What happened to my fav restaurant? I didn’t get many wings and some were so small!! Our fries were not hot or seasoned. I also noticed the portion size is smaller including the dipping sauce! Also the grey haired waitress served us cold fries which she should have noticed! She said she makes the best Caesar so I ordered one and it tasted blah. The salt rimmed glass tasted like it was rimmed a month ago! Undercover Boss come back.

Our waitress was amazing! But there was one waitress who was very rude to us (in glasses), even though she wasn’t our waitress, she reserved off the entire left side of the restaurant for one party even tho that’s not a service they provide. As we went to sit on that side she yelled across the room telling us that it was for “VIPs” very rude. I will never visit this restaurant because of that experience, very embarrassing as we are paying customers.

Last Tuesday, my girlfriend and I, both of asian, decided to dine at here. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant, primarily due to the service we received. We were attended to by an older lady with grey hair, who, from the onset, treated us noticeably different from other customers. For instance, while others received a bottle of ketchup with their meals, we were only given a small dip. Her demeanor towards us was impatient and rude. Her approach in communication was brusque, exemplified by phrases like "what do you want?" which we found quite impolite and unwelcoming. Additionally, our order was not fully honored. We specifically requested extra celery and carrots, but these were not served. There was also a mention of a promotion, but the details were not clearly explained or offered to us, despite our interest. It's disheartening to write this, but it's important for potential customers to be aware of the disparity in service that we experienced. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background. We hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that measures are taken to improve service quality and ensure fair treatment of all customers.

Amazing food, service suffered somewhat has our waitress had to serve quite a few people on her own.

We were a group of 23 people and we tried to make reservation in advance but we’re told because it was 1/2 price wing night it was first come first serve. So two of our group arrived at about 515pm to secure a table for our group. We were told that they could not seat us until at least half of our group arrived. Even though the left side of the restaurant was virtually empty. So we would have to risk not having a spot for some of our group. Finally after 5 of us arrived and crowded around the bar (there were no chairs available at the bar) we were escorted to seating area. We sat one person at four separate tables to at least hold 18 spots for the rest of our group who were on route. We were told that we could not do that. So we just moved to one table and hoped for the best. We filled 18 chairs and another table of 4 but unfortunately we had to turn away two people from our group since the other tables had filled up. We finally received our food. To get 1/2 price wings, you can only get single orders. To order additional single orders you have to purchase another drink. We were not asked if anyone wanted to order a second order. Trying to get our servers attention was futile as she did not make eye contact with anyone when walking past. I felt the service was very poor and our server was not interested in making our experience a good one. It was quite an unsatisfactory experience and neither myself or I imagine anyone else in my group will ever attend this location again in the future. My wings were pretty good though!

Tried Tuesday wing night. Well worth it. Perfectly crispy classic and traditional wings. Tried holy smokes and Chipotle pad Thai. Both were excellent. Three peppers were barely hot though. Knocked down a star because it took a full hour to get our wings and we were sat at 8 pm, past rush hour. The place was full though.

Love the wings. The house hot sauce is as they claim it, hot! Portions are generous and they often have good beer on the tap! The house martinis are good too! Staff are friendly and great! Would defiantly visit again!

Out of curiosity, I visited this place and tried the food here. It turned out to be very disappointing. The wings are so dry and lack of flavour ... I don't think it's worth the money. I won't come back.

Been here a few times for drinks at the bar. Service is quick and the drinks are always cold. There’s 3 TVs to choose from and plenty of music in the background. Will definitely try something different next time, if possible. *^*Had some takeout burger and fries for the last meal of the day. Definitely worth the short walk over to get it. Enjoyed the meal. Experience was pleasant. ^*^Wrap was good as well.

STOP judging ethnic people as delivery personnel, not everyone is there for delivery!!!! Found the employee RACIST as the moment i walk in i was asked to cone on a delivery lane, ( i even didn't have any sort of thermal bag with me, so how can you judge and humiliate me in front of other 15 guests and call me out). Unless you dont see delivery bag in someone's hand, refrain from calling them out and humiliting them. Date and time of incidence: sept 11, 9:00 pm

Waiter was very nice, but they would often disappear because of the design of the restaurant and how busy it was. We waited approximately 40 minutes for our food and ate it within 10 minutes, the wait was outrageous. The wings are really good and cooked extremely well, however the price just isn’t worth it if it’s not 1/2 off. The spiciest flavour is a nice mild for all the spicy enthusiast, wasn’t as spicy as I would of liked though.

Really good wings and there jumbo sized especially the boneless ones. Super tasty and really friendly staff. Still nice and warm if you Uber it or get it delivered. If you like spice this is a good place as well.

Unable to make reservation, then wouldn't sit us until half our people were present. Not sure if just for Wing Night. Wings were good. Must order beverage for Wing Night special and includes a side. 101 wing flavours. Waitress was overwhelmed and made it less enjoyable.

My husband took me to Wild Wings today. I just want to say that the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was hot and fresh! I hate cold food! The entire experience was great, loved it! We will definitely be back.

This is the place for wings, they have a lot of flavours and prices are affordable, there is some crazy hot flavours beware cause some people think they can take the heat, this is crazy hot level

Our family comes every week for wings and we are always served by Laura, who I must say is probably one of the best servers that I've had the pleasure of being served by. She always greets us with a smile and is so cheerful! She remembers our orders, knows what each one of us likes and no matter how busy, she's always got it covered! The food is also above and beyond, with crispy, well cooked and plentifully sauced wings! Definitely my favorite place for wing night! See you next Tuesday!

Great service! Ashley was awesome. A bit busy when I arrived but still made sure I got a friendly welcome. Changed the TV so I could watch the game I wanted. I had the Awesome Honey wings! My new favorite !!

Walked in for my bachelor party Saturday august 12 with 11 people ( no reservations) and was extremely happy and surprised with the quality of the service and the food. The waitress Ashley and the chef (happy vacation) was alone serving at least 30-40 people total and they killed it. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I highly recommend this location and server. Manager, give this women a raise! Ashley you were awesome! Thank you so much!

They have a great selection of chicken wings. My favourite are the Catch Me If You Can wings. I also always enjoy the sweet potato fries. The staff are professional and friendly.

Once again, Laura provided us with the best service ever. She is always very friendly and welcoming, and checks to ensure our food is perfect. It is rare these days to see someone work as hard as she does, and how she treats her customers cheerfully and respectfully. I only visit this location when I know Laura is working!

by far , the worst place to ever get wings ! the Caribbean jerk wings should be taken off the menu . it is disgraceful to have such a flavor be done so poorly .

I could be wrong, but did ypu get rid of the daisy dukes flavor? I tried to order online for a maverick and some. I was trying to select my sauces but could not find daisy dukes as an option. That sauce is the only reason we come eat or order from wild wings. Unfortunately, I had to go with a different restaurant entirely due to this and if it is because i completely missed it on the skip menu please reassure me it is available 🙂

39 degrees outside ans 29.8 inside the restaurant. It was to hot!!! 3 tables letf because air cond. Was not working proprely. We need to pay the mayo for our burger! Not impress Garlic bread was flooded of butter Wings was super good Service ok

Foods Great. Service sucks. We come to this location for most of the families birthdays and we get the same waitress who constantly makes comments under her breathe and is extremely aggressive and rude with us. She seems to have some sort of vendetta against our group as we get the same terrible slow service everytime. Sadly we will no longer be taking our buisness here.

Placed an order last night for Salt and Pepper wings instead I received a box drenched and rub salt and pepper with no refund and inedible food

GREAT PLACE FOR YOU AND THE BOYS. If you’re close enough I recommend you to go here with your friends or family to go spend some good wings. It was the second time I’ve been here and I try other types of wings and they were as good as the ones the first time I’ve been here. There’s so many different flavours, It is almost impossible to taste all of them! The jerk chicken one and the spaghetti one were from far my favorites ones! Excellent!

Chubby waitress was very rude. I ordered a second pound of wings and once the order came told me I have to get a drink with wings. I was at 3 wild sized beers. And only second pound of wings. She was rude and disrespectful. Instead of leaving me the wings she took them and said I’d rather waste them. Than give them to you. Our bills were 50$ each. Flabbergasted at this treatment and service. WILL NOT RETURN.

1st time going to wild wings, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, we didn't wait long at all to be seated. Our server was pleasant and seemed to always be around when needed. My complaints would be that I thought the wings would have been bigger, when you spend $20 for 9 wings a side of fries with a slice of celery and carrots. I really expected that the wings would have been full and meaty. ( kinda like back in the day local hero's) not where some wings come and looks like meat is missing or the tiny wings with what looks like only skin on bone. And the other complaint would be that I ordered to sit in the restaurant but also ordered to go, I figured that they would have made my to go order a bit later but nope the to go bag sat with us during our whole visit.

Food was terrible, so salty I could not eat it. Server replaced the wings for free, she was great. They force you to order a combo, why can't I just order wings? Kids screaming so loud it hurt my ears. Price was also way to high. I do not plan on ever going back.

Came in at 9pm and tried to sit on the left side of the restaurant. The girl says as you can see she's trying to close that side because they close in 1 hour! I told her you close at 11 not 10pm? She said ya well we're trying to clean up. Clean up at 9pm on a Friday night ???Pure ignorance!!! Asked for the manager and she said sorry I am the manager. Just pure lazy and ignorant!! Will never be back

Went for the first time with my boyfriend. So Yummy! Waitress was awesome, turn the volume up on the jukebox when i put money in it lol, was friendly and bubbly. Great service, great food. We'll go back for sure! 🙂

Definitely worth a visit. Friendliest staff I've seen in any restaurant. Makes you feel right at home. Food was great too. Definitely try the hottest wing sauce they have - it's quite an experience!

First time there and honestly did not appreciate the service at all...our server was awful. Won't name names but truly terrible and entitled attitude. Thankfully the manager salvage the whole ordeal with her kind and understanding interaction with us. Frankly I do find the prices are a little too steep for the food quality and portions

Great wings and friendly staff. Used take out and it was smooth and easy. Support them! I think they now are ready to stay open a little later you can tell there's a good following of clientele there that are willing to stay past 11 please consider opening up till at least 1

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review at all for any business, because I know how it can affect them. But yesterday I received a very bad treatment from a middle aged grayish haired lady, her demeanor was the worst! very rude and egotistical. She just had a very bad energy as if she didn’t want to be there. First she ignored me at an empty counter after clearly making eye contacts and when she move to other side I nicely approached her and she was just so rude about it I don’t want her to get in trouble for that, but I having a better customer service training is definitely needed in this case
