…….. and the portion of fries / chips given with the meals was very stingy to the point where we had to add an extra side for it to be “equal” to the chicken pieces. nearly 40$ for 16 pieces of boneless wings and a tiny tiny portion of a side. we paid over 100$ for 3 people to eat which is insane for a wing joint in my opinion. yes the prices of ingredients has gone up but making your portions smaller than before while raising the price makes no sense. atleast put a decent amount of fries on the side for people to feel its worth paying for. also our waitress did NOT notify us that having the kids meals side as yukon chippers would be an extra charge.. so we were not made aware.

Walked in after not being to Wild Wings in 9 years. Greeted by a cheerful and helpful waitress who explained the takeaway deals to me in depth. I ordered and within 10 minutes my 3 lbs of wings were ready for me to devour. Smalltalk with the barmaid revealed the reasons for the demise of my previous local Wild Wings at McCarthy &Paul Anka and it's just sad. The wings were great, service was great and waitresses friendly and seemed to be enjoying their work.

Had a great experience at this location. Service was great, our food came quickly (we both only got wings), and everything tasted very good! We went on a Tuesday night when it's 50% off wings (with the purchase of a drink - pop or alcohol), it was busier but even given that everything was so great, and the deal made dinner very affordable!

We were inundated with wasps while we tried to eat. Very unpleasant. Server was friendly, efficient and apologetic, but that didn't help the experience

I enjoyed my experience at Wild Wings. Our wait staff was pleasant complete with smiles. The music wasn't too loud that you could have a decent conversation. There are loads of options for food and drink and a very long list of flavours of wing sauces. The heat rating of the wings are also indicated with fire. 🔥 I would go back, yes.

Wings were great. Cocktail was well mixed. Was a great experience with the whole family.

I love my wings. I have yet to try all flavours. If you are using delivery keep in mind that sometimes its trash or cold or sauces get mixed and sometimes uber driver doesn't have the heat bags to keep food warm. My review is solely for walk in dining. Haven't had any issues so far =)

Chicken? Check. Fun menu variety? Check. Amazing flavour? You betcha. Did I enjoy this dinner experience with a plethora of creative wing sauce combinations? Cheque. I'm asking for the cheque please, since I finished my Spicy Gar Par so quickly because it was so damn creamy in my mouth.

This place does have bomb wings, pretty disappointed they don't do traditional delivery. Not a call-out to the amazing staff, but definitely a call-down to the owners that didn't think past doing delivery through expensive apps.

Wings are pretty solid and for a good price. Fries were a bit tasteless. Place seemed horribly understaffed and was veryyy slow as a result, took about 45 minutes to get a table and another 40 minutes to get my food.

Waited over 40 minutes for our wings , when we finally got them they were ice cold . Tables that ordered after us in a different section got their food way before us. So I can’t blame the kitchen , our server got slammed with a big group right after we ordered , can’t blame the server either because she also had to make her own drinks and pick up the phone every 2 minutes to take pick up orders Maybe management should consider another FOH staff member

I love this place. The onlywild wings I'll go to. Its clean not loud. The waitress is always nice and smiling, even if it she gets really busy. She keeps on smiling and stayes very calm. The wings are so good. I try to come twice a month,if i can. Would love to eat wings everyday. Hogsback wild wings are the BEST. Thank you for the awesome wings.

Good place to hang. Staffs are really nice. I always order the honey garlic wings as I love the flavour. I tried the berry martini which tasted very good!

Wasn't very pleasant on my last visit. The chicken wings were really over cooked, had a smell of deep roasted peanuts smell while I open the box. Had no issue before... Good service tho

Wings are good, a bit pricy though. Lots of different flavours to try, so you will find something you like. A bit of a patio out front now for the summer to enjoy some sunny beers.

WORST FOOD EVER. My mother and I started with the calamari which took over 30 mins, it was over cooked. I had the dry breaded wings… let me tell you, the taste was similar to KFC which I would’ve rather ate! Was definitely not worth almost $100 bill, it all went into the garbage. And now… Both of our stomachs have been sick since after eating their food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I had to rate this with a 1 star because I have no choice. It doesn’t deserve even that!!! Very disappointed.

I honestly was expecting after reading the reviews to wait for a long time and we kind of did. But! But! It may have been the best wings I have ever tasted and the service was great! I will definitely be back.
