I go every year and spend my hard earned money , but i won’t be returning in the future , it’s very unfortunate that they have decide to be Discriminative to those who do not want to take the Vax, i can’t support discrimination and or segregation of my fellow Canadians. I am ashamed for Saunders Farm. If the vaccine Stops the spread of Covid then we shouldn’t need a vaccine passport to enter any business as those whom have had it are protected , and if the vax doesn’t stop the spread of Covid then we should not need a vax passport and it’s just discrimination. When society decides or assumes someone is Disease or infected with a virus ,It’s sets a very dangerous precedent. This is Unethical. I seriously suggest Saunders Farm reconsider this discriminatory mandate. I know i won’t be the only one to leave a review on this most recent announcement .

Lovely! It is an experience that is worth having. My family and I loved every minute we spent at the farm. The attendants were courteous and friendly. The finger food was also great. I am hoping that a bigger warm area can be added to what already exists to accommodate days when there are lots of families visiting.

Went over the holidays for the Country Christmas Drive-Through Light Show & Town Square Market. Loved it. Market access was free, but proof of vaccination was required. Store was open and well stocked, food was available on site. Lots of fire pits available to stay warm. Not a lot of the park to walk through at night due to the drive event. Drive through event was gorgeous, worth the price. Will start making this an annual event.

I was so impressed with this place. I can't wait to see what they do at Halloween, the Aug fright night was awesome. Props to the DJ as well who was reading the... field? flipping between classic dance tracks and modern pop like an Ibiza club night resident. Clearly the hot night out for the teen set and with good reason, my kids loved it (almost as much as I did).

I went there today with my 1.5 yr old and we had a blast! Early morning is definitely a good time to go, we had the 9-11am slot and arrived at 9am along with a good number of families but tons of room for everyone. Waited maybe 5 min for a hayride that only had 1 other family on it. All the play structures were awesome, probably his favorite part after all the pumpkins. Doable for his age and definitely fun for older kids too. The bouncy pads are great with staff limiting the number of people on at a time, but all the pumpkins were the highlight for us and they're HUGE!

My children and I have been to the Country Christmas Light tour for two years and are looking forward to it again this year. I called for some assistance booking this year and the person on the phone was so kind and helpful. We have enjoyed harvest/halloween activities here as well and each time we go the whole environment is professional, fun, authentic, and safe. Thank you to Saunders Farm and their amazing staff for helping to make our family memories so special. There are a million places to take amazing family photos here too, so well worth the trip.

This location is a fabulous destination for family visits, providing a broad variety of foods and entertainment options. Guests can immerse themselves in an array of activities, including enjoyable mazes and hay rides, amongst other appealing attractions. The farm shop enriches the experience further, boasting a diverse selection of local goods such as cider, pumpkins, and corn. You can buy a day pass either in the gate or online. There’s plenty of parking, but beware that during the weekends it might be busy.

The holiday lights stroll is delightful. Many different sections and themes, variety of colours and light types. Good music to accompany the walk. The farm has a small restaurant and shop. Along with holiday workshops for the kids.

Great place for families with young kids. Definitely lots of fun! My kids love all the atractions there, specially the mazes which are amazing, the jumping pillows, the unique play structures and the gem mining activity.

I spent a lovely sunny day at Saunders farm during the "pumpkin days". The multitude of attractions and activities made it fun for all the family, from the little ones to the grown ups, we had a quality time! The kids loved the Zipline, all of us loved the haunted houses and the hay ride. I recommend this family owned family to everyone, for a day in nature and in a full social and family friendly environment. Check out the photos to have a taste of what it feels like to visit Saunders farm 🤩 Reviewed by Tarek Belghith from RZ Network Inc Canada.

Visited Saunder's farm with cousin and family who has 2 young kids. We all had a good time during Halloween month. Couple of attractions are very nice while others were not bad. Kids will specially have a great time in kid safe environment. It wasn't very crowded so staying at distance wasn't a huge issue. Zipline was very nice but additional $15 per person. Overall a very good time spent. Picked up some pumpkins on the way out 👍. I didn't end up going to the mazes but they have 5 options. Wish they had couple of more child friendly rides instead of 5 mazes. The tractor ride was very nice too.

It was my first time visiting the farm and I was completely blown away by how awesome it was. There was plenty to do for my two-year-old and for my tween stepdaughters, as well as for my husband and myself. Overall, we ended up being there for 4 hours which was more than enough to wear the kiddos out. My only suggestion is that employees have a checklist they have to go over when they reset the escape room. There was a couple things that were a little off and there was a shift change of employees and we found out that when we entered the room it was not set up properly so things were already open (we didn't have to solve it because it was already solved) or something wasn't working right. The guy was really nice and gave us the opportunity to restart the clock but the surprise of solving the puzzle had lost its fizzle. Still a really good experience. I don't think we would have solved it without their help anyways, but I may have felt a little bit differently towards it if I wasn't with my children and with a group of friends instead. Overall, I still give the farm five stars and I look forward to coming back for future trips. Everybody was really nice. While waiting for my rest of the family to come out of the shop, I was chatting with an employee, I really nice young man who told me that families were welcome to take one pumpkin with them and we let my two-year-old son pick one. Just a really good experience and a really good day. So thank you to the people who put in a lot of effort into making Saunders Farm what it is, it was definitely a top notch experience for us where we all got to enjoy something!

I took my sister on a mystery date yesterday and we had the BEST time. This place is magical. They have thought of every detail. They even have great parking. They had Salted/sanded all of the walking trails. We had hot apple cider, bon fires, fresh donuts, and lovely little shops. There were so many photo opportunities. We go some really great photo memories and videos. For Christmas lovers this is a MUST SEE. All of the staff were so friendly. Three of them, on separate occasions, offered to take our pics! This place will become a yearly tradition for me and my family from now on. 5 stars - highly recommend!! Merry Christmas!

One of my most favorite Mother's day! My husband, myself and 3 children attended the afternoon Mother's day tea at Saunders Farm and everyone had a great afternoon. We arrived a bit early and the kids enjoyed some of the play structures and the jumping pillows. The dining area was beautifully set up. We had an assigned table for our booking. The kids got kettle corn, homemade pop tarts, biscuits, jam sandwiches with homemade jam and lemonade which they all enjoyed. The adults enjoyed finger sandwiches and so many sweets. It was all delicious. The servers were all very friendly and the owners were around and introduced themselves and checked in on each table. There was tea, cider, bellini's, beer, lemonade, water and so many beverage options. The flowers at the end of the tea were so pretty and we got to pick a small bouquet to take home. After our meal we did some more of the jumping pillows and we did all of the mazes. The mazes were a lot of fun. They varied in difficulty with some that were simple and straight forward and others with dead ends and loops. We picked up some preserves in the farm store before we left. I am so glad that we did the Mother's day tea and I hope that it will be offered again in the future. A father's day event would be awesome too! My husband also really enjoyed the afternoon. We will definitely be back for most visits in the future.

We visited Saunders Farm for a special Mother’s Day afternoon tea. It was so well done and carefully planned! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful and they had taken care of so many extra special touches like a little bouquet of flowers for each mom and special kids plates. Plus we were lucky have the farm all to ourselves for the kids ti explore and play afterwards!

This is a very popular place to visit. There is a great deal of things to see and do especially for youngsters. There is a haunted village too. The wagon rides are great and very popular. It's a great enjoyable place to spend a few hours.

Went to the Fright Fest at Saunders on a weekend and loved every minute of it. It was pretty scary, and loved seeing my friends get scared. The haunted hay ride and the barn of terror were my personal favourites. The wait times were not to bad an I was able to do every ride there and still have time to walk around and explore. Would highly recommend this for anyone who's looking to have a scare in the Halloween season.

Love visiting Saunders Farm. Great way to enjoy the outdoors for Halloween or Christmas. I love how much hard work is put into the decor and attractions. The staff are always polite and friendly. The food is delicious too!

My daughter had an awesome experience at Farm camp last week. The camp is well organized and the camp director Matt is very responsive to questions. Very kind, enthusiastic and professional counsellors. Big thanks and shout out to Skunk, Cat and Maple 🙌🏻! The kids had a blast, were never bored and the food was healthy and delicious. I really appreciated not having to pack a lunch. We will definitely be back next year!

It was amazing how big the property is, and the variety of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained. I always thought there was only one maze, but there were actually three. The zip-line was fun. The pizza at the restaurant was excellent. It was just very odd how I had to walk to a different area to get poutine, and they weren't exactly next door to each other. I tried the flight of apple ciders, and the candy apple was my favourite.

  • 5/5 Rob C. 10 months ago on Google
Lovely place to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon. Very good play area for younger kids and a decent range of hard ciders plus some food particularly wood fired pizzas that looked very tasty. Quite a few other items to purchase from the shop like chutneys and fudges. Flight of ciders is a good bet unless you have a go to favourite it was about $12 for a selection of four. Lots of free parking - you have to pay for the maze part which we didn't go to as our son is still quite young so can't comment on that but it's free entry generally. Overall very pleasant way to spend an afternoon having a drink but still kid friendly.

First time at Fright Fest 2022, and it was really cool. Lots of work go into this festival, and it shows. Some scenes were scarier than others. Some had really long waiting time. I understand this is a farm, but the only criticism would be that walking and waiting feet in the mud is not super fun... so plan footwear accordingly.

It was awesome. The actors did a really good job. A little pricy but there are alot of people working including parking attendants to security. Downfall was the hay ride. The scene is set for real fright but it fell short. I thought the driver was Freddy Cruger and when he shuts off the lights as he's driving the tractor. I was hoping he'd stop, pull out his hand of knoves and scare the begeebers out of us. All in all a great night out. Micheal The Designer's Wflowers approved.

We went to Saunders farm. It was our first time going we live near proulx farm but I find it horrible slides out dated got cuts from the potatoes bag slide and pumpkin patch was horrible. Saunders on the other hand was unbelievable. From the amount of food that's available and beverages and hay ride was absolutely the best I've been to. We will be going back for the winter season!!

  • 4/5 Ashley B. 2 years ago on Google
We have so much fun everytime we come here with the kids. The only thing I'd say is that they don't do much changes or upkeep. The tree house and most the play structures look the exact same when I played there 20 years ago. It would definitely benefit the park to do some modernizing.

It was a good night out! It's hard to do a review after going to the Magic of lights in Ottawa. I know this is their first year and they will build on what they have. My advice is more lights and less spotlights. The fire pits were a great idea! Overall it was a nice night.

My daughter and her new husband got married there on Sept 5th, 2021 after waiting for a year. Yes, they had to have a smaller wedding due to Covid but everything was awesome and they were easy to work with.

Good place to have fun while finding your way out of the mazes

  • 5/5 Constance L. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to keep the little ones busy! They can mine for gem stones or bones, walk through mazes, as well as bounce on an outdoor trampoline. Plus it has gift shops that sell homemade apple cider with or without alcohol, stuffed animals, mugs, t-shirts, hats, candels, hand soap, body lotion, etc.

I can’t believe this amazing facility is so close to us, yet we’ve never visited for their Christmas time adventure. If you are in Ottawa, you must check them out. Their jumbo pretzels and pizza are delicious. The walk through light display simply beautiful and the staff were so engaging and cheerful. We also were able to visit Santa’s house, and Santa was the best part of the kids visit. We also purchased the ultimate package, and were all able to select a bear, place a heart inside, watch them stuff the bear and received an adoption certificate, showing our bears name. Thank you to the Saunders family, for creating this winter wonderland. We will make this an annual event.

I recently attended Pumpkin Days and had a great time. The event offered a variety of drinks, food, activities, and vendors. My favorite was the haunted hayride. If you're considering attending, I highly recommend it. I plan on returning for future Pumpkin Days events and would also like to try the Fright Fest at night.
