What a great place to go! If you are into pool, foosball, ping pong or even virtual golf this is the place for it.MARIO our server was great! It was busy, and this guy was hustling back and forth to get to everyone in his section. We ordered some apps and the food was surprisingly good. I don’t expect from sports bars, but you won’t be disappointed here.

Waited an hour for a server to take our order and eventually just left. There was a server who passed by the table beside us a couple of times and we attempted to get her attention but seemed like she was busy and not trying to take on another table so she ignored us..and so we left.

I will start with the bad, the food is pub food, so mainly deep fries stuff. I prefer better quality items and to be just, their wings were really good. The good, the atmosphere. Open area that is contoured with islands of different heights. Pool tables all around you. You can enjoy other games like foosball or evaluate your gulf skills They make a good spicy caesars.

Cool place to hang out and play pool, food was good, price was descent. Tables could have used a bit of cleaning, they were sticky.

Writing this at McDonalds to get something to eat. Had to go up and ask for water and go up and ask twice for menus. We should've called in advance to check on availability ask we waiting 1 hr and got no service and no table became free. Fun atmosphere but we got couldn't experience anything

By far the BEST WINGS I’VE EVER HAD! I recommend Cajun dusted and then dip em’ in hot honey sauce, or try the BOLD BBQ!! 😍❤️ The $9.99 classic burger deal on Mondays is awesome! Pretty hard to beat considering they’re hand-made burgers and not store bought! (Comes with choice of fries or salad). There’s a pretty awesome variety of food for even the pickiest of eaters! And the drinks are always COLD! Plus you can play pool or ping pong while getting all these awesome deals!

I love coming to this place to play pool, but the new waiters and waitresses are not the best. The last two times I came, I waited over 25 minutes for just water. Had I ordered a beer like the table beside me, I would have received it in less than 5 mins. The female waitresses like to chit chat at the front desk instead of serving customers. Very upsetting as a regular customer.

Amazing experience, the staff was super helpful enjoyed alot with my colleagues, nice ambiance and nice energy vibes , lots of tables for pool .Only thing they should improve is making sure the food is served hot,..The Server Katie was super nice and went above and beyond to make everyone felt welcome as most of the colleagues were from South American office, I was impressed by her exceptional customer service skills

Huge place with great atmosphere. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Did not get the chance to try the food, but it looked mouth-watering on the other tables.

Pool tables are good , Table Tennis tables are not that good and balls they provide for table tennis are even bad. Food use to be better before Lockdown but it has dropped the standards for sure.

The only pool place I've never lost a game at. Great location for pool in Ottawa. I had a blast and will be back soon.

Had great food and beer. Wings are a but expensive but that's seems to be the norm nowadays.

Though I had a lot of fun here with my friends playing pool, eating dinner, and having drinks, it was clear that this eatery was still recovering from the holiday season rush. Several items on the menu were not available, like their veggie burger, perogies, and chicken wings. They also were a bit short staffed. While I am sure they will replenish their stocks soon, and that their staffing will return to normal levels in the new year, for the next little bit don't be surprised if the service is a bit slow and/or some items on the menu are not available.

We came here for a friend's birthday party and we had a suite reserved for our group. We had access to 2 large connected rooms (glass sliding doors), one room had a massive table, a tv and a fireplace, while the other room had 2 pool tables, a tv, a sound system we could connect to via bluetooth. The only thing I would add to that second room is a secondary small table for drinks for the pool players. The service here was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and we never had to wait long for our drinks. We aren't rating the food since we didn't have anything to eat, but our drunk friends say it was good, lol!

We threw our company event at Tailgators and it was a blast! We had a blast playing pool, ping pong (in our own little private spot ;)), foosball, and messing around with their golf simulator! Planning the whole thing was a breeze thanks to their party kit, which lays out all the food options—including plenty of veggie choices. Morgan, the GM, was super helpful and friendly, and our servers, Aly and Mikayla, were amazing! And let's not forget about Sam, the bartender, who was just as awesome! The staff at Tailgators really knows how to make an event shine. If you're looking for a place with loads of fun activities without breaking the bank, this is it. They've got events and parties nailed down!

This is a sports bar for watching and playing sports but also acts as a restaurant. From the food menu, I will only recommend game day classics such as mozzarella sticks, wings but not the nachos either. The service was mediocre, the atmosphere was wonderful. The pool table was really fun for me and my friends. Same with ping pong. The pool table was $20 for 4 hrs. I think that’s a great price.

There is no explanation for how bad our service was. It took 30 minutes to clear our table. At least an hour to receive our drinks. Which was brought by another server who still did not take our food order. Another half hour to take our order. Which means we sat for 90 minutes without a drink and 2 hours without taking food order. Once she took our order without writing it down it took well over an hour to receive it. She forgot the 9 yards app. Forgot someone’s whole order. Forgot water for the DD, utensils, spin dip arrived cold much later, 9 yards app arrived an hour later and sat there as we were done eating now and its called a starter for a reason. Kept forgetting to bring us a box.. The beer was good. Atmosphere was great. The food was good. The service was just awful.

Very nice place, lots to do. Friendly servers. Amazing food. But I was very disappointed by the bar. It was VERY busy when I went and I tried to order some Margaritas and Daquiris and was told by the Bartender that due to how busy it was, he wasn't making any blender style drinks at all. Disappointed, I instead ordered "easier" to make drinks from the waiter/waitress throughout the evening and it consistently took between 20-30 minutes for the drinks to arrive.

Listen, the atmosphere in here is a vibe but the service was barely mediocre. The waitress wouldn’t stop following my friend and I into the washroom. The waitress and the manager kicked us out even tho we did nothing wrong besides order a pitcher of sangria and food. Personally, I felt attacked because we were black and we were also getting along with another black waitress that was much more polite and respectful than the replacement they sent us. The food was mediocre it actually gave me food poisoning and the drinks were decent. I would probably never come here again as they do not listen to the customer that they’re serving and sure as hell don’t respect them.

Enjoyed the pool and the food and our waitress was awesome, the online booking and response to questions wasn't good as there was an issue with communication trying to find out how busy it may be or if tables at our timing would be possible. There was a big arm wrestling competition going on and the entire place was pretty packed. Would have been nice to know although we likely still would have tried it anyway.

We played ping pong here on Saturday afternoon. Ping pong is in its own little section of the bar, and we were the only ones there from 1:00 to 2:30. The tables are clean, new, long, and a joy to play on. And it's an incredible value! $7.50 per person for the whole afternoon, 12-6pm. Tables, rackets, and balls provided. We had so much fun.

Went for the golf simulators which were amazing. Great screens, accurate readings very very professionally done. I asked and they were installed by a company called GolfSimGurus who i think really needs praise as they were really awesome! Amazing food. Had the perogies and the chicken tenders both were incredible! Service was also excellent. 10/10 will for sure be back!

This place has lost my trust. I had contacted them a week ahead to reserve some ping pong tables and they say that it was not needed. Then a day before they said that 2 tables were reserved. Untrustworthy to say the least. Oh well they lost 50 customers for food and drinks for the night and needless to say I will not be hosting any of my future events there. The last time I hosted an event there, the service for drinks and food was non existant. Keep it up and you will lose customers

Came here for my little cousins graduation. Handed my ID and didn't get it back after paying 80$ for pool and food. After realizing I didn't have my drivers license later tonight, I drove 1 hour to pick up my ID. I talked to manager and he said sorry that it was the workers second shift. I asked if there was anything the manager could do to help cover costs of driving 1 hour such as free pool for an hour or two and he said "no". Situation was handled very poorly in my opinion.

It was a long wait for service but they seemed busy with a party and even though we were on a work outing we still didn't take priority over the main event that they seemed to be hosting. It's a great place so I had a ton of fun and will give it another chance. I will let you all know what happens next visit.

First time. Place is huge. Pool, foosball and ping pong. Pub style menu. Very clean washrooms. Great venue for groups. Extensive bar.

Waitstaff and service was great, but we were nearly all disappointed by the nachos and cocktails we ordered. Food quality is not what it used to be here, and the cocktails tasted so bland and watery that I don't think we'll be returning for anything but pool and beer. Unfortunately Tailgaors isn't what it used to be before 2020.

I’ve only ever had the best time at Tailgators! They had an AMAZING Halloween party last year, and my experience on a regular Monday night was awesome. All the staff are super down to earth and seem to be enjoying themselves. The spinach dip and bruschetta were delicious (especially the spinach dip) and it was just such a great vibe. It’s great to be able to play pool, fooseball or darts away from the downtown area and where there’s lots of parking. Mario, in particular, made our night. He was SO friendly and chipper!! He gave us a few beer samples and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!

Five stars for an amazing experience at Tailgators! Our corporate Christmas party was a resounding success, all thanks to the incredible hospitality of the owner Morgan and the entire team. The venue was perfect for our event, offering a fantastic ambiance, great food, and an extensive drink selection. They also allowed for us to bring in our personal decorations to personalize the space; making it our own. The owner's personal involvement and attention to detail truly made the evening extraordinary. From accommodating our requests to ensuring every guest had a wonderful time, they exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Tailgators for any event.

My favourite pool/sports bar in Ottawa by far! Best spot for ufc nights, the place has a great atmosphere and is well taken care of. The staff are great, Hanna has been my server a few times and she does an amazing job! 5 stars
